Unfortunately for us, Russell's has closed! Greg has retired and sold to another business. Thanks for everything!-----------------------Russells Auto service is great. I had to seek out a new local mechanic as Tires Plus was ruining my vehicles. Greg is super helpful and willing to go into detail to make sure you understand what options are available. They've kept my vehicles running great and I intend to keep going back! Thanks!

I chose Russells Auto to help diagnose issues in my car based on many references from others who had used this service. This was my first experience with the shop and I was beyond impressed. Greg was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. I used the convenient and secure after hours drop off setup so that they could access my car easily with no fuss. They were timely in their assessment, follow-up, and communication with me. I've found a new shop "home" for any of my future automotive needs. Thanks, Greg!

Greg is a fair and honest business owner. He could have easily put me in a position to pay thousands for a repair, but as one honest person to another, he make a recommendation that wasn't in his business bottom line's favor. It was the right thing to do though. So if you're looking for an honest car service company, look no further than Russells Auto Service.Service: Transmission

I called and talked to Mike about A Nissan Ultima that wouldn t start. He said he couldn t get to it for almost a week. That in itself told me he must do good work. Mike was pleasant to talk to him on the phone and actually gave us some exceptional advice that we took. Mike never made one penny from me but gave me the advice necessary to fix my vehicle. I am forever grateful. I hope someone sees this review and use his Russell auto service because of it.

I would leave a 0 stars if it was an option. DO NOT GO HERE!! They are extremely disorganized. I went 3 WEEKS without a call or notification. I had to reach out to them for any and all updates. My car was there for over a month. Horrible communication. Greg very much has a condescending demeanor and attitude. Go anywhere but here.

I've been using Russell's for several years. My wife recommended them to me when we were dating, and I've never regretted her choice. Greg (the owner) is honest, and takes time to carefully explain automotive issues.In my younger days, I did most of my own mechanical work, and I've never caught him trying to bamboozle my wife nor I. I've grown to trust him and his diagnoses and recommendations.

We just moved very close to Russells Auto.. So, I wanted to try them out since they are very close. I took my Volvo to get an Oil change. Greg is Amazing and very friendly. Advised me I do not need Full Synthetic oil, (mind you everywhere I took my vehicle before told me I did need it) so definitely saved me money. Then took my sons Veloster yesterday for Brakes, Greg called and said his car doesn't need brakes but does need a few other things ( We were told by Firestone he needed brakes) ! I love the honest Mechanic mentality! We will always go to RUSSELLS!!

Gary was honest and forthright when I asked him about my car. Even though he doesn't do the work necessary for my vehicle, he gave me some good advice. I appreciate his integrity and knowledge.

Was given a bid of $4000+ (engine replacement) by a national chain mechanic. Brought it into Greg for a second opinion. He identified the same problem but went the extra mile to find that this issue was under warranty and will be free for the dealership to repair. He called the dealership to ensure that this was the case and wrote a detailed summary of what was wrong so nobody could refute it. Greg seems like a local guy that cares about people. Feels good to save $4000!

Professional, polite and honest service.My transmission crapped out on me while traveling home to meet my mom for mothers day.RUSSELS broke everything down and presented me with some options. This was extremely helpful in understanding the technical nuances and pricing as well.They took on the feat of replacing a transmission - one of the toughest jobs. They did a phenomenal job. Been driving it for a couple weeks now and it's never ran better.This is my first ever review - please take my word, these guys do QUALITY and HONEST work.

There always is a few handful of independent and reputable auto mechanics in a town. Russel's is definitely one of them. Fair and reasonable pricing. Friendly folks. Always try to support your local home town small businesses folks.

Great service great price. Took my vehicle in for a repair, they told me i needed tires. Went to a tire shop and they quoted me for tires but told me I needed other work as well. Took it back to russels and they told me i just needed tires and an alignment. 1200 in savings. Thanks!
