These guys are always helpful and have helped me out more than a couple times. My battery terminal was loose I asked if there was any way they could help me because of my limited strength in my right hand he immediately got his tools and came out and replaced it for me

The boys there don't know what their doing. And, didn't look at what they're doing. I would suggest going to a bigger city to get what you want

Had my car battery die at my house. They had someone come out to my house within a few minutes, restart my car for me, and then check the battery and alternator all for free. Super kind and helpful!!!!! If I need car parts in the future, they will be my first call!!!

Reason i give one star is due to lack of customer service. I am a loyal customer with commercial account, had to argue with an employee on ordering a part but little do they know i can look up online to find the part and then call back to tell them the part number . I call for them to do their job instead of me doing their job. I have been through many encounters with them and it is very dissatisfying . I would rather drive a town over just to go to oreillys to get better service.

Staff is more concerned about their conversation than to help out their coworker who can't find a part. If you're going to blatantly ignore customers, do it where they can't hear your conversation.

Customer service is terrible. Tried to buy a headlight bulb and instead of the guy showing me where it was he wanted me to remember the scew number...... I will never go back

They never have that parts I want in stock. But the people working during daylight hours are atleast somewhat nice

I bought a fuel pump here a few months ago.It stopped working. I called the store and gave my phone number to look up the receipt. They told me they haven t sold a fuel pump like that in a year. I wouldn t trust this place. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Go someplace else!

Great help by the young man who helped me. Bought one of there econo battery's. He helped me install it and refused a tip,due to company policy. Great employees in Tonganoxie.

By far the most knowledgeable and friendly staff of any auto parts store I've ever visited. If they don't have a part they will find one for you at the closest if not best price and have it available ASAP. The store is always clean, neat and organized as it should be.

Live here in Tonganoxie for serval years we had two parts stores here O Reillys was great had everything on stock now it s just one they have unexperienced porch people trying to look up on computers if it s not there tell you to look on Internet or go to dealer don t know why you guys even put out parts book because I don t even How to look up Parts worthless

The young man behind the counter was so helpful. He went out to my car and located and changed a fuse issue which was causing my vehicle to have no brake lights.

Ordered part, was supposed to be in by 1PM the next day. Go to pickup, no part, warehouse canceled order, no one bothered to check anything or call.
