Picked up an online order and Scott s energy was very welcoming! He even carried my order out to my car as it was a bit heavyweight. Haven t even made it out of the parking lot yet. I was so pleased with his customer service I had to acknowledge him first! Thanks Scott! We need more people like you.

They refuse to update their prices on the shelves. I complain every time I go in. Not uncommon for literally everything on the shelf to be 20-30% higher at the register. Staff could care less. This one is a mile from my house and convenient. O Reilly and Advanced seem to be able to keep shelves prices right. Terrible. Scott is awesome and very helpful. That s the only saving grace here.

Scott R is the only auto shop employee I trust from now on, come to this location and ask for him if you want someone to help you find a part or replace a battery with 100% kindness and friendliness. I was so used to auto stores only hiring only the meanest and most condescending people ever for some reason but Scott is a bastion of light

Decent parking, clean, area is wide open, car wash next door.Customer service was great and quick. Very knowledgeable people of this posting. I prefer to order online for the 15 to 30 percent discount. Had everything I needed.

Manager refused to replace my battery under its four year warranty due to his discretion because it had already been replaced once. Six months ago. He said the likelihood of it failing in that time was not possible.The battery has an intermittent short. I ve been a mechanic for 25 years, and I don t make stuff up. When I brought the battery in, it did not show a fail, so they refused to replace it. I explained that I had been driving the van for over an hour, and it had been charging for that long.Leaving disappointed because I know that the battery is going to fail again and I ve wasted an hour and a half trying to get it replaced.I will make it a point to never use advanced auto again, I will also make sure to tell everyone about my experience. Very frustrated customer

Know what you need before you go, and make sure you know where in KC your part is, they will need you to tell them.

Me and my wife was in here a few weeks ago and there was a young (older then me tho) man in there by the name of Ray. He was the most bubbly amazing sales person. Not only was he awesome as a sales person but he treated his customers with the up most respect. Thank you Ray sir! Keep doing what your doing and thank you for helping us. We will definitely be back.

I am so glad I stopped at this location. It was the best customer service I have had. I am very grateful to Ray. He not only fixed one of my brake lights, he showed me how to change them. I highly recommend this store. Thank you again Ray!

Googled the hours of operation for this location and it said 8pm on Sunday. Drove 45 minutes and got here at 5:57 just to get kicked out at 6pm by the 2 guys working because they were supposedly closed at 6pm on Sundays. Yet it's 6:11 right now and I'm looking at a female that's still in the locked store with them and she's obviously not an employee. Don't know if we just interrupted the set of the newest upcoming vivid video release or what. Now to drive 45 minutes back home in my truck that gets 8mpg. What an amazing shopping experience.

In close to zero degree weather conditions, they tested my battery and sold/installed the new one for me in a speedy way so none of us froze! Thanks bunches! Always ready to help if they can!

Needed a serpentine belt, idler pully and 6 point star socket set to get my Mercedes-Benz up and running this weekend and the young women working there was very helpful and professional. Excellent job.

Used to get good service here. Yesterday I went in to have my battery tested and the guys inside said, "have the guy outside do it. He has the equipment out there." went outside and that guy said "There are several guys inside... Talk to them". Went back in and now there were 4 people in line. Waited in line (again) and then the guy outside comes back in and starts helping people in the checkout line. When I get back to the front of the line he asked what I needed.... As if we didn't just talk. He went outside and tested the battery and said it's good. I told him it's starting slow and rough. He said "me too." and went back inside. He should have suggested testing my starter.... No one was real interested in helping me that's for sure. So I'll head over to Autozone or O'Reilly and get some help there. Advance was a joke! I get it... It was 24 degrees out but it takes 2 mins to test a battery. Terrible customer service!UPDATE... took my truck to Autozone and the battery was bad. Replaced it. Problem solved.

The employees here are fantastic. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Used my mobile app to order parts and pick up at store less than 30 minutes later.

Not the best of stores, many parts need to be ordered in. But I also came from the main hub area, so I may be slightly spoiled. Also, staff seem somewhat knowledgeable, albeit are not the guru type.

Older guy tried to sell me the most expensive wind shield wipers they carried and tried to tell me that's the only ones that fit my vehicle. Then got pissy after I showed him the ones I ultimately purchased that amazingly enough, also fit my vehicle.

1991 Miata. There are cheaper options but if you want someone to help you and specifuavallu exain what the problem is and whats the way to properly do it or the cheapest way. Even go to your car and point it out. Never been let down and they keep it real. Great place

I made a purchase at another location and exchanged the original part. It turns out I needed the original part, not the one I exchanged for. Had the original receipt not the exchange receipt. The manager would not do the exchange. I hope he gets a really itchy rash.
