I was about 90 minutes from home when my tires gave up in the snow and I began sliding at every stop. Around 3pm, I began calling local tire shops with no luck, but thankfully Big O Tires had my tires in stock (and multiple options/price points) and got me in shortly after. When I arrived at the shop, they were phenomenal! From customer service to a speedy tire install/alignment, I couldn t have asked for a better experience! To the staff- thank you so much!!!

I cannot fully express how exceptionally satisfied I am with the service and compassion that I have received from Big O Tires in Shawnee, KS. I ve taken my vehicles to them for everything from oil changes, tire rotations/replacements, and significant service intervals (coolant, spark plugs, etc.). They always are able to make room for me in their schedule and have routinely made a practice of ensuring that the parts are available even before I bring our vehicles in for service, repair, or maintenance. I m not usually one to put much value in warranties of any kind, but I have been very pleased with their tire warranty. Big O Tire s warranty has easily covered the cost to replace 3-4 tires at little to NO cost. Lastly,, I have never once had a service related issue with their technicians and believe that their service is meets or exceeds any service that could be provided at another location or dealershipI try to work exclusively with Robert because of his compassion, his patience when answering questions, and his attention to detail. His service is exceptional and I have HIGHLY recommended Robert to friends and family. His level of service is above and beyond.

Big O has such a great group of people. Professional, but laid back, genuine, and knowledgeable. They seem to be driven by their motivation to get you what you need and make sure you are happy. Every visit has been enjoyable.

I am always so appreciative of the wonderful customer service at my Shawnee Big O. I can count on them to give me honest evaluations of what my vehicle needs and they are always responsive to my concerns. With a very busy work schedule the flexibility and communication available is a major plus. All of our vehicles are cared for by this fantastic team!

Careful with the upsell! They sell tires but then they offer you a complementary 21 point inspection which is followed by a very hard sell of additional services. They said I needed a sensor replaced for $75, an alignment for $100, and a new battery for $450. I agreed to pay for the sensor and the alignment. they sent me off with the tire pressure light on the dashboard lit up, claiming it would shut off by itself but of course it didn t So I had to drive back to get them to run their little handheld computer to clear that issue, then after they ran their computer they couldn t get my truck to start. he said it was my battery but all the lights on the dashboard were on and my radio was playing so it clearly was not the battery. I was bewildered but I didn t agree to change the battery, so The guy with his handy little computer just told me I could buy a new battery or find someone to help me jumpstart the car. I went to advanced auto parts and after they scanned my battery, they showed me there was nothing wrong with it.

Shawnee Big O Tires has really been good to work with, once we purchased our tires they balance & rotate for free, so we take our truck there for regular oil changes & brake work! Just recently had a nail in a tire they worked us right in & fixed the flat at no cost & got us on our way with a friendly staff! I appreciate the Shawnee Big O tire store & staff & highly recommend for tires & service. Thank you Kris Weber

We were on the hunt for a place to install tires on my Audi, and the prices everywhere were sky-high. Even Walmart's machine didn't fit our needs. Then, Big O Tires came to the rescue! From the moment I spoke to the lovely voice on the phone, explaining our requirements, to promptly securing an appointment the same day, and let's not forget - the PRICE was absolutely unbeatable! Talk about excellent service! This is the start of something new. Support your local business, trust me it's worth it. Our tires look good and we are back on the road back in style.

Big O in Shawnee - Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job and got me in and out in an hour. Store manager (Rob) and team are great to work with and they are honest about what repairs are needed. Thank guys for great seevice!!

I called and Robert was very helpful and nice! U set the appointment the same day and had all my services taken care of and spent way less money than I expected. 10/10 would recommend and I ll be going here for all my car services.

First visit was to get my tires replaced. They helped me research the tires that was best for my truck and they were extremely patient and professional. My second visit was last week to get my oil changed and a bulb replaced. Again, very professional and did a great job. This is the first time someone actually followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will be taking my truck there from now on. Thank you Shawnee Big O team!!!

Xavier was very helpful and able to get our tires ordered, delivered, and installed in just a day. We were able to drop it off after hours and we picked it up the next evening after work which was very convenient.

This place was amazing! Everyone was super friendly.The place I usually go to was filled up so I scheduled my oil change at this location. From the time I walked in and from the time I left my experience was very pleasant. Got me in and out quickly. I felt like I was VIP. I would recommend this hidden jewel. I wish more places gave excellent service like thes guys.

These guys did terrific, fast work- I think I was there for maybe only an hour or so. They switched out four tires in staggered sizing which was amazing that they had them in stock as these are a high performance tire. Kudos Big O Tires- Bravo!!!

Had a blow out in the bitter cold weather. Big O im Shawnee got me in the next day and was able to repair the tire so I didn't have to continue driving around on the spare. The service was timely and affordable.

Stopped in hopes they could get me in without an appointment. I was greeted by Victoria who told me they could get me in! And kept me updated every step of the way. It was a great experience! These guys are awesome! I definitely recommend them.

Two months ago I hit a pot hole which caused my tire light to come on. I called Big O Tires in Shawnee and was told come on by and they can take a look (it was 5:00pm store was closing shortly after). They took off the tire and said yes is was damaged beyond repair but they didn't have a tire to replace it. I was told that it would be fine until I could get to another store the next day. They were kind enough not to charge me and sent me on my way.I no more got on the highway and the tire blew out! I was not happy I was sent on the road with the tire in that condition, had I been told I shouldn't drive on it I would have made other arrangements.Fast forward to this week I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I received a coupon in the mail so I decided to give them another chance. I made an appt for today at 2pm and arrived ten mins early. Checked in showing the young man I had the $19.99 coupon. He checked me in and I sat to wait. Exactly one hour later, 3:00pm, my car was taken back into the shop. I started the timer on my phone at that time....one hour later, 4:00pm, I went over to the window to see what was taking so long. Stood there for 15 mins watching employees walk around eating donuts and working on other vehicles as mine just sat there with the hood up. I went to the front and asked the lady in the office, Victoria, if she was the manager. She quickly replied "I'm trying to find out where your filter is right now!" (I had agreed to replace the cabin filter). I asked her if that was all we were waiting on and proceeded to tell her that if I knew they had to order it and get it sent here I would have passed. Mid sentence she cut me off and started being rude! That's when I told her how long I have been waiting, put the old filter back in and check me out!! If someone is in a manager position and can't handle simple communication or calmly explain to a customer the situation without getting defensive then maybe they shouldn't be the manager! Upon check out much to my surprise I then find out that this location only carries synthetic oil and my $19.99 coupon turns into a $10 off a synthetic oil change. I look at the young man who checked me in whom I showed the coupon to for confirmation and he quickly claimed he told me (which he DID NOT). I would have had the service done regardless but it would have been nice to be informed (again simple communication)!Once last tid bit of advice for Big O Tires in Shawnee is that they may want to inform Victoria that next time she needs to make a personal call during her shift to discuss why her baby Daddy hasn't paid child support and "why the court trustee's office or state of KS isn't going after him for the money since today was his pay day" she may want to close the door to the office! Or IDK instead of spending 30-45 mins on a personal call she should be informing the customers of why their wait time is so long and apologizing for over booking and taking too many walk ins!I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BIG O TIRES OF SHAWNEE!

Had a slow leak in driver s side front tire. Big O was able to fit me into their busy schedule, find the leak, and repair it. I had to wait for ~ 60 minutes to get this done.

I brought my car in needing 4 new tires desperately. They worked with me and got me in the same day and were very professional and quick. I even forgot to mention having locking lug nuts and they simply called and asked where the key was and got it done. They even reached out a couple days later making sure everything went well. If u need new tires, I d definitely recommend this location!

Purchased some K02s for some new wheels I had gotten. They quickly got me in, mounted the wheels, and got me on my way. They did a good job, not a scratch on my new wheels. I would definitely recommend Robert and his crew.

Dropped off a tire to fixed. It had a slow leak. They said it should be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. They would text me when complete. After two hours I had not received any update. Location is close, so just drove there. Tire was ready, very affordable price for repair. They do great work, easy to work with and friendly people. Would recommend to everyone

Great service as always! Oil change & tire rotation done in under 30 minutes, everyone was super friendly & helpful! They even checked in after service. I ve taken my car in several times over the last year and everyone has been super helpful and honest about the work I ve needed done. Would definitely recommend this location!
