Lost my key to my work vehicle and he ordered 2 new fobs for me and had them cut and programmed by the next day. He was very polite and professional I would highly recommend!

500 miles from home. 1am. Key fob breaks. I spend 8 hours searching for help. Finally I found Ben!! He is my hero! He drove to me and got me back on the road!! I cannot thank this company enough! Very personable and loves to help! If you get in a jam CALL HIM!! Thank you Ben!!!

This guy rocks, lost my key in the lake called this company he came out same day. Made a key and programmed it in 15 minutes, he's topnotch, no other company would come out and help me. He had about every key you could of thought of in his van. If you need help I bet he's got your key in stock.

Ben is a great person to do business with. A cylinder lock on my storage unit was rusted out from time and weather. He was there and had me back in my storage unit within 15 minutes of me calling. And the price he charged was fair. I will use him again if I need his services in the future.

Highly recommend him(ben). his workers i cannot speak on(never had them work for me)..I have a 2000 ford mustang and I accidently back probed 12 volt to a 5 v system I ended up having to replace the pcm and my 1000 dollar scan tool would not program the pats system on it. i called ben originally he charged me 50 dollars for him to see if it was just a program issue with the chipped keys. 2 weeks go by and i try again with my scan tool to no avail and call him he spent 1 hour of his time (he is very very busy and good at what he does) to help me only to tell me that even with all of his equipment he couldn't do anything for me. he referred me to randy at r and a electric.he shows up to your house can build and program pretty much any keys right there at your location.

Ben is persistent and dedicated to his work. Had a problem with my older Lexus that the mechanic could not accurately diagnose. He was able to clear computer codes to allow the car to restart. Price was fair for his efforts.

Lost our keys...' finally called in help. He came here and was done in a half hournsybe less . Extremely professional and very nice. I am so grateful I found this locksmith. Will definitely use again God forbid it's needed. And tell everyone I know how great he is!!!!

Just had a spare key fab made for my 2018 Ford Taurus. Ben met me in Abilene, Ks on a Saturday and was done within a half hour. Since it was a weekend I didn t have to take time off of work. He was very courteous, polite and informative. A great guy! I highly recommend their services!!

This company is amazing, they helped my family in a really hard time when we couldn't get any other help, and the insurance was trying to kill us for a tow. I highly recommend them, very nice and understanding, and willing to try there best to help you. They were are saving grace. My grandma and gotten out Houston TX, and car broke down and they jumped to help. I'll call them if I ever need help again. God bless you! Good comes to those who do good!!

Called at 6:10 am to request somebody drive to lindsborg to help me get into my car. Person who answered said that since I was the first person to call today that it might be a little bit and asked me when I needed to get in my car. I said within a couple of hours is preferable and he said no problem. No contact until I called back at 8:00 am. Person who answered the phone said they were about ready and would be on their way within an hour. So I waited till 9:00 am to call them back and no answer, called again, no answer. After 15 minutes I called again. No answer. So I left a voicemail telling them I found somebody else finally.

I was in a hurry to get things put in the trunk and somehow the keys made it in there too. After calling Automotive Locksmith of Kansas, Ben arrived quickly and knew just what to do. He was very professional and kind. It was as if Ben knew how distraught I was feeling inside, he was very reassuring that he d get things taken care of right then. He did that, and instantly won me over. Hopefully I won t be locking myself out of any vehicle, but if it happens...I m calling Ben again. Super responsive and really fast! My programmed key wore out and the technician made a new one to factory spec, my FOB was getting old too so he had a new one programmed for me in no time! Best part was that it didn't cost much and only took 15-20 minutes! Really impressed and highly reccomend.

To start, it was great to get a human to answer. Gave an honest estimate of what it would cost and time to arrive. The gentleman was on time to what he promised and helped the couple get back in their car in a matter of three mins.But the real professionalism was the way he calmly took care of the couple fear and worry with dignity band compassion... I have, and will recommend Advanced Collateral Services to everybody. Ben came to Salina twice to make and program a key for my sons truck within an hour after my call. His fee was almost half of the 2 other companies I called, and he came to me so I saved a tow fee. Thank you Ben, keep up the great work.

Excellent! A couple of years ago I bought a used F-250 that only had one key. They did an excellent job making a second key for me so I knew I would be back. Well, we recently needed a new key for my older GMC pickup and the only key we had was too worn to just copy like hardware stores do. They were able determine the code to cut the key just from a picture of my old key. The new key worked great. Highly recommend!

Will drop everything to help with your needs. Doesn't matter what time of the day or early hours of the morning even if it's 3am. Will come get you when you slid off the road. Locked out, need new keys, etc. Ben is a wonderful guy who will make your bad day turn into an enjoyable one. I'm sure if you ran out of gas he will even rescue you too on that! Highly recommended and best around

My kids locked my keys inside my car. I called these guys. They came right out and got right into my car. The battery had died and it would not start. They gave me a jump. The guy didn't over charge me. Also he was nice and truly cared that I was having a bad day... Call these guys they will treat you right.

These guys were very fast and friendly. Me and my wife broke down on the highway and they showed up quickly n towed us to the mechanic of our choice. Reasonable price. They made this experience less stressful. Thank you guys I will recommend you to everyone!!!

Had a conversation with the owner and he was very aggressive and rude. Will not be doing business here. His friends and/or employees give out personal information. September 2017-I will update this since I have had time to sit down and give a better review: the owner was extremely obnoxious and was giving incorrect information to a public forum and degrading others in a public forum about chasing down a car and towing it illegally for the benefit of money for his business. It got to a point where I had to block him, his wife and co-workers( which are several of his 5 star reviews). Several of his co-workers were blamed on that same forum for giving personal financial information by other parties.

I lost my car key over two months ago, but was hoping it would show up. The police finally noticed and put an orange sticker on it this morning. I called at 1pm on a saturday. They came to Salina and made key and had my car up and moving again by 3pm. They told me the price when I called. The gentleman was very pleasant and even hooked up the jumper cables for me.
