Cesar is a great mechanic I will give him that but do not expect him to get work done in a timely manner, because that he can not do.he will not admit to not being able to get to your vehicle. He will keep it hostage for 6months to a year.hen claim he has ordered the parts but they just haven't came... but if you have the time he will do it right for you.Service: Electrical repair
