Went to look into a possible bike purchase. I had been dealing with Jeff via email & had the chance to stop in at the store. He was very easy to talk to & deal with. They had quite a few nice bikes in inventory & a nice, clean store. When the timing is right, on my end, I plan on doing future business with them.

We traveled 3 hours to buy a new bike here. No games with the prices, fees were extremely reasonable compared to other dealers, process was absolutely painless. Everyone was friendly and I couldn't recommend them more. Rick took care of us.

I can't put into words about their customer service. It was the first shoot I went into after five others and the treated me like I was family. They helped get all the paperwork done before my wife got there , and even had my bike delivered. If you want to get a bike new or used I would suggest buying from here . These guys are great, and they listen to what you want not what they want to sell you.

I enjoyed the customer service when I bought my bike back in April. The only reason I didn t do 5 stars is because my sprocket bolts were ripped out while on a ride. Found out they didn t even put lock tight and possibly didn t torque the bolts before selling it to me. On top of that, the sprocket bolts when they broke, damaged my belt and my sprocket. So now I gotta pay about 1500 in order to ride my bike again.

I had these guys work on both of my bikes and they do absolutely amazing work. One of which was a complete basket case when I took it in there and it came out like a brand new bike. I highly recommend them. John, Marty, Trapper, all very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. I can t enough good about them!!! Extremely satisfied and I recommend them to everyoneUpdate 12/12/22I went back in to get some stuff and found an awesome deal on a bike for my wife to learn to ride solo. Once I decided to pull the trigger on it we were done with paperwork and had the bike loaded in the truck in about an hour. I can t say enough good about Kawasaki of Salina. These guys are great to work with on both sides of the table. Wether your buying a bike or having one worked on, this is by far the dealer to go to. You guys are fantastic and thank you for everything!!!!

Want to give a big thanks to the folks of Kawasaki of Salina. They went as far as driving out near me so that I could finish up the paperwork for the Bike (after business hours!). The whole process was quick and efficient - can t wait to ride!

I would give this Kawasaki shop negative stars if I could the customer service was absolutely terrible. They ignored me from the time I walked in the door. When I finally did get their attention the salesman acted like he didn't care or want to help in any way. I looked around found a few bikes I wanted to test ride. He said it was against company policy to let customers test ride them. To which I responded I'm sorry but I'm not paying for any bike I haven't test ridden I offered to show him my license and a copy of my current bike insurance. I'm an experience rider of 8 years, I came prepared with my riding gear and had planned out a good route for test riding. Dude to the lack of good customer service they lost a sale that day and I will never set foot in that shop again.

First, I emailed in a question but did not hear anything back and after a few days decided to call. I called and inquired about the bike I was interested in. The main sales person who knew about the bike was out of the office at a show that day. The person I spoke to said they would reach out to them to find out some info on the bike and give me a call back. I received a call back a while later with some details and that they were waiting on a part for the bike so it was not road ready at this time. I then called back on the next business day to make an offer on the bike as the last several I decided to pull the trigger on ended up being sold before I made the decision. I asked what the procedure was about making an offer or putting down a deposit. The sales person said they do a $200 deposit and since I was going to make an offer went a head and dropped the price on the bike by $500. I accepted and paid the deposit over the phone. They texted me a few days later that the bike was ready to go and asked when I would be able to pick it up. I scheduled for Friday. On Thursday I received a text that they would be able to deliver it to me today at no additional charge and I could pay the rest via cash/check when the driver arrived or via card over the phone. I completed the purchase with a card. There was no extra fee for using a card. I have been to a few other dealerships that charged 3% or so extra if paying with a card. The delivery went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership for used or new machines! I have been to this dealership in person in the past and they were always friendly in person too.Update: After inspecting the bike I found that the fork seals are leaking. I contacted them to see if that is something they can replace and they took care of it free of charge for me. I'm very happy with this dealership and would highly recommend them!

Great folks! They insisted on sending me close up photos of the motorcycle of interest that resulted in my deciding to turn the bike down. Their honesty and willingness to accurately represent the bike saved me a nine hour trip! Many Thanks, and best to K of S!

I haven't bought anything but parts and fluids from here, but the staff is friendly and happy to help. There is a salesman there that actually likes to ride which is different than a lot of other motorcycle dealerships. Update: I did end up buying a bike from them and have no regrets.

The guys at this location are amazing! My papa and I are on our way to Sturgis, my bike was having battery problems so we got stuck at a nearby hotel. They offered to come and get my bike on a trailer to take a look at it at their shop. They proceeded to be super fast, everyone was friendly, and it was a great price. You guys incredible, thank you so much.

Guys there know a lot and ate willing to help. IV been there several times an each time they got a nice selection of bikes.I got my tire fixed there too and they gave me a great price for it. Would recommend. It's worth checking out before going to honda.

We bought a used Kawasaki 4010 mule here. Months later we had problems with it losing power and not running properly. Darin and his mechanic Monty worked endlessly trying to figure out the issue. After Monty consulted with Kawasaki they determined it was a wire housing issue. Kawasaki agreed to replace it and also to cover the labor charges to pull the Curtis cab to replace the wire housing. We were excited and very pleased with the service that Kansas Kawasaki provided to us on this issue. Thank you Darin, Monte and Kawasaki for standing by your product.

I bought a Honda VTX 1300C. It is the easiest starting bike I have ever ridden! Without using the choke, it cranks 2-3 times and starts. The bike is beautiful and runs great! I am completely satisfied. If I ever trade it in or get a different bike, I will be back.

I was in the market for a new bike, but didn't want to ding my credit for a test ride. Never heard of having to buy a bike before a test ride. Went down the road bought a 2017 Road Glide, and recently picked up a 2017 Dyna Low Rider in Wichita.

Great place to do business with had another dealer much closer to me tell me tell me I wasnt worth his time and salina Kawasaki got my bike worked in quickly even though it was a large repair and got it fixed at a great price. Thanks guys!

Drove up today to look at a cycle. One person said hello when I went in. I looked at bikes for awhile then had to ask if they had any sales people. Was told yes but, they had wandered away somewhere. Stood there for awhile asked if he'd like to call someone. I'd wait for awhile. He said yes. Never heard him call anyone and no one showed up. Not another word was spoken.
