I had my car serviced at the Salina store. Even though I bought my car at the Abilene Dealership, they treated me like family. I have always had good experiences with Holm Automotive.

in the past few years we have bought multiple cars at Holms Buick and have had great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We ve been more than pleased with any type of mechanical service.

Ethan in the service department made every effort to keep me in the loop about the issues with my truck. I did not have an appointment but they were very accommodating to my situation. I travel for work and my truck was having problems. After discovering the issue they relayed the solution. You guys provided me great customer service. Thank you

I have to leave at least a one star review just for this to be posted, otherwise I would leave no stars as my wife and I will more then likely never have any type of service, or be buying any vehicles from here again.I had to have my truck towed in for repairs in November for an electrical issue. Ended up being a fuse block being blown, had it repaired($375)and was told all other electrical checked out, battery, battery cables, harnesses etc. Had to bring it back this past week for the exact same issues I was having previously. Was told I needed to replace both battery cables this time, after I was told the first time they were fine a checked out good. Asked if I was going to have to pay for this, being I was told they were fine the first time. Was told yes want to charge me a ridiculous amount($800+). Don t feel like I should be charged twice for something I was already there for once, and again was told was fine the first time. Will never be back If this is the way they do business. Called to take to the manager, was told he was not available and he would give me a call back. Never received a call.

Derek was super nice and friendly! It made me feel good to hand my keys to someone who took time to acknowledge me and talk to me! I talked with Jamie for a bit about new vehicles (I approached her!) and she is SO fun, sweet, and down to earth. I feel like I could talk to her for hours! I will be returning for every oil change and when I need a new vehicle Thank you Holm for employee such wonderful people! Great representatives of your company. Service: Oil change

The service that I received yesterday was very professional and carried out in a timely manner. The person who assisted me was very considerate and worked efficiently to solve my problem that came up while I was in town. I didn't have an appointment, but he made my repair a priority. Thank you for the great service that I received!

Holm Automotive in Salina performed the first oil change for our new 2024 GMC truck, which was bought at Holm. I had no wait to get checked in at the appointment time and services (oil change and tire rotation) were completed fairly quickly. Service cost was $0, as promised when we bought the truck. We have had no issues with truck since purchase after about 5200 miles in 4 months. We are very pleased.

Friendly, fast service. Service tech visited with me concerning the issues they found and what was happening along the process of getting my car fixed.Sales staff was friendly and greeted me as they walked by. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. .

After a recent car purchase from, Affordable Transportation here in Salina Kansas. The service engine light came on. The dealership advised me to take the car to Holmes Buick service center. After a diagnosis, the part needed was ordered. After the part was received, I returned the car, and within a day my car was returned in perfect running condition. Holmes Buick service center did a excellent, friendly job, from dropping me off at home, to picking me up, once the vehicle was repaired.

I had to take my car in and get the shocks and struts replaced. They did a great job. It was quick work, thankfully. They even gave me a ride and picked me up when the work was done. Thank you guys for your kindness.

My car presented with a very difficult question. Why did it stall and not start. The problem was that it would start later. Why!These guys bent over backwards to trouble shoot the issues. I happy to have had them working with me. Patiently and persistently.

We were traveling from Denver to St. Louis and stopped overnight in Salina. The morning we were supposed to complete our trip to St. Louis, I thought I had a rear differential seal leak on our vehicle. I contacted Holm GMC service department and Lance said to bring it on in and they would take a look at it and get us worked into their schedule.Turns out it was not an oil leak, but simply condensation from the previous days drive.I appreciated the reassurance that there was no leak, and we were able to complete the remaining 400 miles with no worries.

Had the service team make a second fob and key to use with my GMC pickup.It was in stock and able to get made/ programmed the next morning. Great guys to work with the GM shop. Thank you.

Staff was friendly, but when it comes to the quality of there shop I give it a thumbs down. Took my truck in for repairs and they said they fixed it. Got my truck home only to find out my problem hadn't been fixed.

I didn t have appointment and I was having problems with my car and I just drove up there from work and they took care of me. I ve been going there for over 15 years. Stranded in Salina. Helped me out. Great service, friendly staff and price competitive. Only negative was the dealership shut down for a quarterly meeting for an hour. 10-12 customers came in to discover the shutdown-most not thrilled. Other than the shutdown
