We have had problems with the new tires my boyfriend bought. Had to redo them 3 times before one of tires held air. Also with the battery he bought there. Had to bring it in 3 times also Don't know what's going on? If it's the workers there or the products?

There oil change cost me $600 in auto repair. Coach is acceptable the rest the staff are the Whittaker's ( worlds most inbread family) they bark instead of talk. Register person Heather is so pathetic she makes me want to have a toaster join me in the tub. A.I. could easily beat the BROKEN staff.

Showed up at 7AM on a Sunday morning and got two front tires taken care of quickly and professionally. Techs were great and the desk lady was very nice.Would absolutely return.

Great experience with new tires. So disappointed that there was no coffee for customers early in the morning. Unfortunately there was not even one hot cup of coffee in the entire Gardner Walmart. The price for the tires I bought and had installed was not much different from the dealership. Hmmm.... I really like my coffee at an early morning appointment.

I'm going to be completely honest with this review damn near everytime I go to get an oil change from anyone I usually get bare bones explanations on what they're putting in my vehicle, but the service rep I dealt with when I went in was more than exceptional. They went through all my options and add ons and didn't try to upsell me anything in the slightest. They were incredibly patient with me and when I was told my wait was going to be an hour or so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. EXCEPTIONAL. Would give 10 out of 10 but there's only 5 stars. Keep up the good work folks

They hand tightened all the lugnuts on my two rear wheels... do they want me to rollover on the highway?Inept and dangerous, for your safety go elsewhere

Walmart oil changes first-come-first-serve. No appointment... We went in and checked our car in around 9 a.m. we figured we had about an hour to do some shopping. They ring my phone 40 minutes later letting me know my car was done. They do a great job they checked all your fluids and air filters. And they're the best price in town and very friendly and professional.

Couldn t even fix a simple patch job. Got it fixed around 6pm and it was already flat by morning. Not only that but I could hear the employe working on my tire making rude comments about me through the window. This auto center is a joke and will never take a vehicle there for anything.

Had to have 1 tire replaced and it took 4 hours almost to get my car back and get back on the road... was never told how long it would be but this was supper excessive and the FIRST AND ONLY TIME IVE EVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH WAL MART SERVICE CENTER! They were rude and uncaring as well

Not very impressed! Lady who controls all the paper work at the desk is pretty rude for starters. All I needed was 2 tires mounted and balanced. Well we get a call saying they don't have the valve stems we need and they want us to get new ones. So we do. I am thinking them being a tire place they should have a variety of stems. But we ask her what size and she can't tell us. So we go and buy some and we have to put them on ourselves. Not very impressed with this place. Only came cause I had to. Don not recommend this place!

They aren't going to set any speed records mounting your tires, but so far the tires ride smooth and quiet with no vibrations. Technician was helpful and polite.If you're buying tires, set up an appointment. It will take them an hour+ to mount and balance, but without an appointment you'll be there hours.

I absolutely would not recommend going to this walmarts tire and lube center. Just to talk to someone at the counter can take up to 30 minutes most of the time and thats if there's even someone at the counter. They have never called me when they were finished with my vehicle to let me know its done. I've even waited an hour and a half for them to give me a replacement warranty battery. Would recommend going elsewhere for service

I couldn't be more impressed with the service we got today. We were hear from out of town for wrestling and of course the tire fell off the rim of our Suburban. Our road side service towed to this Walmart Auto center and Valerie had great customer service, and fixed us up just by me talking to her over the phone. I was VERY impressed by our overall service and appreciate the customer service. Thank You!!

They do the work but the attitude these guys have is awful!!!They act like you're stupid and your questions are the worst possible thing ever. Even rolling their eyes! Customer service? Who is that? I honestly despise this place. Everytime I have to go I dread it. I love the services and the price, it's the horrible customer service.I hear and read about it all the time in Salina so you'd think by now some sort of higher up would get how rude the tire staff is here... but alas it never changes. The girl at the counter long blonde hair so incredibly rude.Got there at 7am when opening thinking I could be done quicker by being one of the firsts. She waltzes in at 7:20. Then gets upset with me because I asked why 20 minutes after opening do I get waited on. She states "Oh my goodness it's only a few minutes after" very rudely. No apology. Ugh this place !

Just a heads up... if you purchase your tires online they will NOT pull out of their in stock inventory to put them on your car. You will have to purchase in store and cancel your online order. This wasted just over 4 hours of my day.

Took truck in for a oil change. After one hour walking around the store I get a call. That they had to cancel my oil change. Since the drain plug was on too tight. I went and bought oil and did it my self. The drain plug in above skid plate makes it difficult to get too. But it was not tight came right off. Just to lazy to get to the plug and lied.

Fast service. Great customer service. They told me it would almost three hours and it was barely an hour and my car was done. I have been taking my car here for years and will continue to do so.

5 hour wait for a carry in flat repair. Grow up guys, you can pull someone off something else for 10 minutes to do it, especially when there are 3 guys around each vehicle.

Ordered tires. Said they would be there on the 14th. Thought I would just check. Didn't tell them I had them ordered. They had 8 in stock. I couldn't have them because mine were ordered and would have to wait until the 14th. Same exact tire...

They really don t deserve any stars at all. I went & got a oil change when I got my car back it started shaking every time you went over 20 and a tube was not reconnected AT ALL!!! We reconnected the tube hoping it would stop the shaking, well nope it s still shaking.

Well they changed my oil I went to pull it out and it wouldn't start. They push me out of the BayI called a wrecker got hauled over to the Ford place they've got an oil on one of my sensors$700 later to replace the sensor I will not go back here for oil change

Always quick and efficient service, friendly staff. I never have to wait longer than 30 min for an oil change. Best place in town!

"I have had great experience with the automotive dept at Walmart and,I buy all of my tires and have them balance and replace,them at random and with 7 vehicles so far so good, whenever I have a problem they are professional with handling it in the Salina area,in Junction City not so much,and being from there I have always come to Salina because they handle business correctly with the customer."

Had 4-35" mud tires installed.Did it pretty quick and great technicians.
