Beyond words at how satisfied I am with the service and customer service at Butler. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Communication is genuine and sincere. They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. The job was done impeccably, and very promptly. Additionally - it ended up costing way less that what the estimate was.Overall I highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for the shop which will give impeccable work, done quickly, at the best cost, with tremendous customer service. Thank you Ron, Dan and team.

I have, unfortunately, needed to have my car repaired here a couple times, and Butler has consistently made an unpleasant experience better. The quality of their repair work is great, and their paintwork is flawless, maybe even better than factory. They are not the cheapest... but if you care about your car, they are worth the price.

A heck of a lot cheaper than a place right up the block from them that I got a quote from last year. Awesome bunch of people that treat you like family, and not like a customer. Delivered on time, and the work was perfect. Looks like brand new! Oh....and they have those good soft pillow mints at the front desk that just melt in your mouth. :-)

Butler C&D repaired a rusted cab corner on my 2013 F-150. The work was perfect and the estimate was spot on what the actual charge came to. Dan and his Team were timely and honest every step of the way. I will continue using Butler C&D Collision Repair.

What can I say about C & D Collision Repair... wow. I have utilized them WAAAAAY more than any one person should have to, unfortunately, but I will never go anywhere else. The owner, Ron Butler couldn't be nicer, more professional, more sympathetic (understanding that you're in a stressful time in life) and does anything he can to make you at east, assuring you that your car will be good as new when they're done. They are amazing and you're crazy if you go anywhere else. (I'm just glad I'm going on 6 months without having to see them!)

I've used them two times (unfortunately) but they did a great job on my car both times. The 2nd time did require them to redo the work since the paint did not match, but they agreed and it came out perfect the 2nd time. I'd use them for anything paint related for my car!

My experience with this establishment was fantastic. They managed the towing of my damaged vehicle in addition to handling the claim to my insurance company. They made the stressful process of repairing your vehicle after an accident as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this company

Over many years, I have done much business with Ron. My family knows heis honest, extremely competent, and reasonable. We are not hesitant to seekhis help when a vehicle is damaged. We consider him as family.

Great job! I had the unfortunate luck on wrecking my vehicle not too long ago, but remembered meeting the owners of this place at my job. The work took longer than expected, had to bring it back to fix something that wasn t fixed, but they were great!

A place you don't want to go but sometimes accidents happen. Really busy place and they took exceptional care of our car. We've been going there when needed for 20 years and have been satisfiedI have some cosmetic work to get done and I'll be back.

If you have any vehicle damage take your vehicle here and they will sort you out. Will provide free quote. Need to plan a week or two in advance depending on the damage.Only take your damaged vehicles here for bodywork. They are the best at that.

They allowed someone to pick up my vehicle without saying a word to me. I went to the place in person and called to confirm that I was the contact for picking up my vehicle. I have never heard from these people about my vehicle and found out through the other person it was finished. I will never return to this place.

I've had to use them multiple times. I just drop off my keys and drive away in the rental. Great bodywork. They are very accommodating.
