J&T performed multiple repairs to my 1990 Buick Reatta. It had been stored for several years with little use. As a result, it had several maintenance and repair needs. Additionally, they performed a complete safety check to ensure the car was safe and road worthy. When they were done the car ran great and I have peace of mind knowing that it is safe to drive. And. I was surprised when i saw the bill and the cost was less than expected for all that they did. They communicated during every step of the way by phone or text messaging and kept me updated on the cars status. They are a top notch, professional shop that I will continue to use for all of our auto repair needs. J&T Auto is easy to deal with, friendly, professional and competitively priced. We take our cars there for repairs and they diagnose with additional photos and details in an email/text for my review. They do a good job and more importantly, I know I can trust them.

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but thought they earned it. The team at J&T is top notch. They do an excellent job of inspecting your vehicle and providing a comprehensive list of what needs to be addressed and what can wait. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service, making you feel more like family than a customer.

My son s truck broke down on his way to school. Thankfully we had roadside assistance. I contacted J&T that morning and had it towed there. They were able to get the truck looked at and repaired the same day, while providing detailed findings and pictures. Low pressure and easy to deal with. Great experience.

The team at J&T was awesome from the time I called to start a RFQ to the time I picked up the car. Darren went above and beyond to make sure my mother in laws Escape is road worthy as her daily driver. Huge thanks to the entire team, they have made a regular customer out of my wife and me.

I just had my car repaired and serviced, which it needed a lot to get running smoothly again. They did great work and the car feels nice. I feel like this company is professional and communicate well with you about things you need or don't need done on your car. I appreciate their honesty about that. We had our other car in recently and we thought we might need a new alternator. They could have replaced it and charged us, but they told me it wasn't needed and saved me so much money. I will keep returning here. So happy I decided to try them!

The Customer Service here is simply spectacular. Had a tire blow-out a couple hours from home, and no tools or jack in the car with me.The folks at J & T went above and beyond to help me get back on the road, and they did so- in under an hour, for a very fair price, and on a Holiday no less!They made a tough experience so SO much easier....Id even go as far as saying it was pleasant experience. Definitely a cut above the rest. Thanks guys!

Wonderful customer service from all angles! I would highly recommend using J&T auto if your car needs servicing or maintenance. They were very professional, explained everything they found very clearly, and the front office was comfortable and hospitable.

This was my first time going to J&T Auto Service and the customer service from the beginning to end was great. This was my first time ever I have had pictures being sent to me from an auto shop explaining the issues I was having with my breaks. Darren who helped me with my breaks was very knowledgeable and explained the issues I was having. I can t say how great of an experience I had at J&T Auto Service. I strongly recommend anybody to bring their vehicle to J&T Auto and have it serviced.Service: Brakes

The repair was performed very well.The technician got greasy spots all over the seats. The lady there cleaned it all up.The technician should have protected the interior while performed the repair.

Cody gave me a careful assessment of the condition of my car and recommended that it wasn t worth the cost of repair. I really appreciate his honesty. J&T always gives an honest assessment. You can trust that they will not suggest unneeded repairs. They have previously repaired my air conditioner, rotated tires & changed oil. Fantastic service at this place. Yesterday was my first time trying them out (I had a slow leak in my front tire). I was greeted by happy professionals that took care of me very fast and kept me updated along the way. Very impressed! and we will be back here to get the oil change on the wife's car and any other issue in the future. Thank you!

J & T Auto has worked on my vehicle twice now and I have only good things to say about them! Both times were unexpected and without appointments. Had an odd request. Had a hydraulic cylinder with a stuck bolt. My impact couldn t get it off, I had a heavier duty impact on order, but I really needed the bolt off that day. Brought it to them and they were able to get me in and out of there in under 3 minutes. Great helpful people, shout-out to the guy who got it off for me!

This was truly a wonderful experience. My van broke down at the gas station just north of the shop. I walked there to get towing info, but the techs were at lunch. 20 minutes later 2 showed up and towed my van with their truck.Quickly diagnosed the starter and ran to the get the part so they could have me out of there in a couple hours.Was telling one of the techs I was glad they could do it today because my wife was pregnant and due any day, he stopped me mid sentence and offered me his truck keys to drive home. That was unneeded, thankfully, but truly above and beyond care.The owner was a kind woman who was very helpful and a good host in the lobby, place was clean and had snack and coffee.Very thankful for my experience with J&T they're the real deal.

I am a first time customer, brought my vehicle in for an inspection before we drive out of state. The service mechanic was very thorough and professional. Spoke with the service adviser after reviewing the amazing text message that leads to a full image and description page. I can t begin to say enough about J & T Auto Service. This establishment has fixed things that others have failed with, including actual auto dealer service centers. The personalized service with great communication is above and beyond. . The value is more than what you would ever expect from service that is received. Finding an establishment that is driven on basic core values such as trust and integrity is so hard to find these days and I feel lucky to have listened to a friend when they recommended J & T Auto. I have 3 vehicles they have serviced, to include bringing them an old broken down Jeep I am restoring that has deep sentimental value. Providing great service and having a passion for what they do makes it simple to continue to recommend and have all future work completed by J & T Auto. J&T is the best! They answer all of my questions and take the time to make sure i understand. Superb service! Best in KC area! They will take you home and pick you up if you don't want to wait which is such exceptional service from them! In the past, I would only go to dealers for service, but no longer, J&T are clearly the best! I totally trust J&T and will go to them for all of my car's needs!

My car had some intermittent electrical issues and another local shop tried to diagnose the issue 2 times but found nothing. The my car died and had to be towed. We have taken 5 different cars to J & T Auto in the past couple of years for various repairs. On at least 3 occasions our car has been serviced early. We have called to check prices and they have been cheaper than other shops. Excellent service a great experience. I had my fun car Miata oil changed. They did that job and told me of issues I should be looking to work on. It is not my daily driving car so I have some things to work on. I bought a used car and J&T did a vehicle safety inspection.
