Took my grandsons Nissan in to have someone look at the positive battery terminal on the battery. Daniel and Humberto were very helpful and helped with the installation of the new battery fuse I purchased. They worked for sometime on trying to remove the old one, which would have saved me from buying a new one. Also the store manager, Lee, was there to help as well. Thanks again for your help!!

Cathy (I hope that s her name) was so nice and extremely helpful! My son and I were in to find a wiper fluid dispenser part in an 08 car. They didn t have the 2 pk of what we needed but she helped by telling us exactly what the part was to look elsewhere. No one in town had it but when I called back to get a part number (for internet) she took time to find it and fortunately was able to locate that they did indeed have at least a solo part. She also had a great explanation of how to install. So thankful for her help

The guy was very friendly and helpful. My check engine light was on and he went out and read the code. He was knowledgeable and helpful, I will definitely visit this location again!

Daniel provided some of the best customer service i've had in a very long time ! He and Waylon were very knowledgeable and quick to offer help & guidance !! They went above & beyond to make sure I had everything i needed ! This will be my regular auto zone thanks to them & their friendly, fast, & kind service !!

I had wiper blades not purchased at this particular store and went to see if I could pay them to install. They very nicely did it, no questions asked and wouldn't allow me to pay them. I appreciate it so much!!!

After a car wash, the engine splash shield under the front of my car was only hanging on by one screw so it was dragging on the ground. We drove to the closest AutoZone 10 minutes before closing. Tim helped find the correct size screws and even put them all in for us. We greatly appreciated his kindness and exceptional customer service!

Nice customer service. While I was looking for gaskets for something not car related, they still tried to help me. Even if it was a very slim chance a car gasket would work.

Had a great experience with the service at this store. I had a tail light out and they were great at assisting to find the right bulb. They also let me borrow a torx screwdriver that I needed in order to open the tail light. I also had some heating issues in my vehicle. Gabriel was excellent in helping me assess the problem. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help.

So thankful for these guys saving my day today! My van suddenly wouldn t start right next door at Murphy Express after filling my gas tank. I had 2 small children with me, it was cold, and my van wouldn t start. I called them to ask if I could walk up to borrow jumper cables and they drove right down and jumped me and got me going and let me know my battery was bad. Very helpful!! Thank you Autozone!!

Inept and combative employees.Had to make multiple trips to get the right battery despite them claiming it was a perfect match. Be sure to bring your old one in at the same time because you get a $18 discount on the replacement.$18 discount if you exchange your battery but point of sale system shows it as thePoint of Sale system is confusing, instead of Actual Battery Price -$18 trade in. They extra inventory steps that never display the actual battery price. Discounted price +$18 recovery fee -$18 exchange fee. Had to walk back to the battery display to confirm the actual price because it doesn t display on checkout.Obviously this is a common customer confusion because the teller got combative about it. Maybe I was irked about the return but the whole exchange wasn t handled well.

Needed new difficult to find wiper blades. The gentleman helping me was persistent until he found the correct blades and even installed them. Superior customer service!!!

These guys are always very helpful in finding what I need. They are also very helpful when the "check engine" light comes on. I only had them help twice with the check engine light, but one day, it was very very cold and windy out. The gentleman that helped me had to stay outside for a little longer than usual due to my fuse being out. The fuse needed replaced before we could diagnose the check engine light. He found the fuse I needed, installed it then diagnosed my problem and sold me the ignition coil I needed. Being as cold as it was that day, he kept a good mood and attitude the whole time. I was very cold and I could tell he was too. Thanks guys! Always helpful!

Fantastic helpful staff. My truck broke down at the CVS next door and Maurice lent me some cardboard to use as a creep and helped me fix the radiator hose and refill the radiator. I can't thank the staff enough for their helpfulness.

The manager, Gabriel, has been very unprofessional and unfriendly several times towards my family. We will NOT be back to this store, whatsoever, Gabriel has been rude and out of line way too many times, and we ve had enough.Autozone needs to fire him ASAP and hire a quality manager that knows what customer service is.

Can always trust the info these guys give me plus they'll match prices from other local stores, impossible to match Amazon but have had them match Walmart prices without any hassle. Will continue to be a repeat customer

The manager Mike (I think that was his name) went sooo out of his way for me today to be helpful. I am amazed by the kindness I was shown and the willingness to help me out in a hard situation!! I am forever grateful

The manager personally came out to check my battery, removed it and installed the new one. He also made recommendations to get the dealership to help pay for the new one based on the age of the vehicle.
