I was having issues with tires I had bought in another state for my motorhome. I wasn't sure if the tires were defective or just hadn't been balanced properly. Called and talked to Katy who was knowledgeable and we discussed some options. I took it in and they quickly found the tires hadn't been properly balanced. They addressed the problem at a reasonable price and my motorhome is driving much better. I would definitely go back again if I have any other issues or when I need new tires.

Bought four tires online and needed them installed on a Saturday they close at noon I called & asked if they could help me out, the young lady I talked to said sure will do them today they had a fair amount of business, pulled my pickup in two gentlemen went to work on it, 45 minutes later I was heading home. I support every business in town when I can, the service & conversation while I waited was worth the phone call, excellent place to do business with.

I called 4 other shops, none were even remotely interested in assisting me with my flat. Katy told me she could have my unusual sized tire in a couple of hours. Quoted a fair price installed. Terrific service and very nice professionals

Beware, Todd sold his shop. The new owners are nice but they better get a handle on customer service or this place is going to be a vacant building. They posted a sign saying not responsible for lug nuts or studs . This should be a huge warning to every customer. Businesses post signs when there is a problem. They broke two of my studs and don t care. They use Snap-On impacts capable of 810 ft-lb (1,098 N m) of torque output and 1,190 ft-lb (1,613 N m) of bolt breakaway torque. I watched as they ran the lug nuts down and then preceded to hit it three more times. They never used to do that. When I got home, I measured the torque, 218 ft/lbs over twice the torque required. Steel rims are 105 lbs and aluminum rims require 95 ft/lbs of torque. It took a three foot breakover bar to loosen them. It pulled the threads off a brand new lug nut. Next trip to Walmart stop by the Tire Department and observe. Every wheel is torqued to specs and then a Manager has to retorque each nut and sign off. The new owners should invest in a torque wrench. Todd needs to get his name off that building before his reputation is ruined. BTW, S&S automotive charges $150 to replace each broken stud. Ask for Phillip, appointments are two weeks in advance.

New owners are great! I needed tires for my BMW and out of the range of brands picked one and they were at the shop that day. The guys immediately went to work upon showing up and was driving away within 15 minutes at 4pm on a weekday despite them simotaniously working on a school bus and a Jeep. Tod's Tire doesn't mess around.

I honestly don't know if I've ever seen faster service at a lower price. Not to mention friendly. Todd and his crew really know their stuff. I'd like to see another place that can pull off, mount, and balance 4 tires and have you back on the road in 20 minutes.

Always have gotten me in and out very quickly. New owners are very polite and respectful. If the tires aren t in stock they are usually there within 2 days max. I ve been going to them for years and all I will say is I ve never had 1 issue with them.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!! Stripped my stud and all they can say is "these things happen" to bad Todd isn't their, he was a good man who made things right. Stay away from the new owners!!!!! They will rip you off!!!!!!Put up a small sign that nobody can see, total rip off. Exactly what is wrong with American today, most Un American business in Tonganoxie.Totally un honest and un trust worthy. Wait till you have a flat and you can't change it because you can't get the lug nut off of the stripped stud. You call to tell they messed up your vehicle and they say oh you didn't see the small sign outside. Not good people at all. A business not responsible for the work they do or damage they cause., total scam. Go to Mr Tire

New owners but the place did not change. I needed two specific tires and they were able to order them with no issue. I was able to show up and they had them installed very quickly. When you get the price for the tire, that includes everything except the tax. They do not charge extra fees on top of the tire price like most other places. I will be calling them again next time I need tires!

Absolutely the best service & pricing I've experienced in 50+ years. Was fortunate enough to have the owner (Todd) service my wife's car. Quick, efficient, personable. I will never go to another tire shop again!!! So thankful a buddy provided the referral to Todd's!

Needed a tire repaired. Stopped by at about 7:15 with no appointment and they were able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with their service. Will definitely go back when I need tires or a repair.

If there were 6 stars, this shop would deserve it. I have been taking my vehicle and my company vehicles here for going on 4 years. Never had one problem. The name can be misleading, they do great service work on top of good prices on tires. Prices are low compared to other area shops on repair jobs. Jeremy gives you a fair price every time.

Ordered a pair of tires on a Monday. Had it arrived on a Wednesday and got to the tire shop around 4pm before closing(5pm) They did a great job putting my new tires on within 20 mins! The owner of the shop and workers there were very professional and polite! I recommend anyone local to give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I was told to get new tires for my Nissan Frontier from Todd s Tires for the best deal. I called and ordered 4 Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires. The next Monday (11/30/20) I showed up after calling to confirm my tires arrived. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great bunch of guys working. They know their stuff and work fast and efficient. Will go no where else for my tires from now on. Will go back for tire rotation and other tire purchases. I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you Todd s Tire!!!John G

Everyone I know has gone here for years and for good reason. You can call the shop and let them know what you want to spend and call it good or alternatively, you can pick their brains about more specific things and get a better idea of what you actually want to buy vs what you think you should buy.They do not up sell anything and will give honest advice. If you come earlier in the day, they can have your car in new shoes in under half an hour. Definitely give this place a shot.

Todd's is great! Living on gravel is rough on tires, and they've always been incredibly fast swapping tires or pulling random hardware and patching them. It's definitely a hometown shop with exactly what I'm looking for in a tire place. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Todd is the best tire guy around. He always gets me the best deals and is a local business guy who started from scratch. I've been using Todd before he had a shop and was working out of a box truck. He's honest and backs up his work. He will also talk you you out of wasting your money if you're not ready for a set of tires. This is the only place I buy tires and that's a lot due to living on gravel and the amount of vehicles & trailers I have.

I always feel like I am pulling into the pits at a racetrack. The guys come out and are waiting with Jack's to get on whatever job you roll up with. Quality work, plenty of options to choose from when replacing tires and just good old fashioned tire shop. Appreciate everything you do for our family.

I absolutely love this tire shop!! They have the best service, prices, and their guys know exactly what they need to do.There is never a question if my tires and wheels will be done right I can pull up let them do their job and be on my way.If your in tongie and need tire repair or anything tire related you need to go to todd's!!!Thanks again for getting my ford fl as tubed going this morning fellas!!!

They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires. In and out good service. Not your fancy showroom..just good tire guys doing a good deal earning a living. I would use them again for sure.
