I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely atrocious my experience was with crash champions. I went to them after getting in a car accident and this is the most god awful body work I have ever seen. They had my car for almost two months and it is repulsive. I asked them to fix it and this is their "fixed" job which looks exactly the same. As you can see, nothing is lined up like it is supposed to be and there is gapping! Truly terrible. If this is what my "body work" looks like I'd sure hate to know how terrible of a job they may have done on the underneath part. Truly appalled they would let something leave their shop looking this bad. I had two other people who have been in the industry for years look at it once I left and they said it was absolutely terrible work. They were truly shocked. I am so disappointed in crash champions and also so very disappointed that I now have to drive a jeep that looks this bad after it was supposed to get fixed. Not to mention, the communication was terrible. They had my car for over a month-almost two, and it was always a struggle to get an update. I was also promised multiple times it would be done that week, and it was drug out until the following. I would have been fine with it taking so long if the work showed why, but it looks like a child with no experience in the car industry worked on my car. Unacceptable

Phenomenal service! From the front desk to the mechanics and managers- they were all very helpful, kind and professional. They kept me up to date on my repair progress, communicated well and did a great job on the car. They even cleaned the whole inside, so definitely above and beyond service here.

Crash Champions was chosen by my auto insurance. It is a modern and spectacular facility. My car was not completed by the original due date. It took an additional two weeks. My insurance company supplied me with a rental car, so being late was not a big issue for me. They did an outstanding job with my car. Looks new again. My car is a 2020 Kia Forte. If you own a Kia, be sure to take it to a dealer to get the anti theft software installed. My Kia was stolen and abandoned. Roughly $7K in damages. I had to change my review because they made an unauthorized charge to my wife's credit card. I had changed my days off twice to pick the car up, but they pushed the completion date back. Finally, the third time that we could pick it up. They were closed on Labor Day like everyone else. We pick it up after Labor Day. Without notice, they charge our credit for additional rental days. They left old parts in my console and did not properly clean my car. My car had less than 19k miles, and they did not detail my interior. My car was like new. My interior should have been properly cleaned and detailed.

-Crash Champions / Weavers quoted $1100 to replace blown out ball joint & suspension control arm when I went in for oil change.-Made an appointment to have the work done a week later.-Arrived at appointment and was told there was no tech there to do the work. Rescheduled for a few days later.-Got a friend s recommendation for another auto shop (Shawnee Auto) and took it there to have it checked out in the meantime-Shawnee Auto examined car and concluded there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints. No replacement or repair needed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Ended up having brakes changed here which had an issue on the install. To be fair it was an honest mistake that could have been done anywhere. Without hesitation, the team made it right and paid for the full bill of getting them re-done - even at a nearby shop where I was able to get in quicker. We all make honest mistakes every day but the fact that they were willing to make it right so quick without argument, is huge to me, especially in this industry. I have a lot of respect for how they handled it, as they d always done great work and were willing to stand by their mistake and even put their money up to fix it. Thank you to all involved!

They were great!They helped ahead of time to make sure Enterprise was going to be there to pick me up, when I got there we went over the car together, discussed what needed done, an estimate, they talked to my insurance company and made sure it was all good before I left. They kept me updated via email & text on how my car was doing, & made it look great!If only the first body shop that worked on my car 10 years ago were as good, it wouldn't have the lingering issues it has had since.I am very pleased with Crash Champions & if I heed more body work, they'll be my first choice! after a recent rear end collision, they replaced my bumper and buffed out some paint smudges on the front that were older at no charge. I m very satisfied, they were very polite and on time, in fact, ahead of time. They are close to home, so I use them whenever I need to, I would like to go back and have them detail my car, not because it needs it, but because I know they ll do a great job when I go to sell my car.Service: Body & Trim

My friend had gotten her car fixed here when it was weavers it was highly satisfied so I took my car here. However, they changed to crash champions, and the entire process was a nightmare. They never contacted me ever to let me know, I always had a call, and then they said they emailed, called, or texted, when they never did. They postponed my appointment by email saying I rescheduled it, and they were almost a week late for getting my car back. Horrible communication and cannot recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Besides the friendly receptionist we did not enjoy our experience. Completion date was not communicated unless we reached out and asked. Then at least 3 completion dates we were given were missed with no call or warning unless again, we reached out. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient when you're dealing with rental car companies, insurance companies, and trying to juggle life and Crash Champions could care less about giving accurate information or communicating at all. The fix had an issue upon pickup I wouldn't return my car to that company if I was being paid to. 100% would avoid, there are enough headaches when dealing with car problems, don't let someone else's laziness add to your issuesServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot recommend them enough. The whole process from scheduling the estimate through picking up my vehicle was one of the easiest customer experiences I ve had. Shawn was my contact and Debbie in the office were amazing. They even completely cleaned the inside of my car so when I picked it up it literally looked like a new car! I had a great experience at Weaver s from the initial phone call. They were kind, personable, and professional. They turned a bad situation (having to repair my car after someone hit it with their work truck) into a very positive experience and I am happy to say I will be giving them all my car business for future maintenance needs. After having to deal with car dealerships that were very dishonest about repair needs on my car (Hendrick Toyota), it was so refreshing to deal with honest mechanics. I highly recommend Weaver s to anyone in need of body work or general car maintenance. After the repair my car came back looking amazing and was cleaner than it s been since I have owned it! Great people, great company!

Highly recommend for ANY car repair needs or servicing! They provided an exceptional customer service experience during a stressful situation (hit-and-run collision) and I felt like they always had the customers best interest in mind. Jody provided a superb initial consultation, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the entire process. Brian worked diligently and relentlessly with my insurance company while also keeping me updated with constant communication. From start to finish, working with Weaver's was an amazing experience. Great service and communication. Delays in getting parts (not their fault), but once parts arrived my car was done before expected date. They assisted with contacting Enterprise for my rental (during drop off and pick up). My car was clean and newly washed when I picked it up. I had a small body repair to do on my truck. When I stopped in earlier in the week to get an estimate Tony and Sydney took great care of me. They got appointment set in two days and repaired. This is great customer service.They did a great job, and the overall cost was less then first estimated, that is another reason I would refer Weaver Auto Center for any body or mechanical work.The whole team did a great job., they did an awesome job from start to finish.Thank you again for all your help.

This used to be a great shop! I've used them for years and have referred multiple people. They've had a lot of turnover and are apparently under new management and it shows.Long wait times, no follow-up calls to advise car is ready for pick-up. I went to get my car and they were closed. My car had grease spots on it with visible marks. Not sure what on earth they did, but I won't be back.

Excellent service and care. The work was excellent as usual. Great communication. They made sure I clearly understood what was being repaired, and the timeline involved. The car rental service couldn't be any easier. Weavers has always gone above and beyond when working on our vehicles. They stand by their work. That has been the most important part for us returning. Mistakes happen, and there was one rare instance years ago where there was a mistake. Weaver's made it right on their own dime and didn't short cut the work. I have gone to them for any body work since then. I recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience with Weaver's was exceptional. Not only did they take wonderful care of my car repairs, they made sure I was comfortable upon every visit. When I came to pick my car up after body work was done, I had four separate people ask if I wanted water/coffee/anything while I waited. Once my body repairs were done, I hopped in my car to find that the inside had been fully cleaned. They also gave me a $25 voucher for any mechanical repairs needed (including a simple oil change). I would definitely recommend this establishment both for their customer service and their overall work.

Crash Champions did an outstanding job on my vehicle repairs. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kept me notified as they progressed through each step of the repair process and completed the body repairs ahead of the estimated completion date. Insurance claim was much easier with crash champions than it was some other shops I have used in the past. They have some issues getting parts, but no worse than anyplace else (post-pandemic) Their estimates were mostly accurate, and the body work & paint job were stellar. The stuff they sent out (alignment) needs re-working, but they performed well on everything within their control.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This is my first time using Weaver s. Needed some body work done after a small fender bender and I have to say that Sean and everyone there were a pleasure to deal with. They were able to get the car in right away and helped with keeping the rental car company informed when the repairs took a little longer than expected. Everything looked great when they finished. I would highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car.

Nikki is amazing. She made my experience from getting my old car checked out to giving me advice about getting a new "used" car and suggested on bringing it back to checked out. When I finally broke down and purchase a car I called her to make sure this car would be running in good shape. She called the warranty company and got everything replaced in such a fast turn around. She also let known everything that was taking place every second of the way. I am beyond impressed not only her spectacular service but the team that work on my car getting it done in a timely manner. I will highly recommend Weaver's to everyone!!

My vehicle took a beating in a hail storm -- hundreds of tiny hail dings. These guys were able to smooth the car out using the paintless dent repair, and incredibly, it looks like new. Son took his truck in on Monday for repairs and they advised it would take 5-8 days before it was done. Received a call from them on Friday of the same week stating it was done. Really quick service and truck looked like new from detailing that they had done. Front desk people were friendly & informative . Keep up the great work.

I couldn't have asked for better service. This was my first time here, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. Everyone I passed by in the facility was friendly and made me feel like I was a valued customer. My vehicle needed a fairly substantial amount of routine maintenance (more than I had expected), but the information was shared in a non-pressured and honest way, and I trusted that the recommended work was needed. I'll definitely be returning for all my vehicle's maintenance needs. Also, the shuttle service home/back is a great perk!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Spoke with both Jeremy and Nikki, both were extremely knowledgeable and polite when answering any questions I had. I went in for a pre-purchase used vehicle inspection and Nikki pretty much saved the sale of the vehicle to me. Had I not been treated the way they were towards me, I likely would've returned the vehicle to the dealer for a full refund and picked something else.This company will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I plan to go back for regular maintenance due to the level of care they provide to their customers. Nikki is absolutely fantastic to work with, I strongly urge you to check them out!

I recently used Weavers to repair a door ding to my drivers door. The quote was on point with exactly what the amount ended up being, they did an amazing job repairing my door and surprisingly it was done in 2 days. I was very impressed with their professionalism the moment I walked through the door. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend using them for any auto body or auto service needs.
