Zach was able to pre-approve us for no money down before even heading up to the dealership! Once we got there we test drove a couple of cars. He was very nonchalant and wasn t sales aggressive at all, taking the time to listen what we were looking for.Kelly in finance helped us get all of our paperwork done in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Jeff Massey was great to work with. Their facility was comfortable and nice, and my son had a place to play for the duration of the quick process.The car was at a great price, so I put down a holding deposit while we took care of the financing. All around, a very easy experience, and most importantly, any fees were plainly laid out, so I didn t feel there was any they were trying to hide from me.Only thing, the detailing group could be a bit more detailed , but it was clean.I ll post some pictures of the car after I got it home and detailed it over.

They took their time to make sure I was well taken care of. Dane and Kelly were very helpful and explained with detail everything I needed to know about the vehicle I purchased. Worth the time, quality vehicles and good service. Will come back to purchase another car for my wife.

I saw a car I wanted to look at online and went to Car City Wholesale. Jeff (Big Jeff) greeted me at the door. The first thing that impressed me was that he asked if I had been working with anyone or if I had spoken to anyone on the phone. There are some ethical used car dealerships, after all! I hadn't been in contact with anyone else, so he found the car and made sure I had all the information, including some hail damage that wasn't mentioned online, before I saw the car. I ended up buying it! There were no hard pressure sales tactics, and as an older, single woman I was taken seriously and all my questions were answered honestly. Kelly, who handled the financial end, was also very straightforward, friendly and patient with my questions. They also do maintenance and repair work there, which I was glad to know since I'm new to the area. Based on today's experience, I am happy to recommend Car City Wholesale.

I had the best experience at Car City! As a first-time car buyer, I am overjoyed that I chose Car City over any other car lot! Dane was excellent. He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the entire process. I honor honesty and Dane made sure I was getting the best deal. You can tell he really cared! Kelly also made the financing so easy to understand. I will recommend Car City to anyone I know!

I recently purchased a Jeep from here. I had a great experience, Big Jeff was a big help in the process. After my first day there, I had basically found my car, but I wanted to sleep on it. They were understanding and very communicative the next day when I had more questions. Very quick responses.As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about the whole process and some of the decisions to be made. They helped me figure out the best warranty options for me and explained information when I did not fully understand something. Overall very helpful and kind individuals who truly care about their customers!

This was my first car buying experience, I d been to multiple different places that all hassled me and attempted to pull one over on me. I adore this place haha! I worked with Dane, he was quick and to the point. Actually made a lasting impression with how easy he made the process. I d recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great experience here. Big Jeff has helped us from beginning to end. He showed us the car we were interested in, he was straight forward throughout the process. We had to really crunch in the numbers to be sure if we could really pull the plug. Kelly and Joe also really came in to play during this process as well. All three of them were VERY patient with us and we couldn t have had it better than anywhere else. They truly helped us get the car we wanted and we all walked out happy. I highly would recommend this place to anyone. They value and care for their customers. And you can t beat the prices anywhere else! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Big Jeff is amazing. It was an amazing experience at this dealership. I feel it is my due diligence to leave this review. My wife and I worked out a deal with this dealership for a Camry this morning. We thought it was a done deal but my wife was having second thoughts because it wasn t the exact car she wanted and we were in a rush. I told her if you don t feel right we will wait. When you buy a car it needs to feel right, and for her it didn t. We want to also thank the GM for trying to give us the best deal possible.This dealership has been one of the pleasant experiences we have had, and we feel bad they just didn t have the right car for her. I will be looking to upgrade from my Mazda soon and this will be my first stop for sure!

I don t usually make a purchase the first time I look, I typically think a day or two. However, Big Jeff answered all my questions on a vehicle and Kelly got us financed pretty quickly. It was a great experience.

Jeff Schleicher did an amazing job helping me and my wife with finding my dream jeep. He worked with us during a stressful situation making sure we got the best deal and made sure we were well taken care of. I would also like to add the service team, did outstanding work to my vehicle Curtis went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed and done right. Jeff and the rest of the sales team did an awesome job throughout my recent buying experience. The negotiation process was smooth and informative, never pressured. We settled on the price based a few minor issues the vehicle had (i.e. cracked windshield). I didn't have time to close the deal that day and was able to put a deposit down and return 2 days later. When I returned they had everything ready to go...Kelly was great as well on the paperwork.

If you go to car city whole sales ask for big Jeff. He is a fair negotiator and will try his hardest to get you into the vehicle you want. Was a pleasure and I would recommend. Also thank you to financial manager for making it all happen.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience I had with Ivan on the first day looking at a Toyota Tacoma. I put down 500 and came back the next day to sign papers. After not coming to a deal with the warranty I ended up walking away. But I will definitely be keeping car city wholesale in mind when buying a used vehicle.

Thank you to Big Jeff - Jeff Schleicher and Kelly in financing for assisting me with my dream car and warranty!-Jeff answered all of my questions and worked hard to advocate for me as a person during the buying process, not just a number. I had a quarter sized dent and a dash light on and he did not hesitate to remedy those for me! Would recommend Big Jeff for any car buying needs you have!-Kelly found me the best/lowest interest rate and shortest term to keep me and my husband at ease for the amount we would be financing in addition to supplementing my warranty for additional peace of mind!Thanks to all of the staff and General Manager at Car City Wholesale in Shawnee!

great experience. wasnt thinking about really buying when i walked in. but they made it very simple and straight forward. Phil was great. wasnt pushy and wanted to make sure i was comfortable before moving forward. Finance manager Kelly was a rock star.This place really surprises me. They have a great selection of cars, their financing is stellar as they have good relationships with local banks and credit unions. They even offer service and gives you a free oil change for the first time when you buy a car from them.Highly recommended..

My experience here was amazing! Tino worked with me and I don t have the best credit score he was able to get me into an affordable and reliable Chevy Cruze! Working with Kelly was amazing too! She made filling out the paper work to finance my car very clear, easy and and comfortable! Being a single mom some people just try to sale you anything but these two made sure to get me into something reliable! If you are looking for a good car that will last you and a team that cares, look no further! Thank you both again!

I bought a 2015 Ford Edge from Jeff Massey in November of 2023. I appreciated the low pressure nature of Car City. As a bonified tire kicker, it was nice not to be pressured on a test ride and not to be pressed if I did not like the car. Sales staff took the time to walk me through everything I was signing and was not upset when I asked questions.

Had an awesome experience with Jeff and Frank at CCW. Was a long distance transaction and everything went perfect. I was extremely impressed with the personnel, the facility, and how genuine they are with taking care of their clients. I highly recommend CCW and will use them in the future.

Sales guy Jeff was great to work with but after that extremely disappointed. Bought a car that needed body work. ( small paint touch ups on bumper on 2019 honda). Was told 2 to 3 days for repair. Made appointment and took car home. Brought it back for appointment. After 6 days we checked the GPS location of our car. Someone at the shop was driving the car around town. To a store, Quick trip and to HIS HOUSE! No apology. Nothing. Just told to relax they would find the car ,clean it and gas it up. They did clean it but gave it back to my 15 yr old son with less then a half tank. Would definitely stay away from this car lot.** edit **JOE,thanks for your message back, unfortunately you are not being honest .Your employee went to:1- a car dealership/auction in Lee's summit2- qt in Lee's summit3- a store I can not see4- his house in olathe5- another qt to get gas because I was pissed ( he did maybe put a quarter tank)If you would like to see the screen shots of this location tracking please talk to Jeff.
