Big shout out to Lonnie Smith and Cody Riggs with Long McArthur for their over-the-top customer service after the sale. If not for their efforts, the following details in my review wouldn t have gone without major drama and frustration.This was my first experience in purchasing a new vehicle and having it delivered to me. All past vehicle purchases I ve driven them home myself.Thankfully, Lonnie Smith and the team at Long McArthur took care of the logistics in getting my 2023 Mach 1 delivered to my house.Unfortunately, the carrier wasn t careful in loading the car onto the trailer and gouged up the exhaust tips and rear valance. The carrier promised to pay for new parts, but quickly ghosted us. This was a trusted carrier repeatedly used by Long McArthur that just decided to throw away all future business with Long McArthur and likely all other dealerships that got word of this.Lonnie promptly introduced me to Cody Riggs in their parts department. As soon as I saw Cody s signature in his email, Riggs Racing , I knew Lonnie had put me in good hands. Cody Riggs was an absolute rock star during the whole process, which has been going on for 6 months. This wasn t any fault of Cody, Lonnie or Long McArthur. The parts shortage across the entire auto industry is to blame. As of the posting of this review (12/30/2023), I m still waiting for the exhaust system.Meanwhile, I m enjoying the hell outta my Mach 1. If I decide to buy another Ford, Long McArthur will easily be my first choice.

I ordered from Long McArthur Ford for a courtesy delivery to my local dealer in Oregon. These folks are awesome!Darrin Smith was my salesman. He was very personable and always followed up when I reached out - even after the sale. And he had to put up with me for a whole year while we waited for my Maverick to get built! I also changed an option and the truck color along the way.Kudos to Tim Bartz for the informative youtube videos and posts in the various Maverick forums. The information he shared was invaluable throughout the ordering process.Alex Gershon stayed late to finalize all the documents of the sale. We really appreciated that due to the time difference.Long McArthur honored the A Plan, and the price I paid was the price I expected - no surprises.All around great experience!

I made my first new car purchase from Long McArthur and it was a very pleasant experience. I ordered a Maverick in September 2022 and it wasn't built until September 2023. Long McArthur didn't require a deposit and did a price protection COVP. The price they gave me the day I ordered was what I expected to pay. A few months into ordering, I wanted to change something, and they updated my order, no problem. I was a member of their YouTube channel, and every Friday I looked forward to seeing where my Maverick was in the order/build process and hearing the latest Ford news from Tim and Sarah. They've created at lovely Maverick family there. Once the truck made it to the dealership, it was delivered to my front door in Nashville in under a week. It was a great experience. I will go to them again every time I purchase a Ford and I definitely recommend them!

Wow, just wow!!!Long story short, I was one of those who ordered a new Ford Maverick...I had waited 17 months for it to be built. About damn time, Ford... I was constantly updated by Long McArthur about my status, even when Ford decided to stop emailing updates. I knew where my order stood.I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership! MJ in sales was on top of everything! You should checkout Tim's YouTube channel if you have any questions about anything Ford related! I have been watching for 2 years now and probably know more about every model than my local dealers! Even when I had a problem with chase bank (I no longer recommend chase after being a customer for almost 20 years and chase not honoring a targeted promotion{your review is next...}), the finance department stepped up to the plate! The entire process, from ordering to driving back home to VA, I have never experienced such a wonderful sale, including the one where my dad's longtime friend who was a new car salesman, ordered me a new car in 2006.Even if you don't live in KS, like me, still give them a chance. I doubt you'll regret doing so. I don't! At least 2 of my local dealerships wouldn't even accept an order, but LM took it and I quote, "We will place your order, but remember that you might not receive it because of how popular these [Mavericks] are."Cliche alert:They actually treat you like family here! (The good kind, not the ones always asking for $, LOL)They pick you up from the airport, give you coffee, double-check all the paperwork (I did mine virtually, which they have no problem doing digital), make sure to have you test drive to confirm you STILL want the vehicle, then make sure you don't need anything else before sending you on your way!I'm like a teen swooning over LM... too bad, deal with it. They deserve it!

There was no pressure on the Escape purchase. I would preferred a lease, but the seller told me that they were not doing so at that time. The initial interest rate was high for an excellent credit, so I did fight it and they found a credit union able to give me 4.75% which, was a little high on that time, but not a crazy thing as 7% to 8%. The seller explained me multiple things and functions of the vehicle that I did like at that moment. Now those functions are kind of out of controls, but they are willing to helping me with that. They also helped me a couple of days after the purchase when I noticed a doors impairment in my Escape 2022. I'm mad with the recall issue and with the "fix" that Ford planed for that, but that is not Long McArthur fault. They did the fix as Ford ordered to do so and I'm glad in part because they where able to do the job even when Midway Ford did not do it after 2 appointment to do so. I really hate sales men and car dealers, so make a good review is very hard for me, but Chris was not a seller that made offer out from the blue just to make a sale or at least he didn't do so with me.In other hand they have good service, maintenance area and car rental with fair prices.

This is my second purchase from Long McArthur almost exactly 2 years apart, bought a 2022 Maverick had such a great experience I purchased a 2024 Maverick also. I drove 750 miles each way to buy my trucks and it was totally worth it, best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Found the truck I wanted on the website made contact and it was streamlined from there. Mike Mull is the best salesman and Tim Bartz made the transition from old truck to new truck seamless. I highly recommend Long McArthur Ford !!!

This review isn t easy for me to write as I had been a huge fan of Long McArthur for quite some time. I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ in 2019. The Lincoln did have a small amount of damage from an animal strike that they did fix. Fast forward a few years and the paint was peeling on the bumper and I Was told it was out of the warranty. We have had an issue with the cruise control a few times that resulted in months of waiting for parts. The first time they had us in a loaner for roughly 5 months and was able to get a used part to do the repair. Upon picking up our car the tint on the back drivers door was bubbling from sitting outside and I was told there was nothing they could do. The cruise control issue showed its face again so we returned the car to the dealership for diagnosis. At this point I was beyond frustrated with the issues and asked them to give me a trade value since they had the car which I was told they would. We went and picked up the vehicle because they had to order the part in and no review of the vehicle was done. After a few months again inquired about the part and was told it would be here mid December. The part arrived today so now to schedule the repair.I purchased a new 2021 F150 Apex in 2022. I had an issue with the sunroof seals falling off and getting caught in the retractable visor. I informed them of the issue which they ordered new sunroof seals. When I picked up my truck I was told to pay the bill when the sunroof seals were installed. I keep getting notices and when I had the truck in for service they still hadn t gotten the seals in. So I m still waiting for that. To me it seems the service stopped once I signed the papers.I really love my truck but I think we have purchased our last vehicle from Long McArthur. The service has been less than desirable and enough so that I caution friends and family to steer clear.

Excellent experience working with Mike Mull to find the perfect truck for our family. Got hooked up with an F-150 Lariat and we love it. Did not have to question the fair pricing and Alex walked us through the financial aspects very clearly and respectfully. There's a reason this dealership is top in the country.

I just got a new to me mustang gt and I loved every minute of the purchase and the ease of doing it all over the phone. When I arrived to the dealership my car was cleaned fueled up and ready to go. They had my paperwork ready for me to go over and sign then off I went. 1 hours almost to get the test drive talk over the financial and warranty options and the best part of the whole deal they did go above and beyond at actually looking for the best deal. I'm at the federal low on interest. They couldn't have done better if they tried. I live in Texas and travel and no matter what state I'm in I will definitely give them a call in my next purchase.

I'm not a huge fan of hassling or buying vehicles, but Adam made my experience great. He was easy to work with, quick to respond, and did a great job explaining the vehicle. I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership, so thank you Adam for making it easy for me.

Best experience since buying my first F150 in 2011. Simply amazed at how the F150 has improved since then.Mike Mullen did a tremendous amount of legwork finding the right model and trim package for me.My new Ford F150 Lariat has so many options and features, it will take while to learn about all of them.I highly recommend Long McArthur for your Ford needs in the future.

I love my new (2021) Ford Ranger Sport. It is fun to drive & discover all the little things it does or can do. Buying took much longer than we hoped. We hadn't had lunch & 4 hrs later we were starving. Our salesperson was very helpful. We moved things from my car to my truck. He de-taged my car & put tag on front of truck, filled it w/gas & had it cleaned. We really had time to get to know each other & I'm sure I'll enjoy top treatment when coming in for service.

I ordered a 2023 Maverick in 2022 and I still don t have it. It was shipped from the factory on October 7th, 2023 and it still hasn t shown up at the dealer. That s six months! You would think someone from this dealer would call me to and tell me what s going on. All this dealer cares about is taking in orders to boost their allocation for the next model year.

I have been trying to get my car in for repairs pending warranty approval. My service advisor Tim has been impossible to reach. When I do get in contact with him he has zero information and asks for me to call back the following business day. Not once has he reached out to me. Now that he s out of the office I was told that I would have to wait until he is back before they will schedule anything. I would take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs.

Original 1-star review on 2.16.24: Typical car dealer. I had Xpel headlight protection installed through them, and over 6 weeks later, I still don't have any information on the supposed 10-year warranty. It seems that "the guy that handles that" is in and out of the office and hasn't had time to deal with getting me a warranty registration card or any related information. At least that's what I was told several weeks ago on the phone.Updated 3-star review on 2.29.24: Only giving a 3-star review since this whole Xpel headlight protection install thing was shady from the start.To inquire about the Xpel installation, I first emailed the performance department about it. I got no response so I stopped by the performance office to ask about the install and mentioned that I emailed and never heard back. Shawn said, yeah I see that you emailed us. So basically, the email from a potential customer was seen but ignored (good to know). We were trying to schedule a time for the install and I asked if I could just wait while the work was being done. I was told that I couldn't because it takes several hours of cure time before the vehicle can be driven. That turned out to be a complete lie; more on that later.Shawn led me to believe that Long McArthur had Xpel installation equipment and the shop in their building at 3450 S 9th, and the installer was their employee. Then, when my vehicle was picked up (I thought by Long McArthur employees, but apparently someone else instead) for the Xpel install, it was taken to Auto Image Detail, not Long McArthur (the only way I found this out is from my dash cam video). I called Long McArthur out on it, and they said it's their detail shop, except for some reason it isn't named Long McArthur Detail Shop and is located a couple miles away (I was told they ran out of real estate to put the shop on their property). That seemed a bit shady to me.My vehicle had the Xpel headlight protection applied (not the greatest job on the passenger side as the side next to the grille was hand cut, which isn't how this stuff is supposed to be installed since it should be perfectly laser cut), and my vehicle was returned about 2 hours later. So much for the several hours of cure time. I suspect the reason they said I couldn't just wait while the installation was done is because I would see my vehicle leave their property, and they'd have to explain that. They did offer to do the passenger side over but I'm not going through this mess again!Weeks later, I finally got the information on the warranty but only AFTER leaving the one-star review above, which led to them calling me and wanting me to remove the review, so I eventually updated it with this 3-star version (it was going to be updated to just 2 stars but the work was done and I eventually got the warranty information). So apparently, the review is the most important thing but not being honest and up front.Had they just been completely honest from the start, I would have had no issue with this whole thing, other than the not-so-perfect install. Like I said in my original review, typical car dealer.

Very poor business practices. I came to a verbal/text agreement on a used f150 and was told we can settle the deposit after lunch. Texts an hour later saying someone is looking at it. Rather than go say hey it s sold they let it go. Not the midwestern values I am used to for sure.

Was driving thru headed to Montana for vacation from Oklahoma and had truck trouble, JD was able to fit me in to replace a coil and get us back on the road with barely any delay. The entire team was extremely professional and helpful with services. Quite a drive from Oklahoma but I will make sure when I buy my next new ford it will be from this company!

Avoid this dealership if you are trading in a vehicle - they are happy to exploit customers. I wasted an entire day and several thousand dollars enriching this dealership when I could have had my Maverick order shipped to my door. I was driving in (to utilize A/Z plan & trade-in for KS tax offset) from 2.5 hours away with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue. Ahead of coming in I sent photos and asked them to appraise my vehicle for trade-in, they refused saying they need to see it in person. I ignored that red flag, but at the time thought no big deal they would provide reasonable value for my trade-in. I was getting local quotes for $19,700-21,000 (dealerships & online). After their onsite appraisal they came back to me with $17,000 quoting the lowest value on KBB under the Fair category, while the vehicle is Very Good or Excellent. They refused to improve on their number and played the finance manager game three times over the course of 2 hours eventually adding $250. Normally I would have walked but didn t have the means to store/transport two vehicles that far away from home. A few days later they listed my trade-in for $27,250.

No deposit, no delivery fees, no mark up, what more could you ask for? How about a salesperson (MJ) who cares? I def will recommend them to my friends!

Look no further for your vehicle purchase! I own around 20 vehicles and have had a bunch throughout my life. Never have I had the spectacular service that I have had with Long McArthur! Buying my Roush F-150 was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! Every text, every phone call was answered every-single-time..even when Darik was off work..he answered! Darik is absolutely phenomenal at what he does, he went above and beyond for me on all levels and truly cares about the customer! Finance was quick and to the point and paperwork was done quickly! Will do business with again!

What an excellent car buying experience here at Long McArthur! Flew in from Minnesota to purchase a Ford Maverick and they worked tirelessly to make buying and signing over email and phone as stress-free as possible. Would certainly buy from them again! And I usually peel off the dealership sticker that gets put on new cars but I'll leave this one on to let others know where to go.

Bought my truck last year from out of state. Darik Stithem was my salesman. Absolutely a 10/10 experience. I ordered a new truck. It took a while due to the chip shortages. The price was very good considering other dealerships marking up prices due to shortages. They overnighted my paperwork and I took care of insurance and plate before flying out to get the truck.

We got down to the numbers that both parties were happy with, easy financing, easy paperwork. Do I wish I could have paid less...of course...but the overall experience and atmosphere was great. My salesman Bill Rogge was excellent. Made the entire Online/over the phone purchase PAINLESS !!! Finance manager Alex was also extremely professional and made all paperwork quick and easy. I would highly recommend!!!
