Can t seem to find good mechanics these days, but this place is by far the worst service department I came across In recent years, service tech Alexander L Gravatt attempted to do a PM on my 2023 Peterbilt 389, forgot to close my oil cap. will let the pictures explain the rest.

Shower #1 has a two way mirror. One guy gave me some story about how it's "locked and no one can get in there" but clearly someone can because someone put the lock there on the other side of the mirror in the first damn place. I actually called the police about this who were no help whatsoever. Just replace the freaking mirror if there truly is nothing to hide. I also contacted petro corporate offices who have not gotten back to me.EDIT to reply to my reply: I literally dod reach out and never heard back but I find this copy and paste reply to be pretty hilarious.

The worst experience ever seen in my life, Andrew is the one who can make your day very bad I would not recommend any one to come here and do get help from them, I called him first before I towed my truck here to get it fixed he told me that I will fix it, he did diagnosed my truck only with out anything else which everyone knows it will take the maximum of 1 or 2 hours and he charged me $700 for just diagnosed this is not supposed to be like this I will sue this place and I will get my money back from them. Andrew is doing his private project here wrecker towing company and the Day inn hotel as well, he is not letting me to stay with close by my truck he forced me to get out of the TA Services shop and go to hotel to stay in.

No wonder y the ratings are so low here!! Never go to TA mech shop especialy on nite shift. Lady w glasses in the pic I think is Nicole but shes airhead worthy for not communicating the two diff mechs that were coming into shop for shift change: Andy & Earl. Andy says hes gunna work on trailer brakes, takes a 30 then goes home with the clerk nor Andy cpommunicating this!! In bay 2 hrs no one touching truck or explanation as to why the delay until I go in and patiently ask to find out Earl is going to work on trilaer brakes & Nicole tells him something totally diff was wrong then what I came in for! they call Andy to find out what was really wrong from his day shift. (half tired off duty not seeming to care abt explaining) to have 5 hours wasted on a dissatisfactory job that could been done in a hr. THanks Andy, Nicole, Earl!

Don t come here for a tire replacement you ll spend 5 hours. I was here first , no other trucks came in It took them 5 hours. Between texting on the cell phones and smoke breaks I m surprised it was only 5 hours. Go across the street to the flying j. I should have gone there first. There has been 2 food deliveries so they have to stop to eat. It s really comical at this point.

It's one of the better TA shops I've been to. They are closed from midnight to 6 am so if you need something done as quickly as possible it's best to be there at 6 am and get it resolved early so you can still get some miles. They took care of my belt and tensioner first thing. Be cool and respectful and you'll get better results than if you walk in there projecting your stress onto them.

Checked in at 4:45 pm Wednesday. Person said would be 2.5-3 hour wait. Waited until 8:15 pm and went on to get an update. Person said they had a road call and would be another 45 minutes and I was next. So I waited until 9:30 pm and walked back to the shop and saw a truck in the oil change bay. I inquired about me being next and the person said I was. I asked why then was another truck in the oil bay. The person blamed the tech for calling another truck ahead of me. They ended up calling me around 11:30 pm even though they close at midnight. I didn't answer. Figured I would try my luck with the day shift at 6am when the sign says they open. Well, it's 6:36 am the following morning and still no one here!!!!!! Sign says 6am-midnight. Very unprofessional!!!! Why is there no more "service" in the service industry?Now it's 6:39 am...6:45...6:50...6:54 and someone finally shows up8:02am, guy that finally showed up at 6:54am to open was speaking to another employee and stated he would have been here at 6am if he would've heard his alarm, and then laughs about it. Great!!! So I have to sit for an hour, waiting, taking an hour or out of my day, while this guy sleeps. Come on TA, look at the reviews and do something. I'm not one to complain, but over the years this shop has failed repeatedly. Come on drivers. Start leaving reviews. Only we drivers can make a difference. We are the whole reason these people have jobs and we are treated horribly!!!!!!9am... So, I brought my own oil for oil change. Tech comes in asking what kind of oil I use. Say again that I brought my own oil. He says he knows but he got called away and someone else was putting my oil in not knowing the other guy didn't put the oil plug in yet, so he pours 10 gallons of my oil in and it goes all over the floor. Now they have to use their oil. PATHETIC!!!!!!!TA, this shop needs training and better management. The driver suffers at this shop!!!!Services: Electrical, Oil change

Morning everyone,so I came to service and makes appointment 10pm and after 10pm they told me tomorrow morning 8am an after 8am told me 9am so I disappointed and that was a not first time for me from TA and Petro Guess what I m in in the shop 10:00am

Great service. Good bunch of guy's that work there. Real friendly. Had two marker lights and a license plate light repaired and a tire replaced and all worked out pretty well. I would definitely come back.

First PM in 300,000 miles that was done perfect!! Have always had problems priming the fuel system on this particular DD-15 after fuel filter change. Great work!!

It took them a very long time to come out to me ,45 miles, also over charged me. For a road call,9 gallon of coolant and a 4 inch hose it was $900

We requested road service assistance, we were 27 miles away, technician missed us and took more than 2 hours to find us, when he finally changed the tire, a representative named Susan called in to ask for payment saying that we owed them $980 for CHANGING A TIRE. When we requested an invoice with the break down, she refused to send it and called the police on us, worse costumer service ever, RUDE. We tried calling corporate, no help was provided, called management at the TA and Christy answered, while discussing with her we finally agreed on $700, RIDICULOUS !! After discussing payment I asked her for an employee ID to file a complaint and she refused giving me that info. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! DO NOT GO THERE.Service: Tires

Could not get my truck in for a tire issue, until the next afternoon, 18 hours. They didn't give me some nonsense story, gave me the straight scoop. I didn't wait, but at least they told me upfront.

Had a tire blow at 3:30am. Pulled into TA and was told they couldn't change the tire until 8am, no technician working.But aren't they 24hrs? Don't they change tires?No other tire shops open until 7

The staff are nice, but their repair didn't hold, so now I'm having my wheel seal replaced for the third time in 3 days.
