I have brought both my vehicles to this location multiple times. I have found them to be honest with what work actually needs to be done vs trying to sell you on other things. They also stand behind their work and warranties. Woody, Josh and Charles are great.

I have used this location for both of our vehicles for the last few years. The staff has always taken time to talk and explain things to me. They have been honest about what does or does not need fixed right away. I d recommend.

Shocked! I had a vibration and knew it was probably the rotors. They said they thought it was the back which I agreed to repair. When I went to pick it up, they had also done the front for no additional cost! They said they wanted to honor the quote and that it still wasn t perfect after the rear was done! Who does that? It s so hard to find an honest place that really has integrity. I trust the guys at this Firestone. It s the second time now that I ve had a great experience there! I d recommend checking them out if you are in need of a good place.

This location and the team are always helpful with getting multiple vehicles scheduled and completed timely. They recognize I do almost all of my own maintenance and approach additional recommendations with that in mind. I especially appreciate that they don't treat my wife like a second class customer as we've seen other car repair locations do. In the past, they have been very helpful with issues I ran into with some of my other vehicles, allowing me to order wheel spacers for my 3000GT and even suggestion hub centric lugs when we found out my new wheels didn't fit after I was guaranteed by the vender that they would. That kind of treatment and going the extra mile is what keeps me coming back and recommending firestone to others.

Shawnee Firestone has always taken such great care of me. I started coming here when I had a flat tire and no one would get me in to get patched. But Woody knew I was stressed and desperate and be worked me in and I was forever thankful. Josh and Woody have been nothing but kind and welcoming to me and always take time to explain what it is that s going on with my car. I now go out of my way to come to this specific Firestone.

I will never come back. Dropped my truck off this morning for a 9 am appointment for a oil change and a front end alignment. Had a call saying they would be done with it by 330 or 4. I called back at 545. They told me that they have not touched it. Also got told me a couple off times saying short staffed and cars left over from the day before and a few other things. So I decided to just pick up my truck and go somewhere else pick up my and take

Phoned in and set an appt for 8am. Dropped at 8am called at 4pm, still not started. Sitting here still at 6:30 and still not done. Oil change, tire rotation and balance.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences here. We had two tires replaced by then a year ago. One got a nail in it and they repaired it for free. Our most recent visit was yesterday; we had two other tires replaced. Josh was extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process. We will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had damaged my car while it was snowing and was told needed 3 different parts replaced. They updated me via call after I left my vehicle how much it would be and offered suggestions that could lower it but advised its only temporary and it should all be repaired as soon as possible. They called me when it was complete and allowed me to keep the car on their lot for a few days as I collected the money I needed to pay. Very helpful and overall friendly/understanding employees.

Great service and fair pricing for synthetic blend oil change. I love the convenience of being able to schedule online and appreciated the coupon available for the service I received. I dropped my car off in the morning and received a call about 2 hours later letting me know it was ready for pick up. Front desk staff were courteous and kind, and explained the service and results of the inspection. Will definitely be back for future oil changes.

Drop car off at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment to have an oil change and brake check. Was told car would be ready in the afternoon. Called at 3:20 pm and was advised that my car had not been started on. Picked car up with out any work being performed and was given the excuse that a technician had not shown up for work and they had been too busy to call and advise me of the delay.

Don't use online scheduling. Arrived for my 7 am appointment and guy says "We tried to contact you to yesterday. We don't have any availability this morning. The online scheduling doesn't match our actual scheduling, you can come back later".Reason someone schedules a time is because it fits their schedule. Do you think I made the appointment at a exact time because I am available all day.....???Why have time slots online if they don't actually mean anything!No phone call, no email, waste of my time this morning.Not a sorry, what can we do to help, can I give you discount for your time...nothing. Just a "come back later".4 of the 6 stalls were openTaking my tire and oil needs else where.Services: Tires, Oil change

I would like to commend these guys for getting the job done by end of day after me having some frustrating hoops to jump through with tire warranty. Docking them 1 star only because I called to see if they could get the job done by end of day and was told absolutely and when I arrived 15 mins later I was told I was misinformed. They ended up getting the job done but a bit after closing. Still a happy customer.

Booked online appointment, then when I showed up was told it wouldn t be honored. Lack of reliability = no use for them, especially given the large number of auto service centers in the immediate area.

The only place that can align ALL my cars perfectly. May take a few days to get a slot, but I am willing to wait for a good job done right on the first visit.

Waited for 2.5 hours for a tire repair after being told it would be done in a hour. Guy behind the desk told me good work takes time. Finally took the tire to shop down the road for a 10 minute repair. I would not recommend this company for anything.Service: TiresService: Tires

Online scheduling was wide open. Scheduled an appointment to be called shortly after stating it would be 3 days out before could provide service. Please fix your online scheduling if it does not reflect accurately.

I ve used them 10-15 times. Every time they get it right. Charles always gives me options on the repairs. Have also bought 2 sets of tires, tell them what u need. They don t try to sell the most expensive tires they have. I won t go anywhere else. Woody is great as well even though he played football at Derby.
