The guys here are great I've been there twice in a week to fix another shops mistakes got me in and out quick took all of 2 min to figure out what was wrong with it they are now my go to place and thank yall for doing such a great job

this facility has the worst customer service & can't complete work in a timely manner as they stated they could. I've been here 2 times & the same runaround both times.received nothing but run around & excuses why they couldn't complete the simple repair of draining & flushing the def system in a timely manor or as stated. took over a week. they denied receiving authorization when I stood there listening to them receive it.they had a trainee doing the work & he went home early without completing the repair. next 2 days they stated that they had to order a part each day to complete it.

Total rip off. Was told 5 hours labor. Is 675 they charge me 822. Took 8 days to replace coolant tank and 1 hose. 822 dollars. DONT GO THERE UNLESS U WANNA LOSE MONEY. TAKES 15 MIN TO PRESSURE UP A RADIATOR TO CHECK FOR LEAKS THEY CHARGED 2 HOURS 170 DOLLARS. THEIR TECHS ARE A JOKE

I ve been meaning to post this review for a long time. To make it short and sweet...I ve only had two Volvo repair shops in all of the 48 States treat me right so far. I say this as an owner operator with a 2016 780. Summit Truck Group and Mobile Fleet Service in Ellensburg, WA. It s very hard to find a Volvo shop you actually feel good about. I hope to find more in the future but so far only these two. Godspeed to all of you drivers out there rolling the interstates in a Volvo.

I personally choose this dealer to get maintenance work done on my company truck, since it isn't far from my home in Concordia. Very impressed with the way they handled my issue, from check in to keeping me updated as to what was happening to my truck while in the shop. I already told my company that I want to come back here for other maintenance related issues!

Customer service in the shop was the worst I have experienced in years. I bought my truck in because it was leaking antifreeze. They said they couldn't work on it and the Detroit shop was being remodeled so they didn't want any customers. I asked the guy if someone could show me how to turn off the valves to the tripack (hoping that was the problem) he said no they were too busy. Went over to the petro , it took the guy 30 seconds to turn the valves off. I will NEVER NEVER give them any business.And my company and friends will do the same.

Only because zero isn't an option. We would take our work trucks here and they take twice as long to fix as they promise. Trucks come back and something else breaks that they worked on or next to. We have a lease Truck through them to that is broken every other week. Mechanic came to look at Truck in our yard said it had to go to their shop to be fixed due to what was broken. A week later I still don't have my truck back because they didn't order parts.I will never voluntarily take anything to them to get fixed ever.

Very slow service. The mechanic told me that they didn't have enough work so they had to milk there jobs to get a 40 hour week, he wasn't kidding, I was in there shop 3 days for injector o-rings and a high pressure oil pump. Then drove to Greeley Colorado with a dead injector because the tech knocked on of the connectors off when putting the valve cover back on.4700 international with dt466e

I bought a truck here, almost made it to Indianapolis before it broke down. They wouldn't help. Had to get some work done a couple weeks ago, it took 2 weeks for them to change a water pump, was leaking coolant again 60 miles later. Pass this place if you can.

Worst customer service ever very rood and unprofessional. Needed a part but 2 min after i got in i left unhappy and drove another 100 miles with issues just so i don't give them business. If you have any other options use them

Watch Out ! Especially Brindle. They will mark up 50% on Volvo Truck parts. Have been there once, never again. Avoid at all cost. Thieves.

Checkin was quick. Pulled the truck in right away for evaluation. Will report again when work is finished.

This is the worst place I ever be in my live440 bucks for checking mi ac they work 20 min but charge me 2 hours labor this is ridiculous and they only know how to change parts that's all

They are worst International Dealer I have dealt with, and I have dealt with the worst you could imagine. Dishonest and incompetent. Wish I could give them negative stars.
