Very nice pilot travel center! We always enjoy stopping at the pilot travel center! Good for rest and refueling! Coffee, snacks, sodas, water and restroom are the top choice

Far one of the best pilots.. Richard makes my life easier. The guy is fair and works pretty fast.. Erin in the office is pretty helpful also.. they actually care about truck drivers

The one with the cleanest showers you can find at the truck stop, for sure! And overall, very clean. I hope it stays like that. Thanks to stuff members and management.Deserved !

Don't waste your time coming to this place if your hungry unless you're willing to buy the normal overpriced truck stop garbage. No restaurant or fast food of any kind. Horrible service at register when I asked.

Nice travel center. Second floor drivers lounge. Showers on 1st floor. Approximately 50 to 60 parking spots. Locate I-70 exited 252, Salina KS

Can generally depend on busy truck stops to be well kept (ie. Clean bathrooms, items stocked, etc) but we caught them at a busy time (10am). They had three employees but two were busy taking care of truck inventory and restocking shelves. There were a few hot food items, the bathroom was a little dirty (full trash cans and wet floor signs but looked like it was to be cleaned in the future), but staff was friendly. Would not use this one moment as a full reflection of this spot because the majority of the truck stops I have stopped at have been well taken care of.

Parked at 2 different gas pumps and neither one will let you select unleaded because they re so overused and out of order. Guess I ll drive somewhere else. You had one job, Pilot.

Boss Service experience aside (it took over 2 hours for an oil change) - this is a nice truck stop. They have a lot of space to sit, reliable free WiFi, friendly staff, ample selection of prepared foods, showers and bathrooms aplenty.

Conveniently located next i70 and gas here was about 10 cents cheaper a gallon than most other places on the highway lots of food choices I would recommend a stop here if your heading east bound keep on trucking

An Intersting place indeed. I love the truck stops that have a 2nd floor. Showers, lounge and movie room are upstairs. They're pet friendly so control your pets and don't screw it up for everyone else. Staff is kinda ok, could be better, but no major complaints about them. Would definitely stop here again

Stopped in this morning asked a shower. The rude manager said I did not have a shower on my rewards card. I explained that I did have shower power, even showed receipt from 2 days prior. The jerk still wouldn't give me a shower.. I will not be buying any more fuel at pilot or flying J. Loves has a better points program anyway

Poor selection of foods which are almost never stocked. No restaurant attached either. Showers were clean but the rooms were tucked into narrow alcoves where I didn't feel safe to be alone. Overall weird layout of facility with equally awkward truck parking. Only good thing it has going is the friendly staff. One of the worst Pilots I've seen and would never stop here by choice again.

The people who work here are my heroes! When I was stuck waiting on the bus they allowed me to wait and were very kind about my situation! They have a wide variety of food including sushi!! Thanks again y'all!

Multiple pumps broken, lots of trash and generally not clean, video game area was fun for kids but stinks something fierce. Would be a great stop if it was maintained a little better. Recommend stopping somewhere else if possible.

Smelled weird and I didn't feel safe enough to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Wouldn't recommend for people looking for a safe place to sleep for a few hours. I went to the Petro across the street instead.

I ve been traveling and stopped at several truck stops to boo dock & showers. This by far has been the best. The staff, Shelby & Jon were pleasant & helpful, the showers were well designed & upstairs with laundry, tables & chairs. Main level was spacious with plenty of supplies with games thank you have a great day!

Try to do the right thing to respect the fellow drivers. I parked way in the back in a car spot which the parking lot remains empty the whole time I ve been there. I was just a bobtail. I informed her I was just trying to not screw a truck and trailer combo out of much needed parking. She didn t care. So I just left and went to petro to finish my break. They just plain don t care or get what we drivers deal with out here.

No soup at 830 pm, no hot food. Bathrooms were dirty. Employees were busy chatting amongst themselves, no acknowledgment or hello for me. No creamer for the coffee. Sucked all around.

You bought this place from Bosselmans in 2012 and have done absolutely nothing to improve the place, it s a dump, you closed the restaurant 7 years ago, when the heck are you getting a remodel? This place is an embarrassment, this place was rocking in the 90s, tell the Bosses it s time for an upgrade!

On Dec. 15th 22 I parked at this Pilot next to the Fuel tanker. There are cones designating the spot for the tanker which was parked in it. 5hrs into my break at 12 AM Amanda came banging on my door telling me I needed to move then called the Police on me. Talked to Corporate and the area Mgr. Jeff. No apologies no action. There are no signs or markings saying no parking and even the Cops said there was nothing they could do. I've been an OTR driver for almost 16 years and an Owner Operator now. Haven't been in a Pilot or Flying J since other than to wipe my points out

Yesterday was terrible, everytime a customer came in to ask why the DEF wasnt working, instead the employees being polite about it. They literally yelled at each one of them telling the pumps were. Down it was very unprofessional. And then they argued with me about it and i said not all pumps are down cus i just got 9 gals of DEF on 17.There were no signs stating the pumps were down and no apologizing for the inconvenience.Very disappointed in the way the employees handled themselves. It was uncalled for, this was the night crew around 8pm

GREAT. absolutely great !! The parking area SO ample and enough room for everyone. The facility with all you need. The game room awesome, the restrooms so clean and full of supplies. The showers exceptionally because this person with the name Aaron keep it NEAT. five stars , thank you all staff, thank you manager. As a Professional Driver I feel so humble for your daily dedication in keeping such big place clean for us. Thank you all again.

It was 1am in the morning and I was tired of being on the road. I needed a shower but Susan the cashier said I have no shower left on my rewards card. I told her that I have been using it for months. She was extremely rude when she was talking to me. I had my Pilot app and I got my free shower. I then noticed her treating her blonde co-worker extremely rude and witnessed a conversation about cleaning the shower and I think Susan is always mean and rude in the store because coworker was so afraid to even ask her a question. Why would Pilot needs this kind of miserable people like Susan in this location. Last think I want to see people rude like her after driving hours on the road. I am a professional driver and I deserve a better treatment and I am sure coworkers will be happy to not to see her unhappy face around the store.
