I tried to order two times parts for my tractor by web, and two times they say what they don't have parts, but on site this goods were ready to send. Now I lost 3days without equipments, my money is blocked on account and I can't buy from another shop. Please tell me What am I need to do now.? I can't buy, money is blocked, you first on the web you show what you have than you don't have. My tractor broke and you can't set your Web to work normally or you simply don't want to sell me these parts?

Please don't sell things you don't actually possess.I drove three hours round trip to pick up parts that your website, the telephone salesman, and the guy who took my money all assured me were there. The only people who knew a piece was missing were the warehouse pickers. Since these are not OEM parts, all three were necessary.Being told that they would not ship the remaining piece from another location seemed like a problem solving failure. Being told that the piece would be available in six to eight months was just ridiculous. And at no point did anyone take responsibility or offer an apology.I've been doing business with AM for many years, long before the new building was built and before most of the shops were there. I'm not sure how long I'm willing or able to do business there.

Never had a good experience with the parts guys on the phone here when calling the number on the website. They act like they are too busy to help you and are just jerks in general. My suggestion to management would be some customer service training. We've given them several tries and had the same experience every time. If you need friendly help on the phone call shoup, Sloan, ASAP, or any other parts place. Don't waste your time with these people unless they are the only ones with your part. Gving 2 stars instead of 1 because they do have some hard to find parts.

Ordered part first thing Monday morning, supposed to be delivered by Saturday. Called Friday because I have not received any tracking info. Was told part was not in stock and had to be ordered from manufacturer and no I will not be getting the part by Saturday. Thanks for letting me know you did not have it in stock 4 days later when I called. Will not use this business again.

Had ordered from here previously & had been fairly satisfied, so decided to give them our business again. We ordered a water pump and gasket for our tractor. When it arrived, there had been no packing inside the box, and the water pump had rolled around and ruined the gasket. We had the tractor ready for the part, based on the arrival date they quoted us, so I called and got Grant & requested a they pay overnight charges to get us a replacement gasket for next day delivery. He refused, would not acknowledge that it was their error due to poor packaging and had the audacity to say to me why don t you just hop on down to your local John Deere dealer and pick one up. Then the call was over. My husband called right back & asked to speak with Grant s boss. This man seemed unhappy about Grant s attitude and promised to send out another gasket. That was last Thurs, and we ve not received a thing to date. We ll not do business with them again.

Tractor parts that I had coordinated to pick up today were not available as they were sold to another customer due to a simple mistake by an employee to make sure they were assigned to me. I gave 3 stars as they did make an effort to see if any existing, but not new, parts would be suitable. I did not go down that path. I am hoping that they will find a way to make this a 5 star review, as I know that mistakes are made at times, but how a business responds to its mistakes tell you everything about the integrity of a business.

Small little place that is not hard to get to. The docks can be a little tight. Go in the man door next to the docks. Ring the buzzer by the door. They loaded me in about twenty minutes, maybe less. The guy I talked to was nice. Don't know if they have facilities or not. I'd come back here again.

Our company used to order everything from Abilene machine. Had to call in to find out where our order was, as we had no tracking information after 4 days. We had called multiple times and always got a voicemail. Finally we got someone on the phone. And was offended that we asked him to simply punch in our order number (claiming it wasn't his job) and at a minimum to just give us a status being as we had customers tractors In our shop waiting on an answer as to when we could have their equipment out. The lovely gentleman we had on the phone then stated that it would be on back order and that it said that on the website. (We don't order anything that's on backorder because it makes it impossible to give our customers a completion date at our shop) we check for that when we order anything. Sure enough while he's on the phone we have someone on our computer double checking the order. We tell him that it is supposed to be delivered in 3-5 buisness days. And that is what is showing on our order. But still no tracking info. So then he comes up with a few more excuses and says, and I quote "the system just pulls up and imaginary number. You will get it when you get it" that was the end of the phone call.

We ve bought a lot of parts over the years and here s what we ve learned.#1 DON T deal with Tom.#2 Brent is super friendly and helpful.#3 Most of they re new after market parts fit really close to oem. And sometimes their parts a better such as they re combine concaves and other such things.All in all a pretty good place, just make sure you get the right part.

My first review ever. Not my thing but this place is a joke! I ordered a $500 in frame engine rebuild kit on a friday being told i would recieve it by the following weekend. Instead i recieved over $3K in parts that i did not order but i was charged shipping on 170 pounds of useless parts. My parts showed up the following week leaving me way behind schedule. I reached out to Grant and was assured i would be refunded all shipping cost! I shipped all parts back exactly how he asked but now he rufuses to refund my shipping or return a phone call! I could have thrown the parts in the trash but i did the right thing and got screwed by Abilene Machine! Do not get yourself in a position where they owe you money! You will never see it! This is 100 percent their mistake and i am paying for it!

I have always been pleased with the prices and service. I recently ordered a window for a tractor and it was broken when delivered. I called Abaline Machine and it was no problem. They immediately shipped a replacement and I got it in a couple of days. Very satisfied.

My husband called on a Friday to price tractor roofs destroyed by hail, he got a hold of Daryl who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in pricing the roofs. He ordered two tractor roofs on a Monday from another sales rep and received a charge on his credit card the next day he received another smaller charge on the card but never received an invoice of any kind. I called on Wednesday asking for an invoice and about the charges. Jody in bookkeeping was helpful with getting the invoice sent to the "correct email", but could not explain the two charges to the credit card without notification. I asked for a manager and she transferred me to Jerry who was out of his office. I called back and talked to someone who would not identify himself asking for an ETA. I told him my story about being transferred and no one answering and he laughed in my face when I told him that was a bad way to run a business and we would not do business again he said "That would be greatAfter all was said and done Andrew handled the situation to our satisfaction.

Just picking my kid up off the bus. Abilene Machine courteously allows the Abilene school district to use there corner lot as a bus stop for those of us from out of town so kudos to them for being an asset to their surrounding communities!

These guys have saved me numerous times when we had a break down. They had the stuff we needed on the late model combines that they part out. It's amazing how many almost new machines that they part out. Big Thanks for what they do !!!!

Quick trip to pick up pre ordered used parts. Had one person who checked out before me and one who loaded out before me and was out of there in 15 minutes.

Have to watch what you are getting. Some items are good and some items complete junk. A lot of times John Deere is cheaper or the same price as Abilene Machine because of the extra shipping costs, but you can pickup parts in Sioux Falls. Overall Worthington ag parts is better, but they have less on hand.

Called them twice this year so far and asked about parts. They said they would look and call me back. Never called. First time back in May. Second time july 29th. Ridiculous.

If you need tractor parts your at the right place. Friendly staff, lots of inventory and great quality and price. Can order online in person or by phone.

A single person who never answers her phone runs the online order department, the person we did get a hold of when trying to get our delivery date actually said the delivery date on the website is just an imaginary number generated for the order, it means nothing prior to this when we asked him about the delivery date we were asked well what does the website say? This place is smoke and mirrors, if you are trying to run a business and keep deadlines this is not the supplier to use.

Ordered spindles by replacement John Deere part number and they have the wrong size keyway cut in them. Called, they advise that 1/16" oversize is acceptable!?!?!? They will send me another pair, but they too are an over sized grove, keyways arent suppose to be tight. SINCE WHEN???

Most of the time a good place to shop but my last order they got the part wrong I did get a refund but had to send it back on me paying the shipping was not happy about that

Bought a new hydraulic pump for our 4455 Deere tractor. It lasted 1500 hours at most before the seal started puking oil out of it. Spend the Xtra for Deere OEM unless you enjoy removing the hydraulic pump more than we do!

We called for a tractor part at 11:30 am. Went to lunch and it was ready and waiting at 1:30 pm. Great service.

Drove 140 miles one way for a belt that they said they would have on the counter ready for pickup. ..... got there to find out that they couldn't find it, and they even had my phone number. ...... arghhhh.
