Excellent shop. The manager was extremely friendly and never stopped moving and helping all customers. The techs were very good and inspected the vehicles completely. All work done in a timely manner. Best run shop I have ever seen. Great job!!!

Danny and crew did an AWESOME job. We had the oil changed on both of our daily drivers. They were quick and professional. Took extra care to keep both vehicles clean. The Waiting Room was one of the cleanest we ve ever seen.

Second time coming back in a month and pleased both times. Wanted to get a second opinion on my rotors the first time coming in and they verified they were okay when their competition was trying to get me to replace them early. They were able to squeeze in a brake fluid change quickly before I left town and quoted me for a bearing that was going bad that I didn t know about that wasn t disclosed by their competition. Very happy to know about a part going bad before it left me stranded somewhere. Came back now for my second visit to get the bearing replaced and they were able to get me in right away same day. Very friendly staff and fair pricing. They do honor first responder discounts and veteran discounts which helps some of the pain of maintenance costs.

Had a rattle, they found nothing but had hit along the exhaust with a hammer. No heat shields found loose, but it did fix my rattle, and didn't charge me! Good place to go, been going there for at least 30 years!

I was highly satisfied with the service provided. I went for an oil change and of course they complete a new quick check to see if there is anything that needs to be done. Two filters were recommended for replacement. The service manager was straight forward and told me that Midas would charge me quite a bit for the parts and then of course labor. He said that I would pay less going to an auto parts store and purchasing the filters there. I appreciate when auto repair techs are honest with me especially since I m a female. Too often male auto repair techs will find all types of things wrong and tell you services should be done right away when that isn t necessarily the case because you re a female. That irritates me so I was very happy with the honesty and customer service I received at Midas. I will definitely go back.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Midas location! I originally had an appointment for brakes bc I thought I needed them. Turns out I had a completely different issue that I was unaware of. The mechanic, Cooper, I believe his name is - younger guy was sooo helpful! He was the one who fixed my car. He actually took me into the shop and showed me my entire car from a mechanic s POV and explained everything so thoroughly. He answered my original questions I had regarding my vehicle and the new questions I had about the issue I was unaware. Not to mention what he had to fix demanded a lot of labor and time and he managed to get it done in such a timely manner. Throughout this whole process, Danny the manager I believe was so helpful on the finance side. He explained their credit card program, he broke down an entire quote on everything my car needed, and answered all my questions and didn t pressure me at all. They re all so friendly, personable, and authentic here and that is appreciated from a customer pov! I will be coming here for all my car concerns now!

Excellent car care by Jake. Courteous service with easy to understand explanations of the service needed or required. This is my new go-to auto repair shop, even though it is over a half hour drive into the next state! Thanks Jake.

My car has given me an extreme amount of anxiety for the past week. On a whim, I was browsing shops and Midas was offering a free brake inspection. I had a strong suspicion that this is what was causing the awful grinding noises. I requested an appointment and not even 2 minutes later I received a phone call to come in. Danny and James were always reassuring, patient, and never once pressured me into a service. Even if after the inspection they gave me all the information I needed and were ready to let me walk away. A free inspection. And nothing more. No catches, no upselling, just reassurance while also educating me. James even took me to my car to show me exactly what was the problem and signs to look for. As a woman who knows nothing about cars or what needs to be done/look for. It was nice having a servicer not take advantage of someone so gullible. I watched Danny greet and complete other customers and transactions and nothing about his presence or customer service had changed. My brakes were inspected, and changed in what felt like an hour and a half. I will be returning for future services and recommending friends and family to visit too!Service: Brakes

Did a four-wheel alignment on my car. Very pleased with the results.They can do most any kind of work. Things like engine replacement and cut and weld on exhaust.Fair and competitive prices.It's best to make an appointment.

I had an amazing experience. I had an recommendation by someone that goes to Midas and never had an issue. I will definitely come back for any service. The customer service by Andrew was remarkable amazing! The technicians did also an amazing job and took time to show and explain to me! I can always be confident that associates at the Shawnee, KS location will provide excellent repair and inspections services. In the decade that I have used this location, they have never tried to sell me products or services that were not needed. In fact, I have come to them for a second opinion when the dealership reported that there were needed repairs. Highly recommend the Shawnee Midas location--particularly if you are a woman.
