Terrible customer service! Took my car in to have a low tire checked & was told they d be with me soon. 45 minutes later I checked to see how much longer it would be & they d forgotten me.I was told to come back at 8am one morning and they d take care of it. I did that only this time I dropped my car off at 8:15 & came back to get it at 1:30. Nothing was done, hadn t even been checked yet. The guy didn t even apologize, didn t seem to care. I left & will never use them again.

Most unprofessional crooks in Shawnee. 1st time broke a tire key and charged me $300 for their mistake. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. They Put tires on and damaged vehicle. After they said they would repair it and understood i couldn t have done that type of damage, they turned around and tried to charge me $1200.00. Eric Burg is the owner of the shop and a flat out crook. The 2 gentleman that sit at the front are Eric s croony s who will lie to please old boss. Go else where. The discounts will cost you in the long run. There are a slew of negative reviews they mask.They even took the change out of the vehicle.

Quick service. I'd recommended.Update 4/30/2022...Still Quick and Friendly service. I made the drive from Raytown, Missouri I enjoy the guys workmanship and friendly service. Thank you Richard and crew!

Was always my to go to place for tires but since the 2 long time employees are no longer with them I wont be back. New people are rude as H***. Guy that runs the shop has always been rude but I put up with him cause of the price. They lost my business for all cars and farm equipment. Found another place down the road with prices just as good and a waiting room newer than 1920.

Learn some phone manners/customer service. Pricing used to be the best in town, but not anymore. I've taken my last vehicles here for the last 5 tire changes and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you enjoy talking to rude workers this place is for you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Showed up at 7:55am after they called me the day beforehand to say my tires came in. Nobody could find my tires and I finally left after 8:35am. Unprofessional, no customer service and don t expect them to rush they take there time doing anything.

Absolutely hands down the ONLY place I will be going to for my car service or tires. Everyone was so kind to me and took the time to look all over the place for a tire for my car. They were so patient and so sweet to my son as well. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Great prices on tires, but I was charged 52 dollars service charge, that I didn't know about. I'm assuming a mounting charge.That made a local tire shop considerably less.

After trying for weeks to set up an appointment at Sam's to get new tires, I got tired of the bad attitudes of the employees and their impatience over the phone. So, I looked into Tire Town after hearing good things and I am very happy with their work! I was able to quickly check over the phone that they had tires to fit my car, and the next day I walked in, talked to an employee and walked out in less than 30 minutes. The prices are very fair and they offer free rotations and balance for the tires you buy there. Overall an excellent value and great service!

These guys know their stuff. Our family has bought several sets of tires for various vehicles over the years here, and they've always treated us really well. When you get your tires from them, you also get free rotations and balancing forever.

I ve taken my vehicles here two or three times to get new tires or used. Each of those times I had a good customer service experience for the most part. This time started no different with Shawn helping me out over the phone and then in person with great customer service. I wish I could say the same once I got over to the shop. The gentleman who smokes the cigars inside the shop and makes a stink to high heaven is a very incompetent employee. His customer service is nonexistent and he was actually very rude. While I was waiting he led a FedEx driver truck right into the side of the garage door entrance. Anyways I decided to take my business elsewhere and the only reason I didn t give a one star was because of Shawn.

Tire town saved the day and put a big smile on my face. The employees are just amazing, not to mention the tire prices. They hooked me up with really good tires for a really good price that I couldn't beat. They felt like family when I first stepped into there shop. GREAT! Service, I would definitely recommend tire town. That's where I'll be taking all my tire work from now on.

I would normally get five stars except for the really unfriendly guy in the shop. Every time I've been here has been great except for the last experience where the guy clearly did not like his job. I just went and asked the guys in the office and they took care of me. But, I had to mount my own tire when I was expecting them to do it....

This place has always treated me well. Needed a couple used tires for one of my cars, and they had two that were basically brand new for a fraction of the cost. The salesman was very helpful and friendly as well. He even bought me a soda while I waited. In and out in about 30-40 minutes.

After trying to work with other tire stores for a new set of tires, contacted Tire Town. They called me right back and promised to have my tires the next afternoon at a very reasonable price for tires and installation. Stopped by and was gone within 45 minutes with exactly the tires I wanted and really like them.

I had a slow leak in a tire on a van that had just bought and my mechanic recommended I check out tire town. I was very pleased with the price and speed! Atmosphere is rough around the edges. From the time they took my van back to the time they were done was about 5 mins. The waiting area is essentially a front porch with dusty furniture so don t expect Evian. Overall fast service for an unbeatable price. I would absolutely recommend them for tire services if you are looking for the best price.

Walked into the garage after hitting a curb with my rear tire and Richard took care of my flat very well. He let me watch the whole process which just helped assure me as I tried to assess what my situation would be. He did a great job to make sure my tire was in road worthy shape. For less than $30, and a few minutes wait; I'm a very happy customer!

Richard, Clay, Tim, and Jesse are amazing service professionals.If you have any tire needs or issues, please give them a call.Today, I had a nail in my tire and they thoroughly inspected it for leaks along with checking my other tires for accurate air pressure, because there was a low tire sensor indicated on my dash. They were not even go to charge me, because no repair was needed. I gave them cash anyways, and appreciated their time and customer service.Thank you,Toby Leach

Quick and Affordable. I ordered 4 tires off the internet. They got them in about an hour later and gave me a phone call. Only took about thirty minutes for them to mount the new tires and send me on my way. Highly recommend this place.

I took my van to the dealer I bought it from because it had a flat. 2 hrs later they tell me all 4 tires need to be replaced and it is going to cost $750!!! I immediately called Tire Town and they replaced all 4 tires for less than $250 AND my van was ready to go in an hour!Their customer service is amazing and the price can't be beat! I'll never go anywhere else!

This is a great place to do business. The team here is honest, will never try to sell you something you dont need. Service is top of the line, if you need tire issue taken care of fast, they will get it done. We have purchased tires here for three family vehicles and our lawnmower, great service every time. Only place I will go for tire service. Highly recommended.

I called looking for used tires but their price for new was too good to pass up. Free rotation and balance for the life of the tires was the icing on the cake. They got me in later the same day and it took less than an hour to get me back on the road with 4 new tires. I was running on my spare and figured it would be just laying in the truck. Surprised and pleased I was that the tech stowed it away for me. Even the waiting room is comfy. I will be back for my other cars when the time comes! Thanks to Hugh for the excellent service.

I haven't bought a tire from any other store in the last 15 years, these guys are simply the best. Great service, selection and price. Unless I move or they close, I will not buy a tire anywhere else. It is as simple as that.

We got a flat on the way home. The first tire shop couldn't help us and since the car is AWD we were faced with replacing 4 tires that had less than 26,000 miles on them. Then we remembered that a neighbor recommended Tire Town a few years ago. We took the tire to them for a second opinion. They said to come back in an hour and if it could be fixed it would be. When we came back, the tire was fixed, and they saved us from having to buy all new tires that we didn't need. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We have bought probably 6-7 sets of tires from them over the years. They offer free rotation and balancing but we've had to take our vehicles back into them multiple times bc they weren't balanced. You can feel the vibration at higher speeds. Honestly, we've given them way too many chances but we're finally done. Go elsewhere.

We love tire town prices and employees. We use them for all of our business and personal tires. Richard has been a tremendous help on two occasions. Once while exiting onto Shawnee Mission Parkway off 435 I had a belt come through on a radial tire. While trying not to stop for long anywhere after getting off I told my husband what happened. He said go straight there I'll call Richard. When I arrived he was waiting with tires and had me pull right in a booth. A second time while driving a hot rod on a Saturday we had a blow out. When the tow truck arrived we found it was too low to load onto the truck. My husband had left to get a spare from home because it was taking a while for the tow truck to come. I looked up the tire town hours and saw they were going to close in 40 minutes. When I called Richard they weren't busy. He got in his car and got the flat that the tow truck had taken off. He brought a spare. When my husband returned Richard was already working on the flat. We drove to the shop and our tire was ready. This kind of service has kept us coming back and has lead to a lifelong relationship with many referrals.

Been going to tire town for over 20 years,I was recently in there to have 4 atv tires mounted.Their price has nearly doubled from what I payed just last summer.They said they're under new management...I get a price increase, but not double...Plenty of other places closer and now cheaper...Won't be back

great service told me that an r16 would go good on my car even though i needed r15. got used tires for cheap but got what i paid for tires didn't last sixty days big bubble in it. call for help they got an attitude and proceed to tell me that used tires are only good for thirty days. I can't complain i did get what i paid for. wrong advice wrong tires and now 400 later the right tires and right advice. I would go somewhere else from now on.
