Where to begin? Charged $125 to CK codes and wouldn't tell us what codes it showed! Replaced the battery but didn't secure it. Charged $130 for a second diagnostic that showed the key didn't have a chip in it. Why a total of $250? The icing on the cake? They took the car in April and after numerous calls they got it in the shop in August hmmm. Their attitudes weren't good and $728 for a battery+$65 to install it unsecured, two diagnostics and a key replacement.BTW we took it to NAPA 1/8 mile from them and they did a free diagnostic and only one code showed a misfire on cylinder #2. We purchased plugs and a coil for a little over $100.They may be good at alignments but a rip off for what they did for us.Burned in Stilwell.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Custom Alignment for over three years now, and have had all major repairs and preventative maintenance done here.I can t imagine going anywhere else, and greatly appreciate the owners and mechanics! The service is excellent!!!

I recently needed some front end work and an alignment on my f150...found this shop through Google, liked the reviews about their service and thought I would give them a try. They took my truck in promptly as promised and performed the neccessary repairs and alignment. A couple of days later the truck was having some issues on the road in the front end. I called the shop and they told me to come in for a look. Once there they discovered a replacement part was defective and, again promptly, did the neccessary removal and replacement right then and there. No questions asked. They were very sorry for the issue (which was totally not their fault)...and apologized several times. The end result for me was an overall great "car repair experience "...and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Being an older single woman they were recommended to me by some friends. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car. They did what was needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need done. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I would have paid more someplace else. George is the best and I will definitely use them in the future.

My truck was too rusty so they did not do the leaf springs. But they did not charge for the diagnostic and lifting the truck in the air to look at it.

Had a great experience taking my car in for an alignment. Both Suzanne and George communicated clearly and we re able to make time for an appointment. Appreciated their thoroughness in completing the job.

Took my truck in for A C charge lasted about a week. Called them and they said they would take care of it. Charged A C again they charged 600.00 to fix again still doesn't work... Super disappointed in the fact that they don't care. Found mud and grease rubbed in carpet and had to clean myself. I wouldn't recommend anybody using them. Their guarantee is not worthy. Just a ploy to charge you more when you bring it back.

Very pleased with the alignment work they did on my car AND the reasonable price! Steven was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining what needed to be fixed. They started working on my car at my appointment time and finished precisely when they promised. Nice people and worth the short drive to Stilwell.

Been taking my vehicles there for 15 years. The owner, "Bruiser", is the only mechanic I've ever trusted! He will give you an honest assessment of your problem, without all the extra "upsell" BS that the others offer. Not too fancy, but low overhead keeps his prices low!

This is a great family business. I have had two disabling problems which would have caused us to sell our 15 year old ford but they were able to fix it both times, don't hesitate to have them look at the worst of issues.

They always treat me right and are very honest about any work that I get done. The turn around can take a day or more but I figure that is because the front lot is always full.

They are always there when I need them. I know when I go in that they will have an idea as to what is wrong before I leave. They call if the cost or the problem is more than they thought, before they start the job. Always reliable.
