Christian Brothers Automotive in Shawnee KS is the best! My car needed 3 rims, a set of tires and balanced, and an alignment. They found a bent strut while attempting to align my car and quickly gave me a quote and worked with me since I have specific goals for my Kia. From beginning to end, everyone at the shop, including Owners Scott and Tammy, have been wonderful to work with and they have made the whole process much less of a headache than car repair has been in the past. We now are working with them to get our work truck fixed up and a new set of tires for it. They saved us a lot of money by being flexible and recommending comparable rims and tires than the brands we normally buy. We are very happy customers and will make this our new place to take our cars and work truck.

My car wouldn t start even if I charged it. I called Christian Brothers and explained. No worries, after the questions were answered, they secured a tow truck & it was returned to their shop. It was recharged with their proper equipment. It works great after proper inspection and was personally returned to me! Excellent care and attention!!

Josh and the team were so helpful. The system that they have for sending you your detailed diagnostic with clear pictures, and explanations was impressive and very professional. On top of that the ride to my house from Fran, who is a sweetheart I might add was fantastic. And she picked me up to take me back when my car was done.So, I appreciate the honesty, great service, and prompt communication, plus I was done the same day. I ll be taking our cars back to Christian brothers from here on out. Thanks all!

The staff and auto technicians are outstanding! They are caring, considerate and helpful. And you can't beat the great work that they do on your vehicle. If you want complete quality service, I would recommend you look no further. This place is amazing!

Optimal service.Brought my 2012 ecoboost pick-up with 379785 miles into Christian Brothers Auto Repair, and was greeted with kindness and made tot feel important and my truck important.Being a far distance from home I was hoping it would not be a long repair or as bad as I thought it might be.Thank fully the crew at Christian Brothers listened to my thoughts and went to work. Gave us updates as they discovered what was the problem and fixed it with in 24 hours.Could not be more pleased and happy with taking my pick-up to this place for repair. Also very happy how it runs now. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone! All I got was an oil change, but their inspection of the car is very thorough and I feel like I can trust them. I took my car in before going on a road trip and it ran so smoothly on my drive. As a teenage girl I often am scared of going into dealerships alone because they often try and scam people but I felt completely comfortable with them and felt like they weren't going to rip me off. The Christian atmosphere and the music are a nice touch. They value their customers and I will use them in the future.

The amazing people here really helped me in a very difficult situation while I was on a road trip to KC. I had major damage to my vehicle after a significant road hazard impacted underneath the vehicle while driving at expressway speeds. Despite having to order parts from out of state, they completed the work in 24 hours and allowed me to get back on the road as I had planned originally. I can't even explain the major headache they saved me. Claude did amazing work on the car, and his colleagues in the office were all super helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help me with everything. I will absolutely be a long-term customer of Christian Brothers, and to say I highly recommend them is an understatement! It's so hard to find the quality of work and service these folks showed me. I'm beyond thankful.

I haven't even picked my truck up yet, and hands down the absolute best team in the Metropolitan Area!!! The entire team is amazing and very helpful, talented, and professional. They are Honest, and upfront through the whole process. 1 million stars!!!!!

Easy to set up appointment, gave them all car information and described the problem as vibration left front of vehicle when turning. I arrived on time, checked in quickly and handed them a key so they could test drive to experience the problem. Waited in a comfortable leather chair for a short time. Had Wi-Fi and fresh, hot coffee. Soon was presented a thorough report, complete with pictures and parts&labor costs. They included things that needed attention, also, in this printout . We discussed what I wanted to have done. They went to work, ordering parts and offered me use of shuttle to my home. Driver was very attentive driver and quite friendly. I got a call shortly after lunch and the shuttle arrived about 20 minutes later. They had done everything we agreed on and the car has no more issues. I m a happy, satisfied customer!

Christian Brothers is the only place I ll take my vehicles. They are always friendly and very helpful. They don t try to beat around the bush or upsell you on unnecessary repairs. You get a honest assessment and fair pricing. Great place that I ll always trust for my auto repairs

When my car stopped on me, I had no clue where to have it towed to. AAA suggested Christian Brothers. Not know what to expect I said that s fine. When I arrived I was only thinking about getting back to work, and filling out paperwork to expedite the process. When I finally relaxed, and took a deep breath I heard Christian music playing, looked around. I had already prayed about my car, and read some scriptures prior to getting there, so needless to say it was out of my hands. When I looked at the wall behind the counter I saw a cross and a clock. I chuckled to myself, and said it s in Gods time. The service that I received from this business is hands down the best customer service I ve received in a long time. I just believe that God strategically ordered my steps to find this place, and I thank Him for the obedience to follow His lead. I am truly a better person after being blessed with the opportunity I experienced at Christian Brothers. I know that my car got serviced, but my spirit got a tune up as well. Even if you are not having your vehicle worked on, I strongly recommend you go in, and grab something from the goody jar. God has just what you need, and you will be richly blessed. I pray blessings and continued success for this business. Luis is very pleasant to deal with. Takes some of the sting out of the pricing. Christian Bros is physically closer than the dealership and offers a courtesy shuttle.

Honesty is probably the best thing about CBA Shawnee. They tell you what's going on, send through pictures and details, explain things well... And take ownership if they make a mistake or miss something. Never have had a bad experience with them in years of utilizing them with our old cars that need help regularly Always recommend them.

I went in because my back passenger window would not stay shut. They took the panels off the inside back door to investigate. Told me it was a broken motor and it was going to cost me $1,200 to replace. I then called Molle Toyota and they gave me a simple fix that did not cost me a dime that I easily fixed myself. I will NEVER stray from a certified Toyota service. Christian Brothers clearly tried to rip me off. Do not give them your business.

These guys were wonderful! Their prices were reasonable and actually lower than others I called. They got back with me in minutes with a fair quote. Did my repair in a reasonable amount of time and even called me a week later to make sure my vehicle was running alright. 5 stars from me!

If you have a car, or know someone that does, you need to meet Scott and his Team. 12/7/23 update: we ended up having to bring the car back on 12/4/23 because it didn t sound right when idling. It turned out the new transmission was also bad. We are still waiting to get an eta on when they can get another new transmission. While this has been a very frustrating experience I don t blame Christian brothers for it. I feel like they have been working very hard to try and get us a new transmission and they aren t charging us anything additional (other than the oil change that I asked them for, which they even offered me a discount for). They have been very communicative and apologetic throughout this entire process.12/1/2023: They have been great to work with. We first took our car there last October because our check engine light came on and our car wasn t getting up to speed. They looked it over and it turned out to be a cylinder 6 misfire. They were able to fix by the next day. We brought our car there for the 2nd time on Wednesday because of a whining sound with acceleration. It turned out to be our transmission going out along with need some regular fluid flushes. They did not pressure us to get the fluid flushes which we declined due to needing to replace the transmission and the cost of that repair. They also told us our battery which is less than a year old and under warranty is bad and encouraged us to take the battery to where we bought it instead of trying to get us to buy one from them. They initially quoted us 2-3 weeks for the repair but got it done in 3 days instead. They are very transparent and informative through the whole process, everyone is very friendly and you can text them for updates or with questions, and your text with a person instead of an automated system. Staff is very friendly and the lobby is nice and clean. We will definitely be trusting them with our car going forward.

I would highly recommend this shop. We are from Oklahoma and my son is working in Kansas when his brakes went out. When I searched for shops this company showed up and it being Christian based I knew I would use them. I dealt with Brad and couldn t have ask for a better experience. They were fast with getting us a quote and the quote was exactly what I had to pay. No hidden fees or charging me for more than what they told me. They were also very quick to get it repaired. They worked with my son with drop off and pick up even gave him a ride. It s nice to know that there is still GODLY people and they stick to their word.

So I have to share I m not a fan of automotive repair shops, in fact car trouble upsets me more than anything else in my life! But let me tell you, I d recommend Christian Brothers to anyone I know. Brad s definitely an asset to his organization, and communicated with me through the entire process. While the cost of my repairs were not cheap, I m confident Christian Brothers treated me fairly, and I m confident the work was done right.

The app was super easy to use, and a great way for a self-employed business person like myself to stay connected with the work that needed to be done. My service technician did a wonderful job, keeping me informed of everything going on with my vehicle. It was nice to be able to decide if a recommendation was something I wanted to tackle now or wait until later with just a click of a button. I took my car here for a 2nd opinion forva new motor and was quoted a reasonable price, actually lower than my original quote at another auto shop for more work being done. I was impressed by the amount of communication and professionalism from everyone here. They had my car in and out and running in less than a week which was way quicker than anywher else I looked into. The end cost for all my work was also lower than the original quote, which you just never see. I was given realistic expectations and they were met above and beyond. I would highly recommend trusting them with all your car needs.

They couldn't find what was causing my coolant light to come on. They worked hard to solve the mystery. Finally, they added more coolant hoping it will solve the problem. Too soon to know for sure. I am happy with their service.
