if it was possible to give zero stars I would. I talked with Jaymsen on 2/21/24 and paid $175.65 for them to give me an estimate of what a repair was going to cost. He told me he would get it done in a week or two. That has not been done and he will not answer any of my many phone calls or refund me my money. He talks a good game so be careful.

Jaymen and Mike are very knowledgeable and helpful with work on my Grand Design trailer. They have gone out of their way to be timely in their completion of items to be done. I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of the business.

Friendly, helpful, and honest staff starting with Olivia in reception, the facility Manager, Kevin, and the guys in the service shop too. I had a list of 'modifications' I wanted to make to our TT for FT living and the Technician was honest, helpful, and educated me in the process of ultimately denying my list of modifications. Rather than take my money, he closed my knowledge gaps and offered me alternatives to my vision(s) that were low to no cost.

I stole my trailer there and it was in need of a few repairs and Infiniti were exceptional and taking care of it for us. They re always helpful to help move the trailer for me while my husband travels so I can get in it with the slides out and then they put it back, I wouldn t store it anywhere else

Took exceptional care of my AC, sealing of the roof and replaced a panel in the ceiling. Wonderful office and mechanics! Prices are so much less than the 'others'. I absolutely recommend Infinity RV and Boat Repair!!!

I have had 2 encounters with this company. On the first, they sent a mobile technician who repaired our Dometic unit. However he left dents in the roof of our Airstream by stepping on the aluminum between the supports. I did not discover this till a few weeks later when I had a view of the roof. Before discovering this damage, I had scheduled a second service visit but no one was at the shop at the appointment time, no one answered the phone that day nor has anyone returned my numerous messages and calls since that day one week ago. They required a deposit of one hour s worth of labor to schedule the appointment and have never acknowledged missing the appointment or refunding the money. Fortunately I challenged the charges with Visa and it appears I have a refund. I m not sure this is a legitimate business. Go elsewhere.

Great service! The technician explained and showed me the repairs and answered all my questions. My camper was finished on time for my trip. I had my A/C replaced. Jayman was very nice and did a good job. He also had a fast turn-around time.I only gave 4 stars over five due to 2 reasons.1: It was hard to get a phone call answered. I had to call 3 times to get an answer or call back to schedule.2: He was higher priced. I used him after he cut it down to 200 over the other bids. Figured it was worth the convenience of not having to move it.
