My tire blew when I was out of town and on my way to a wedding. The staff person helped me figure out a plan quickly and was able to get me a new tire in time to head back home! I was so appreciative of their kindness and urgency!

I will always choose Tires Plus and especially this location after my most recent experiences. We bought a set of tires recently but neglected or forgot to add on Tire protection. My son experienced a flat a week later in Omaha and went to another location. They replaced the tire and added on the tire protection, but they did not know how to clear the tire code.I contacted this location and they cleared the code no charge. The manager is amazing. Very honest and friendly. I have complete trust in him. While waiting, I witnessed a Hispanic family walk in and the front desk attendant greeted them in Spanish. That's great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend

I had discovered there was a nail in my spouse's tire. They were able to get me in for a patch on short notice. The fellas i talked to were pretty friendly, and the technician even put the spare tire and hardware back in the trunk for me.

My rear passenger tire went flat due to a pothole in the highway. I had to contact a tow service and the car had to be towed somewhere near Shawnee Ks for a new tire. I was calling around to see who could get me in right away. When I called Tires Plus to verify that they had the tire, Quentin was very nice and professional. He was able to confirm that they had the tire within minutes. When the tow finally was able to get my car to Tire Plus, Quentin and the mechanic were able to get the car in the same night instead of doing multiple trips back and forth since I don't live close to Shawnee. The car was up and running in no time. They both were amazing. Quentin gave me recommendations about other tires that might need addressing in the near future. Overall an excellent experience.

We can depend on Tires Plus and Firestone to meet ALL OUR VEHICLE needs. They are reliable, trustworthy, and totally professional. Overall best price and if they are not equipped to fix a problem the team will always recommend where to take our autos.

I made an appointment to get a tire fixed and not to have my oil, tires or battery checked. It was a waste of my time as well as the stores where I was told they would not fix it because they determined that the tread was too low. That was not their call. I will never go to that store again especially when I decide to get my tires replaced.

Came in on a last minute deal with some heavy sludge that needed a flush asap. They had a really busy day and the one guy said sure. Cost and time was what I expected. Have also had tires down here in past and a friend has had work done here too. Clean showroom and bathroom. They are like any other, do what they do and if they can't help because of something valid, don't get angry.

I had my tires rotated and balanced here at tires plus. They said the battery needed changed. I then had it checked at 2 different auto parts stores, both said it was just fine. A few days later I checked the psi in all the tires and found that one of the tires had close to 50 psi! I m lucky it didn t blow on the highway

Kinda disappointed. I have been going to tires plus for years and never had an issue but this time I got my tires changed and the car on the way home veered right and shook I assumed it was windy or something but it's been a week and the car is extremely Shakey and veers right.

I've gone to tires plus in Shawnee for tires on multiple occasions. The most recent visit, I was needing new tires for my teen's first car. They took the time to explain the different tires and tread that each have. They gave me options to choose from. When the total came, it was slightly over my budget for tires and the manager gave me a bit of a discount so I could get the tires I wanted for my teen's car.The workers were very friendly explained all of the charges. The car was done before the end of the day. We picked it up and it drive much better with the new tires. This staff is awesome. I won't go anywhere else for tires.Service: Tires

They wanted to say my car needed more work that would cost 2500.00. I took it to my mechanic. He said everything is fine. They thought that because I'm a woman, they could get more money from me.Update: I got my alignment done at other tires plus, and they didn't say anything about more work needing to be done. So this store was just trying to take money from me.Service: Wheel alignment

I have been a frequent client of the Tires Plus on Long Ave. in Shawnee. Actually, I have used them exclusively for 2.5 years... and let me tell you, the quality of work and especially the customer service has gone downhill.In less than a year: I found a long wrench wedged in my engine making an awful noise; my oil has leaked after a change; and now, twice in a row, my 2016 car has had two wheel studs break. For the name of the business being tire oriented, these techs seem to have no idea how to properly torque and tighten. I am beyond upset considering the rest of my car is now likely in danger of having issues in the near future. The worst part is how their staff treated me - specifically Quentin. He was arrogant and backtracked on things he originally said to me. When he informed me that two studs broke, he asked where I last had my tires rotated (which was there) and he replied "uh oh". Then 20 minutes later, he claimed this was definitely not their fault (even though they were comping it?). He also lied to me and said his manager was there speaking to another customer, when 20 mins later, he said he was not in today. They need more competent staff & techs, and need to learn how to treat customers better.Overall - I will never come to any Tires Plus location EVER again. My entire family has also had enough of these issues in the past year or two that they also will never give them another dime. Say what you will about getting routine maintenance done at shops like this - they can't even do tire rotations properly.

Never failed. Got my heater fixed and in the same time they ended up fixing my air conditioner because it was the same problem.01/25/2014Quentin is the BOMB! He is the man that says bring it in today we can get it done today. He makes everything much better and I absolutely love coming here and no this is not a paid sponsorship

Recent visit 1/3/24Called several shops nearby all were booked or offered appointments. I just needed a quick brake inspection and tire rotation for the company's vehicle. Called Tire Plus was offered a appointment. I asked about walking in. Informed it would be a hour wait. Arrived a few minutes later. Checked in at 7:40am. Between the wait and service took max a hour. I appreciate being squeezed in.2017:Everyone so nice and caring. Now I've been here twice to get work done. You get in on time for your appointment. They try to get you out as quickly as possible. Will make this location my regular shop.

Told I needed a new tire, however I wasn t losing air. Went to Goodyear and they removed the screw that wasn t even half an inch long that was just in tread and never even punctured tire. Thankful I got a second opinion.

My tire blew out on the way home on Saturday, I stopped by this shop 20 minutes before they closed. The administrator and mechanics were happy to help me and provide the best customer service. All employees are professional and friendly. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Let me start by saying I live 16 miles away from this location. Literally driving pass other tires plus to get to this location. WHY? The level of service is impeccable. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years. Started with army vet Keith (R.I.P) he set the bar and the guys after him continued to be great. I believe I saw a woman working there now. Great way to be diverse! To Quentin, Tyler and the entire crew....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!

Incredible Way Above Service- Compassionate and Kind! Quentin Hall and team came to my rescue on a Saturday evening- AFTER closing time. I had two flat tires and I had to wait for a tow service to get my vehicle to Tires Plus. I had talked to Quentin for a rather long and panicked phone conversation right after the tire incident occurred. I was stranded in the middle of a busy main road with a Shawnee officer not so friendly. My vehicle arrived 30 minutes later than I'd told Quentin. When I came in to give my keys, Quentin told me that he'd be able to help me that night! He and his team all stayed late to get me into four new tires. In fact I didn t even process him getting it done that same day, when he first told me. I did not expect Quentin to stay late, but he offered!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate my tires being installed that day because I had to get out of town the following morning. I don't believe I've ever been treated better by another business. I've been going to tires plus for years but I don't believe that contributed to the incredible service Quentin and his team provided. Quentin also managed to save me money which is also very appreciated. AND my tires are awesome and meaty. THANK YOU!!Service Type Tire ReplacementService: Tires

Scheduled an 8AM appointment for 2 tire repairs and selected "while i wait".Took 2-1/4 hours for them to do the job.Another person who had the 7:15 appointment waited 1-3/4 hours.They obviously don't get in any hurry here, even though they know you're waiting. And no apology either. They should be scheduling their appointments for every 2 hours, instead of every hour.They also recommended replacing 2 tires that had been driven overinflated by the previous owner, and were worn slightly in the middle, but still have PLENTY of tread! Not a good reason to recommend spending $500+ on 2 of their tires. They didn't even recommend tires matching the other 2.They were only concerned with selling what they keep in stock.

went here after breaks were making a grinding noise and the service was roughly $800. I got it back the next day or two and it was still making noises. The mechanics there had said they test drove it and that the problem was fixed. At this point I took it to another mechanic who said the break job was completely wrong and had to be redone. I will not be taking this vehicle back.

I've been going to this Tires Plus on and off for years because it's conveniently located. I started avoiding it when possible about two years ago because of how long it takes to get even their most common service jobs completed. Most recently, I scheduled the earliest appointment you can for a rotation and alignment and it was still over two and a half hours before they even looked at my vehicle. It took approximately 6 hours to complete what is very likely their most common service. On at least two occasions, the staff have informed me of a problem that requires a replacement part. I think they're mostly honest but both times, I was never shown a broken or damaged part despite the attendant who tells me about the issue offering to show me when I pick my vehicle up. They seem to give the job of letting you know that your vehicle is ready to another attendant who will not offer to show you the damaged part. I haven't made a big stink out of this because, like a said, I think the staff is mostly honest and by the time I get the call that my vehicle is ready I just want to move on with my day. My advise would be to clear your calendar on the day you schedule a service appointment here.

Sent my teenage son to get FRONT tire alignment for $110. They would NOT do it until they first replace both REAR "link arms to adjust toe" for $499. When declined, they still charged him $26 for diagnostics. I guess that would be for diagnosing REAR tires alignment that my son did not order, or diagnosing FRONT tires alignment that we already knew was bad - being the reason my son brought it in in the first place.Service: Tires

This is a great place for basic service on your car. The people are nice and friendly and they seem to actually care.The negatives though that I've experienced is the wait time is a lot longer than need be. I had an appointment at 10am and didn't leave until 12pm on a basic inspection and oil change. Also they charge $100 plus to run the codes on your car when Carmax or Auto zone would do it for free to see what's wrong and why thr check engine light is on

The only reason I went here and not Discount tires is because the last tire I bought for my work van was from here and I wanted the two in the back moved to the front and matching. I had to order in the tire. They said no issue with rotating them for me and then said that they couldnt do it because I needed another tire (They just so happened to have 2 now ) and an alignment. Said it was not safe to drive in the snow. I can't even get this van out of my driveway in the snow. This tire they want me to replace has alot if life left. My dad owned a shop. I am tired of people trying to rip me off because I am a woman. I bought 4 tires for my Rav last year at Discount tire. I was in and out in 20 minutes. This place is always way over an hour for 1 tire. I also asked to keep my old tire and I had to chase that down. I would use Christian Brothers by 7 highway for an alignment. I can tell you first hand that if you dont need an alignment they wont charge you. I wish I could give this place their tire back and get my 1.20 minutes of my life back.Service: Tires

On Sunday evening of 9.14.2020, I found out I had flat tire. So the next day, I called this Tire Plus store if they are able to schedule me in anytime during the day. They were able to schedule me at 2pm and I was very very happy. They also told me that since I bought my tires with them last year, I still have warranty on my tires, and I only had to pay a discounted rate on a new tire. I was very happy with the service. This is now my favorite place to go for all my auto needs. I just love that they were able to help me right away. More than five stars for me.

I wasn t lucky at all. I was politely treated got two tires that weren t that cheap but I accepted. That s what they had I was said. I marked the tires I wanted replaced and explained that it was because I had wrong tires taken out in the past( not at this store). They understood my concern and were going to do it right. They didn t. They replaced the wrong one (one of them). I didn t get upset but disappointed is the right word. The one and half hours wait turns 3 for correction of that mistake and it didn t finish exactly as I expected. I m on the other hand feel sorry for seeing just two guys busy working as attending and on cars. I d suggest a car diagram where customer signal the tires to be replaced.It was good to see that most reviewers were positive maybe it was just bad luck
