Excellent customer service from all the employees. Mario was very helpful and informative due to my low oil light turning on frequently. My oil filter was not in stock and they received the wrong one and quickly sent an employee to get the correct filter. Very fast turn around even with the filter delivery error

Drove up at 9:40 A.M. and was greeted right away at the location off 67th St. I have only been here 5 mins and they are already working on my car, offered good advice about maintenance, and they are very friendly!! Thank you all for you quick and speedy service

Jose and his team get the job done. I bring my entire fleet to his location and his team knocks out the oil changes in a fast & efficient manner. Thank you for always taking good care of me and my business so we can make sure our customers are safe on the road. Highly recommend.

The service was fast and friendly I wanted my tires rotated but the wheel lock on my car seem to give them trouble. Not something they did. So we didn't complete that service the rest seem to be up to Snuff. The full service for my Honda Pilot cost me $117 with tax that felt a little high but it was fast and friendly. One nice little perk is I've only owned the car for about 12,000 miles and I found the history was in their computer from the previous owners so I was able to at least get a little more history about the car which was nice.

I took my car in for an oil change and received the worse customer service by Jose I have ever had. I will never visit this location again. Simple communication and customer service could of resolved the issue but he was too arrogant to humble his self and listen to me as a customer..

These guys were great! Very clean place, nice waiting room, the employees were very nice and made sure to explain everything in detail before moving forward. All around best oil change service you could hope for. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The staff is friendly, and they provide great customer service. I enjoy going here because I know that wait times are not long, and they get oil changes done in a reasonable amount of time. I trust the staff with my car. The staff value my business as a customer, and that is why I continue to return.

I showed up 5 minutes before they opened and was greeted warmly by Jose and told to come on in. I had mentioned I thought I needed to get my tires rotated along with my oil change and although the compressor was down and they wouldn't have been able to rotate them, he assured me that I didn't need that service, He said my tires were where they should be to maintain safe driving since my front tires looked like they didn't have much tread and the weather has been icy, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience.

I had such an excellent experience at this location! The employees were extremely kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I ll definitely be back. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with a full oil change and new wiper blades - I barely had time to finish my little cup of coffee haha! Highly recommend coming here!

Super helpful mechanic. I wish I had got his name. He was bald. He was quick efficient and showed me I needed brake fluid and where it went and the type. They don't do that. Got it refilled myself! Thanks Jiffy Lube!

This JL has been my go to for the past 4 years. Love these guys. Always very courteous and explains everything before servicing my vehicles. As a female I always feel comfortable coming in to this JL and highly recommend.

I stopped here when I had a nearly-flat tire because I was worried I wouldn't be able to make it further down the road to a dealership. The employee who helped me checked out my tire for free and advised that I could make it down the street to a dealership safely. Sure enough, he was right... Thanks for your help and reassurance!

Went to mission ks location first, was told they could not work on my car. She said it was to old. Went to Shawnee ks location, no problem. They were great. I guess certain managers need more education.

I got there when everyone was on break. I would have to wait 30 minutes before they could get to me. My oil pressure light would flash on briefly and I was worried about driving all the way home. I had a book with me, so I went inside to read. They got to my car quickly and were really nice even though I had interrupted their break. Thank you!

Made an appointment with Firestone to drop my car off for an oil change and assorted diagnostics on Friday evening and go out of town. Told them in my request they could hang onto the car til Sunday IF NECESSARY. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Come Saturday afternoon, I called to ask for an update. They hadn t gotten to my car. I was now back in town by Saturday evening and didn t have a car. I showed up and asked for a status to which they said still hadn t gotten to it because my notes said they had til Sunday so that s when they were gonna do it. I couldn t believe it. Why didn t they discuss that with me when I called for an update? W didn t me calling warrant inquiry about me needing the vehicle? My car was gonna sit 2 days for an oil change? I just asked for my car back and literally drove 25 seconds next door to this Jiffy Lube. I asked if they were able to do an oil change and check my car for needed items and they said no problem and started immediately!The manager escorted me inside and offered me a seat, coffee, a restroom and was extremely polite. He verified before going back out what I wanted-for sure wanted an oil change and air filter+cabin air filter changed. Needed tires and all fluids checked for now. He went right to work. Each time they were going to install something or start something, he came in to show me the part and get my approval. They even emptied the trash from my car for me and vacuumed it out! I was done with my lunch and services in 30 minutes! During billing, I wasn t price gouged AT ALL. Completely the opposite. And even though these guys were all working in 98 degree heat with no ac, they were still pleasant, efficient and helpful. I don t know why Jiffy Lube gets a bad wrap- I have never had a bad experience here. This is the 3rd time going to this specific location and because these guys got me driving and saved me from being stranded so quickly and were so nice about it, I plan on going back again this weekend for more stuff. And people when I say I NEEDED this oil change - I mean NEEDED! I had ZERO OIL in my car! It was amazing to be accommodated so well and such a blessing from this team..I work 2 jobs just to be BROKE- this oil change (had obviously) been put off so long because I really couldn t afford it but had no choice anymore. These gentlemen at this location, Shawnee Mission Parkway, and, Nieman, right by Burlington, they were very helpful and very quick. I went early Saturday morning at 8AM and they were not busy. There were four cars in front of me and they got us all out within 40 minutes. The cleanliness surprised me. They wiped down my windows with windex, vacuumed my floor mats, and took off all fingerprints. They definitely have pride in what they do and were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

I stopped by for an early morning oil change. The service was great and explained to me in detail and in a helpful way. The waiting room was nice and warm on a cold morning. Great experience!
