We were very pleased when we got the call that our truck was finally ready for us to pick up. From the minute we walked in, to the test drive, Mike showing us all the workings of the radio and syncing our phones, we felt completely at ease with the entire process. Leon was dope, I bought a truck I had been following online for awhile. The detail department could step it up a little bit, the chrome wheels had a very noticeable amount of brake dust and dirt and grime on them. Also they waxed the truck but didn t wipe or wash off a lot of the wax. But overall I was in and out very quickly, I got what I wanted and for a price I was fine with. Thanks again

Anthony was my rep. in the service dept. He was wonderful. He told me everything I needed to have done on my car, which was a lot. He also told me he felt my car was unsafe to continue driving. He suggested I get a rental until I decided what I wanted to do.He made arrangements for my rental. Highly recommend Shawnee Mission Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Salesman Jimmy and finance manager Blake were so kind and very informative. The communication was top notch. We did the entire transaction with trade over the phone since we live 4 hours away. They were prompt and made the entire experience enjoyable which is sometimes very hard with dealerships. We drove down and they had everything ready to go and made it so fast for us to finish the buy. If we could give 10 stars we would!!

Jimmy, Sonny and Tony are a great team and work to find the best deal with their customers. We were not there all day, they got us in and out and were very knowledgeable about what we needed to do and which cars were the best for our budget. When you go in ask for any of these guys!

Chris Galvin was extremely helpful in finding my Bronco hard top. Knowing he didn t have what I wanted in stock, Chris found one in another location. It was here within a week and it took less than 24 hours to put the leather seats in that I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the service my family and I received by Anthony in Service and Mike in Sales. Both heard and listened to my family and I very good! Neither of them tried to push us to do anything we didn't want to do.I will definitely bring my cars back if I need service. We were treated as people not just dollar bills that walked in the door!They actually deserve 10 stars!

I had an opportunity to have my car serviced in my driveway. This saved me a lot of time and I appreciate the opportunity. They were able to move my appointment up, called to confirm that it would work for my schedule which it did. They were extremely polite, very efficient and got the job done in a short amount of time.

I came here after having an unfortunate situation happen at another dealership. I was not disappointed! Mike was so helpful and attentive but also didn t hover. He didn t make it seem like all he cared about was a fast sell, which is so appreciated. Tony in finance made everything smooth on their end with my unique situation. I thought William was helpful and took all of my calls in a timely manner and I assume the work on my was car high class. Generally, speaking I believe they need to hire more people in the transmission crew because my car was in the shop for about 6 weeks. In that time, I think it only took about 3-5 days to actually finish the work needed but based on my limited understanding there is a need for more help. I was aware of seven more cars lined up or work once my car was finished and based on the delay I am unsure if I will return for business in the future.

Shopping at dealerships has always been stressful. Like most I've had bad experiences, often because of high pressure sales people. Dylan at Shawnee Mission Ford was extremely helpful and not at all overbearing.My wife and I asked some uncommon questions and the couple he didn't know the answer to he was honest about would quickly find out. He gave us time to discuss and we didn't feel pressured.That's not at all common in my experiences. When someone makes their living from sales (I've been there) it's difficult to find that balance. My best tools were always honesty and product knowledge and the product would sell itself. Dylan seemed to have a similar style andwe appreciated that. We weren't steered to add more expensive options or anything other than the model we went in to look at.In the week after our purchase he's been great with following up with any questions (we're adding an aftermarket sunroof) and has texted or called back in less than an hour even to say he was with a customer so I didn't think he was ignoring me, and then a return call immediately after he was free.If I were in the market for a second vehicle I'd definitely return to work with Dylan again. Everyone else I spoke with at the dealership from setting up the appointment to financing was helpful as well. When our second vehicle is due to be replaced I'll be returning to Shawnee Mission Ford.

Been using Shawnee Mission Ford for some time. Always good communication. Once problem was diagnosed, service was very efficient. Anthony was my last service advisor and he was great! Definitely will recommend them to others.

I hate to say it but I caution anyone about using this dealership. Mid 40 s. Purchased many cars in the past but this was by far the worst experience. Salesman went to go ask the manager a question for us. Came back several minutes later and said he forgot what he was supposed to be asking. Then went out with us to set up the app. We were having trouble so he left to go get help and forgot about us. Never came back. All this is understandable as there was a distinct smell of weed in his vicinity. Told us there were all weather floor mats included in purchase. Got home- no floor mats. Called. Left multiple voicemails. No return call. Lastly, dealership was supposed to call when title work was available. They said 7-14 days. After a month we had to just go in and inquire about it and they did have it but no one ever called us to say it was ready for pick up. While there, we inquired about the floor mats and were told there was no recourse at this point but they could sell them to us at a discount. Feel we were 100% lied to on purpose on date of sell. Overall. 1 star. And that s being generous.

Fantastic experience at Shawnee Mission Ford. William Nicholson in service was top notch. After explaining what was wrong with my truck he grabbed his flashlight and was under the truck. 24 hours later I had my truck back good as new. And the ladies who took my payment was able access my Ford pass balance and applied my earnings toward my bill. Overall very pleased and will be back for future service.

Not all superheros wear capes!! Greg is amazing and found me a replacement tire, that is an exact match to the other three, on the drop of a dime!! I called as soon as they opened at 730 and talked with Greg and by lunch time I got the call!!! Everyone was so nice and the service department didn't take long at all.

I had a great experience here, the sales person Mike Altizar was super friendly and easy to work with. He wasn t pushy and I could tell he had my best interest at heart. He found me a truck in my price range within minutes. A lot of my family, friends, and employer all buy strictly from Mike because of this. The valet service is truly amazing and so helpful! Our Explorer had a recall on it. They called to tell me, scheduled a pick up, serviced it and returned it. I truly didn t know anybody did that. That is a 10 on the taking care of the customer scale. Everyone on the phone and in person throughout the process was so kind as well, even though it was on one of our icy road, school was out again days when I m sure they d like to be inside too. Kudos to Shawnee Mission Ford on all counts!
