Been coming here 10 years or more and I have never had a bad experience. Kendall has replaced 2 or 3 windshields (jeep) and maintained my wranglers in spite of the punishment I put them through. The absolute BEST. Kendall s shop is so great. He s so knowledgeable a good person and if he s busy, just wait for him to get you on his schedule.I didn t wait once and it was the dumbest move. Luckily I asked him for a second opinion and he saved me from a shop that claimed my sons whole engine had to be rebuilt when it actually just needed something that cost us exponentially less.I sent someone to him recently and the way he helped them in a hard situation was way better than could have been expected. She just told me about it. I went in for an oil change and to replace my window wipers and Kendall was really kind and helpful. I felt like I was getting a fair price and he was also super helpful in recommending me to get my tires replaced. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Kendall is just all around an awesome guy. He's timely and straight forward, and just an honest mechanic. My family have been taking cars to him for at least 10 years, and he's always done us right. He'll explain what's wrong or needs to be repaired and lay out the costs. I've had work done by other mechanics, but always feel like I'm treated right when I take my car to auto tech.Stand up business run by stand up folks.

I mostly do my own work on my e46, but whenever I have a job I can't handle or don't want to do, Kendall is my go-to. His prices are great, and each job I've had him do, was either what we agreed to on the phone, or cheaper when it was all done. Great shop and I highly recommend.

I only trust Kendall Umholtz, the owner. With my high-end BMW luxury cars. Small staff, but never needs a return visit to correct a screw-up. He is well known to the KC BMW owners. He doesn't go on hunting trips to find work. Always presents alternative choices. I don't t trust anyone else. I even trust with potential female customers. Honest and moral.

Kendall did a great job installing parts for my BMW 335i. He even charged less than quoted on one of the components because it didn't require as much time. If you're looking for great and honest service, go here. You will not be disappointed.

Recently had my car in for service. Kendall & crew took a look and found multiple things that needed fixed. He quoted me a fair price and I agreed to have the work done. After he started he contacted me and said that one of the parts did not actually need to be replaced. Saving me hundreds of $ in repairs & costing him hundreds of $! But he and I both know that earned him thousands of $ in future repairs, because for the foreseeable future I will take every car I have to him for anything I need. Thanks for the honest work friend!

My family and I have done business with Auto Tech for over 4 years.I brought my Lexus in for a starter replacement, the job itself went fine. However Kendall failed to use fender covers, after paying and walking out to my car I noticed that the fenders were covered in grease, and hand prints.Upon looking closer I noticed that the passenger fender had multiple moderate scratches and dings, which were absolutely not there when I brought the car to him.He immediately waxed both fenders, without even washing them first. He said he would make it right, but declined to have the fender repainted at my preferred body shop as it was "too expensive"Kendall recommended that I go to Dr. Dent near 87th. They did good work, and ended up having to repaint the fender, as buffing alone burned right through the paint. Kendall admitted he caused the scratches, but refused to accept responsibility for all of the little dings directly underneath the scratches. His overall attitude wasn't very positive.It looks like the fender was hit with a shop cart. Either way, Kendall should know better, and should use fender covers, why is my car not good enough for him? I paid over $700 for the job.If you do business with him, make sure you demand that he uses fender covers.

Kendall is the best mechanic I've used. Meets deadlines, does great work at a very fair price. Specializes in BMW, I take my M3 to him for Inspections including valve adjustments. Honest work for a great price. Highly recommended.

Kendall is a great, honest mechanic. I have taken several of my family's cars there. He always calls with a price quote before he does work on them which I really appreciate.

Best shop in town! I've had to get a lot of work done on my Mini Cooper and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Kendall and his guys do a great job and work very quickly!

We took my wife's Mercury Mariner in for a front wheel bearing replacement yesterday. They called later in the day to inform us of their progress and let us know exactly what we were looking at. Didn't expect it to get done that evening, but we got the call that it was ready to go right before close. No more grinding on turns, so we're happy with the repair.Where I am exceptionally impressed is how they noticed one of our rear brake/turn signal lights were burnt out. I had a bulb and planned on replacing it myself. Instead, Kendall and his team took it upon themselves to replace the bulb, never mentioning a word of it to us, nor adding it to our bill.I will happily encourage my friends to give their auto repair business to AutoTech

These guys are trustworthy, reliable and prompt. I have had several things fixed over the last year on my 1999 BMW 540i and they have been very fair and flexible with all the aspects of the service and much cheaper than the dealership.

I have taken my Mercedes Benz and my 1994 Chevy Van for service to Autotech. Excellent service at a fair price. For you BMW owners out there this is a great alternative to the dealer high prices. He has 8 years of certified service for BMW. If I ever own a BMW he's the only mechanic that will touch it.

Best little auto shop around. If you worried about places to take your car worry no more and take your car here. Honest, friendly, fast and will not sell you a lot of extra bs.
