Seriously the best experience I ve ever had anywhere!!! I got a hold of Ryan and told him what I wanted and he brought me out to the car lot and showed me everything I wanted in a truck. He let me take it home for the weekend to drive it around just to make sure it was everything I wanted. I fell in love with the truck instantly. He was extremely honest about how much everything was going to be and explained it to me in detail. He s very fast and very knowledgeable about this industry. He s been in it for a long time and you can definitely tell. I ll never go anywhere else again. I ve told all my friends already about this dealership, the price of the truck and my experience and they were all super impressed. If you re going other places to find a new vehicle, you re missing out. Thank you Ryan and the team for all your help!

I had an AMAZING experience with Nachbar automotive. I worked with Ryan to buy a 2016 Chevy Malibu with 21k miles. It is absolutely perfect and appropriately priced. I traded in a car w 200k miles and Ryan helped me sell it and was honest and so helpful the whole time. I'm so thankful for finding this dealership.I recommend Nachbar Automotive to everyone!

They treat you right! They buy, sell, and service the vehicles as if they were their own. Family owned and family run... Feels like I'm back home because it's that small town service feeling that's hard to come by these days where they treat you the way they'd want to be treated. Unlike many dealerships where it's literally "what can we do for you to buy today" they want you in something that your 100% satisfied with. Their word is their livelihood of their business and it actually means something which they've proved to me time and time again. You absolutely will not find a more honest and transparent place to buy a car from than at Nachbar Automotive which is why even though it's almost an hour drive for me to just get an oil/tire etc. service done it's well worth my time because their invested in you and your vehicle to make sure it's done the right way.

We had a great experience from the first time we visited the Nachbar Automotive website until we drove our GMC Yukon Denali off the lot. We had been looking for this vehicle for several months all over the country. My husband finally found it at Nachbar. He called Jay, the salesman, who was extremely helpful and walked us through what we needed to do in preparation for our arrival. Shortly after arriving, we were quickly and warmly greeted by Jay. He told us to take the car for as long as we'd like and come back when we were ready. While we were gone, he test drove the trade in vehicle, a Toyota 4Runner. Both my husband and I drove the car for about 45 minutes. Once arriving back at the dealership, Jay answered some questions about the vehicle. Unlike most car sales people, he knew his product. There were a few things he wasn't sure of but was very honest in those particular details. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. It took us about 45 minutes to do the paperwork for the car. We were there about 3 hours. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Jay and the team at Nachbar Automotive.

Drove 2 and a half hours to purchase a jeep. Everything went smoothly till I looked at the jeep. The advertisement shows a really clean and spotless jeep. The doors were rusting under the paint. Salesman claims he didn't see it even after washing. How is this not noticed? I have found out it is a jeep issue. This is not 48k. Instead of fixing it they have already reposted it! Pay close attention on what they sell you.

I spoke with Ryan almost two weeks ago regarding a vehicle I had been looking for, for over 6 months. He was knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and super accommodating. I flew in two weeks later when I got a flight and Ryan s brother, Joe picked us up in Kansas City Saturday morning when they aren t even open. We met Ryan at the dealership and was in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn t ask for a better transaction. I highly recommend Ryan and Joe. They make a great team.

My search for a very specific car lead me to Nachbar Automotive. They were the only dealer in the US that had the make, model, color and features I was looking for. Their owner does an incredible job at sourcing high quality cars that you don t typically find. It s also hard to beat their price, in my case well below KBB value. This being my first time to purchase site unseen, I was a bit apprehensive. The communication with Jay and his staff was phenomenal! I ran into delays when securing financing but they held the car for me and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. The transport process was painless and Jay will ensure you get the absolute lowest rate. The car was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Nachbar Automotive if you re in the market for a quality preowned vehicle.

Noticed someone made an awful review which is more of a temper tantrum so I feel the need to set the record straight!!I need to let everyone know how absolutely wonderful this dealership was working with me and my time! I live about an hour away and have a daycare, so I don t usually close until after the dealership closes. My son had been saving up for his first car for over a year. We had found a few options in the KC area and not once, but twice, other dealers sold the cars out from underneath us when we were merely minutes from arrival! Wasted time and gas on two separate occasions. We had been searching for weeks to find him a car and the entire year plus he was saving up, he had his heart set on this vehicle!! I had contacted Nachbar and spoke with Jimmy, and his father, and set up a time to look at the vehicle. I checked it out while my son was at work one evening while in the area looking at a vehicle for my other son, whom the person also sold the vehicle out from under him. Had someone been available for me to purchase right then, the car wouldn t have even still been on the lot, yet alone the same city!! I informed Jimmy that we do in fact want the vehicle and have CASH! We made the plan to pick up that Friday as and I would close early to get there at a decent time. The day prior to our appointment. Ryan had called to make sure we were in fact coming and paying for the vehicle because a guy came BACK, now wanting the vehicle, but he hadn t said he was buying nor made plans, as we already had. They had already given their word and thankfully they stuck to it, as we had meant our word as well!! Honesty is hard to find these days! Businesswoman to businessman, it s so refreshing that this day in age, we were able to trust in their word, and they in ours!! We did not meet in person, until we were handing over the $ and keys, and frankly I d have sent the $ electronically to hold it if we could have! However, we had sent our DL s, copy of insurance, signed the paperwork, and had the vehicle already fully INSURED with a $250 deductible BEFORE the guy even came in to try and buy it from under us!! It was ours!! Thankfully they didn t allow that to happen to us, yet again!!It s extremely disgusting and pathetically childish, that people throw tantrums, and racial nonsense, just because they didn t get their way!!! For that individual I m not white !! So you can wear the jerk hat!! Sincerely sorry to Nachbar, that due to them keeping their word to me, some jerk felt that he was wronged due to his race, and assuming mine!! Pretty sad that poor character and his own prejudice, resulted in a bad review for a legitimate business!!That shows more of his maturity and character, rather than the reputation of this honest dealership!!Thank you again to Nachbar, and all involved, for being honest, respectful, and trustworthy!! Thank you for helping make a plan that worked for us to get there to complete the purchase process, since we don t live nearby, and making the purchase process so quick and smooth!! We did all via email, until we picked up and signed the title!! Was there maybe 10 minutes!! We are planning to purchase a new suv in the next year or so, and will most certainly be looking at Nachbar Automotive!!!

Our experience with this OUT OF TOWN dealership was very scary, yet satisfying. It was the first time we had ever done anything like that....buying a car sight unseen. But George Williams and the team at Nachbar Automotive made it as painless as it could have been. They provided all the information that we needed and in a timely manner. The waiting came from them waiting on us as we pondered if this was the right decision for our large family. Considering our size (8, almost 9 members) we needed to make a decision soon. If you don't know NVs are hard to come by! We live in a state that has a Nissan plant and still could hardly find what we wanted here!!! And what's funny is, this very truck was manufactured right here in MS, hahaha! I guess it wanted to come home *smirk*. Well, the transaction was smooth...they sent the paperwork via FedEx and in one day it was here. We reviewed them all and signed them and sent them back the same way. The truck was shipped and we just got it yesterday. We all absolutely love it and we are so thankful to the Lord and to Nachbar Automotive for helping us find and get what we needed! Thanks again Mr. Williams for all your help and suffering the many calls/texts I made to you asking questions, haha! You were very gracious with us as we were making cautious steps to purchase this Nissan NV3500 HD SL !

I worked with Jay on buying my dream car. I'd been looking for a decent 2016+ Audi TT for a couple months when I saw their ad. I end up flying from TN to Kansas to buy it. Jay was great to work with and any time I've had an issue or a question about something he's always taken the time to talk with me. I will certainly look at Nachbar the next time I need a new vehicle!

What a FANTASTIC experience!Out of all the vehicle purchases I've done this one was by far the pinnacle! NO pressure, complete transparency, no BS! The car we were interested in was in immaculate condition and priced very fair!The entire purchase process from the time we walked in the door was less than an HOUR! These folks take every bit of pain and frustration out of the car buying experience and we will definitely be back!If you've ever had a bad experience at a car dealership- give these guys a chance, you won't be disappointed! Called them up to inquire on a F150 that they had sold to someone. I saw it was from Canada and wanted more information. I talked with Ryan and he explained he imported vehicles as well as acquiring domestically. I explained what I was looking for and asked for his help. I was very specific in what features I wanted. He asked for a day or so- then called me and said he found a Limited (higher model than Lariat) in Canada and gave the price. It was about $7k less than anything I could find around here. He explained the process- which is really just patience. It took a few weeks to get here. He has sent pics of it beforehand but the truck turned out better than described. No dents or issues. Plus it came with tinted windows I didn t see in the pics- AND someone had installed Paint Protection Film (PPF) which would have cost $3k+. I was more than happy and Ryan kept me smiling every step of the way. This is the best vehicle I ve ever owned (my wife will say she has me beat with her Tesla) and will not hesitate to buy from Nachbar again. Very friendly, educational in explaining the Import process and The Best deal I ve EVER gotten on a vehicle. Extremely happy with money in the bank that I saved!

Very unprofessional. Wouldn t sell a car to my brother even tho he had it all in cash because another lady who hadn t put a downpayment on the car or anything said she wanted to look at it 8 hours later. It seemed odd but once you find out the lady was white and we are Hispanic, it all made sense

Andrew and Ryan were awesome with helping make my purchase pain free. I purchased my Lexus LC500 out of state but every step was simple and uncomplicated. No real hard sells on the warranty products, was impressed that the interest rate was quite comparable to my local credit union bank. It was a big leap of faith to purchase such an expensive car via the internet, but I can recommend them for their good customer service.

In the past I have had horrible luck in buying cars from a dealership. However with Nachbar Automotive everything went so monthly and I got a wonderful car at a reasonable price that will last me for years. Their team made sure to take the time and explain any questions that I had. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

Worked with the Sales Manager, George Williams, to purchase a new truck on 9/21. He was great and I couldn't be happier! The process was straight forward with fair pricing and great rates. I have had terrible experiences at other dealers in the metro with regards to the time spent purchasing. Usually, other dealers try to drag out the process for hours, but not Nachbar. I was in/out within an hour including my test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership and will look to Nachbar the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

This was by far the best car buying experience I Have ever had. The process was smooth with NO high pressure tactics. The vehicle was well priced and they were able to finance the vehicle at a better percentage rate than my bank. George. Was nice, low key and professional. The owner Kevin Nachbar was on premises and was very personable. I will buy my next vehicle here. Thank you Nachbar!!!!

Do not purchase a car here!!! All they want is a quick sell. I'm from out of state and could not be there to see the car or test drive it so I trusted the sales person to take pictures and send me a video. Everything looked great so I went to my bank and was going to pay cash for the vehicle. ($50,000 btw) After I got the check I called him and got info on how to send the paperwork and check. Later he calls me back and told me there was an "impact" to the rear bumper and he said "if it was me I would get it fixed before purchasing the car". Also the mechanic came by and told him that the car has been modified with a cheap aftermarket tune which made the exhaust sound like a old farm truck trying to drag race. So the next day I call him and I asked about the bumper and the exhaust. He said to fix the bumper and paint it will cost $1200. The best he can do is take off $500 of selling price. Doesn't add up. Then I asked him about the exhaust issue and he said his mechanic doesn't know how to fix it. I told him I don't want to spend $50,000 on a car and then have to fix it when I get it. After that he just ghosted me. Never heard from Jay again. If you're wondering which car it's the 2015 BMW M4. Bad business!!!

I purchased a used Jeep from Nachbar Automotive about a month and a half ago and everything has been going great. The price was amazing, low miles, clean inside, and a maintained engine. Everything has been running fine. Dealer was friendly and easy to work with. The buying process was quick. I would definitely recommend them and they are worth a look if they have a vehicle you are interested in.

Ryan and staff were excellent to work with. Made you feel like family! Bought a 2011 Avalon Limited and love it! They fixed a couple of thing I noticed with no questions! Felt the price was more than fair and cleanliness and performance was outstanding!!!! Recommended them to my brother for repairs on his car! Big O tires was going to charge home $1500+ more for the same work! Keep up the great work! Will recommend to everyone!

I just bought a truck from a private party and needed to get it checked out (1997 F350 rusted pretty bad). I knew it had oil leaks but wasn't sure the extent of the damage. I took it here and the service team checked it out. I was able to talk to several of the team members. They were all top notch. They knew what they were talking about and gave me excellent advice on how to make sure my truck worked for a while. I'll definitely buy a used car from these guys because I know their service team is going to check that car out before they sell it. I really believe you can trust these guys to give you a good, honest deal. Very impressed.

Three words come to mind when I think of Nachbar Automotive. Honesty, Integrity, and professionalism. The owner, Ryan Nachbar, is more concerned with customer satisfaction and ethical standards in his business practice than he is about making a few bucks on just one sale. Believe it or not Mr. Nachbar gave us our money back from a car purchase. For no fault of Nachbar Automotive we had issues with a car purchase due to manufacture warranty policies. Ryan Nachbar offered to pay money out of his pocket to purchase an extended warranty or simply give us our money back. Mr. Nachbar is what I wish all businesses were, more concerned with happy customers and his own integrity than anything else. If all business owners were as honest and professional as Nachbar Automotive this country would be a far better place. My recomendation is if your in the market for a new car in the Kansas City area or anywhere else within driving distance of Nachbar Automotive in Bonner Springs, Kansas it will be worth your drive to deal with a business that is owned by a Christian who believes in honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

We wanted to check out a Jeep we saw here - and it wasn't the first time we were looking at a car they offered. Their selection and prices are always good. I expected a terrible experience but it was a satisfying experience when all was said and done. We were in and out in about an hour, and they didn't inundate us with requests to buy a ton of extra coverage for stuff we didn't want. Got a vehicle we love at a price we were happy to pay.
