nick is awesome. thanks nickEdit: The reasoning for this is because Nick was diligent and got me exactly what I needed, and had me paid and closed in five minutes. I called four other places that took hours to even call me back to verify that they had this item available. Thank you guys so much for being awesome, I am not usually an online shopper, but I took a leap and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. QUICKLY A++++++

My go-to place for salvage parts mainly because ones and that used to be the best place to get older Jeep & Ford parts. They also have a national parts locator service that actually produces good results. I recommend them for just about any older model vehicle as far as price also.

It's OK but the greatest thing about it is that it was not good I had to ask for a product and got feedback as stop talking about it cause you are dumb and don't know about cars. That's what they do when you are a woman evil thanks. Not not the female, she was very nice but it was the men's I'm sorry to feel that way but it's hard and I know a little about Vichel so I'm sorry but get the men's right so females come in they feel they were served with a smile thanks but not being rude but that's how it is Thanks.

Rude immature customer service. I feel like I'm dealing with retards, it makes it almost impossible to do business with. All the reviews are correct. If you can buy from somewhere else, do it and save yourself the hassle. Shops like this shouldn't be in business.

My 16 year old had a flat tire so we went here to try to get a new rim. $40 wasn t a bad price. HOWEVER they waited until he paid to tell him it wouldn t be ready for 5 hours because well that s how long it takes to walk out to the car and pull it out of the trunk. Thinking to myself I m sure they will be fine with taking 20 seconds to go grab it out of the trunk so he can get to school. I was wrong. When I drove out to the location it was at they told me they can t pull the part off until the afternoon. So I drove back to the original store that He paid at to get a refund and magically there is a 20% restocking fee since they all ready pulled the part off the vehicle . That IS NOT POSTED IN THE SHOP OR ON THE INVOICE . I don t know where customer service went with this company but they used to have really good customer service.

5hour wait if your a cash customer. So if you have a job you won't be able to get parts from them. Also closed on Saturdays. Not much help. I let them know I was from out of town and by the time I made it to Topeka and they pulled the part they would be closed. Really bad service all around. I wouldn't go to them for anything after today. Also I will speak with the company that referred me to them and let them know how they treat their customers also. Maybe when they lose their contracts with these corporations they will find a better way to run their business. Are you guys really that lazy that it takes 5gours to take a wheel off?

Called these guys for a driver front seat. $125. Told me the vehicle hasn t had a driver window since it showed up on the lot.Asked if I could look at the seat. They said no since they don t allow people in the lot.Said they had pictures of the seat when it came in (who knows when that was.) so I asked for new pictures, and they would not provide a single picture of the seat to see if it s not a moldy pile of junk unless I paid for it first.????? Christ.

Stay away from this place!! This place has the worst customer "service" I have ever seen and that's saying something. Unbelievably rude and dismissive. This place is nothing more then a bait & switch with hidden fees!!! Stay away and you will thank me later!!

Didn t feel welcome here. They will NOT allow anyone in the yard. They don t mess with screws or any other miscellaneous little pieces to your vehicle. Flat out told me to take my business elsewhere with the dealer. Prejudice people. Find somewhere else to do business with.

Love dealing with this company have gotten parts here a few times and never have an issue I just want to say that I hope I can get the wheel for my car that I paid for a couple days ago and was told I'll get today but the one they were going to pull I guess was damaged and really hoping today is still met for a wheel cause mine is bent and don't want to keep driving on it and damage more things.... But keep y'all's service up it is amazing just hope they call us back soon with a answer lol.... So I ended up calling back and now I'm being told Monday pos Tuesday so they won't have a def answer and being told they r trying to find in same price well honestly I'm not paying any extra with having to wait for it to get here or period to get my part I understand stuff happens but if they found out this morning that it was bad I should of had a call prior toe or my wife calling in... Please help get this dealt with.....

If your not a big name repair facility then you tend to get ignored as a cash customer walking in. But the guys at the counter seem nice enough but from what I understand it's the ownerships lack of trust in employees and a big push to constantly sell that has every employee worried they might be the next to get axed. Although that's completely hearsay, I heard it from somebody. For these reasons I drive to Kansas city to the pick n pull and do it myself. Then it's my fault for not getting the part in a timely manner.

Purchased a BMW 318 engine. Tom was very courteous and great to work with. The engine arrived clean and not hacked up (hoses were removed and harness was nicely removed as well). All in all a great experience!

They had what I needed one of the clerk's made my son pay for the part and then wait 5 hours to come back to get it when the part was sitting right there saying he didn't see it. When I went back to pick up the part I showed them they hard over charged me ten dollars and within a couple mins they had ran a refund to my card

Prices always seem high no matter where you go for used parts. But I've found that A&A gives me a square deal on my purchase and when I have a vehicle to sell.
