I had a (under warranty) battery replacement issue and it wasn't going well because it was in another person's name, but I remembered the name & they pulled up the warranty confirmation, and I walked out with my new battery. Always remember the name of who you buy an auto from... It could save you a few hundred bucks later.

The store manager and Bill was very helpful. I broke down and needed new wheel bearing. Bill let me use his tools and everyone was very helpful with everything. Some awesome people. Thank y all for all y all s help

Our car wouldn t start at the car wash next to Oreillys on Planet Ave. Therin came over, replaced our battery, it still wouldn t work. He kept trying to figure out the problem and finally it was a fuse. He made several trips back to Oreillys for tools and parts and got us going. He was so kind and helpful!!

On our way back to Houston and had car trouble along with a family emergency. You will not find a more caring, honest business anywhere. The manager helped find someone to repair my car and solve the problem. Truly a life saver.

Got all four rotors and brake pads for my car in April and had my mechanic friend install them for me. The car feels like brand new again. It now has 105k miles.O Reilly s brake pads are warrantied for life and two years on the rotors. I don t think any other parts store gives the same warranties. Great customer service at all locations but Salina is where I ordered these parts.

Great customer service! While traveling through Kansas my check engine light came on. When the Chevy dealership wouldn't take the time to run the codes, I came here. They ran the codes, then directed me to a local mechanic to help me out. Thanks again for your help!

I wanted to give a big shout out to Steve at the O'Reily's on Planet Ave in Salina. He helped sell and install a battery in no time at all while taking 3 calls and helping 5 other customers without any other help. I am beyond impressed and will be shopping at O'Reily's exclusively for car parts from here on out. Thanks Steve!

Driving Cross Country from Maine to California we had the misfortune of unavoidably running over a tire shred on the highway which bent the license plate, left it dangling and scuffed the bumper on our little Kia Soul. Having to be on the road the next morning we stopped into O Reillys on Planet Ave. and the guys gladly took a look and fixed the plate in minutes. Refused any payment and sent us safely on our way. Thanks so much!!

Complained about this exact same issue to corporate a couple years ago and it's obviously fallen on deaf ears or they just don't care. This place smells like a bar back in the '80s when smoking inside was the norm and every single person in the place was actually smoking. Or maybe a smoke lounge.I'll never set foot in the place again since the powers that be obviously couldn't care less about the smoking going on by the employees in the place.

Today i had a 5:30 reservation and got my temperature taken in3 seconds and got set right down . I had the house soup and Gounauce with chicken. Everything was great.
