For the service and oil change was good. The staff was polite and the oil change was faster than I thought it would be. Having some problems with the body shop I have some paint peeling on my car and the body shop hasn't got back with us about it.

I drove three hours just to get my dream car! Pam was amazing! I mostly talk to her over the phone until we were able to meet in person. But she was able to help me feel secure in my decision and make sure that I was getting the car that I wanted with no hassle at all. Previously, I went to six different dealerships that never treated me right and would not even show me the car that I wanted. But through rain or shine, Pam showed me all of the ins and outs of the car and the safety features.

I appreciated that Caleb listened to our concerns and checked in with me. I really felt appreciated each time I entered Conklin cars I was greeted with a smile and the entire team wanted me to have the best experience. I really appreciated that my worries about purchasing a car were put at ease.

I cannot speak for their new car sales, but they weren't honest with us regarding our used car that we bought from them. After roughly 15 days of buying it, it wouldn't start up in the cold.Because we live 150 miles away from Salina we had to get it to a local dealer to have an inspection. They determined that the cooling fluid was basically only water as it wouldn't even show up on their test. The end result was a roughly $250 bill to replace the coolant.I thought, well, they said we would have a 30 day warranty on the vehicle in case something were to go wrong. So I asked our sales rep about that and the answer was that they didn't want to honor it, because we didn't inform them before we had that fixed (according to management, although that wouldn't have changed anything since we are 150 miles away, so we couldn't have brought it in). Furthermore, it wouldn't be covered, because only certain parts would be included in those 30 days.On top of that, we had to have a battery replacement (another $200), because of voltage issues. The issue was that the battery was not the correct size for the vehicle. Of course that wouldn't be covered either.I would've thought since we aren't talking about big amounts of money that they would've honored their 30 day warranty, but if your vehicle has the wrong issues, you may not be covered when you buy used from them...

Overall, one of the best car buying experiences. Kaleb, our salesman, was great. We went in knowing what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. We didn t feel pressured into buying or haggling prices. Finance went very quick and even got us better rate than what we had going in. We were in and out with a new vehicle within 2 hours.

I was able to schedule my appointment with my Chevrolet app. They were very prompt in servicing my car, I received text notification when it was ready and they sent a shuttle to pick me up when it was ready. Very friendly service. They noted there was a recall and ordered the necessary part to get it taken care of without me having to prompt them. Very satisfied!

The care and treatment my truck gets when your team does my oil change is unmatched and topped off my fluids that were low normally you have to ask for that but your team gets my truck prepped and ready for anything so thank you so much only place I trust to touch my Chevrolet

I hate car shopping. Hate it. But have bought a couple of vehicles now through Conklin and they really make the whole process as painless as possible. Everyone we dealt with is SO NICE! Jason Langen was very patient answering questions for us, and worked with us to get the price of the vehicle and our payments where they needed to be. Their service department has gone above and beyond for us several times over the years. These folks work together like family, definitely the place to go in Salina if you need to buy a car!

I always take my car there for oil changes because you guys do a great job and I trust you. This week I brought my car in for an oil change, my tire tressure light had been on for about a month, but it was barely below the recommended PSI. When the guys rotated my tires, they said I had a nail in my sidewall. They said they couldn t repair it because the nail was too long and in a weird spot. Quoted me at $350 for a new tire and told me not to drive around on it much. I went to peerless and Kansas land to get other opinions.. turns out the nail was extremely small and only punctured the outside of my tire but nowhere near the inside. All they had to do was take the nail out. No charge. It s ridiculous to me that I might ve paid $400 for a new tire when in actuality, there was NOTHING wrong with it. Not sure I will be going back.

Trevor was a great service advisor! When I scheduled my appointment everything was correct in the notes and I got my car back fixed with no surprises. Awesome customer service, quick and easy. The shuttle driver was wonderful as well, I did not catch his name.

Mark & Jennifer there in the body shop area were absolutely fantastic! I hit a raccoon that ended up doing a lot of damage right before Christmas, and they got my car in in a timely manner and got it all fixed up. Very pleased with my experience.

Kaleb was very helpful and helped me get a fair price.My only problem with Conklin was the financing.They did not do what we would originally agreed upon. I signed a paper with agreed price and money down. They changed the down payment and amount financed without discussing it first with me. This cost me more financing interest.

I purchased a used 2021 chevrolet Silverado LTZ from Conklin and have had their service department do some regular maintenance service work and am well pleased with the repair work and ability to schedule the work since I do not live in Salina.

Well when I had a lift put on through Adrenaline fueled 4�4 to which Conklin did the alignment afterwards and when I got it back the steering wheel wasn't even straight and when I finally managed to take it back in. They notified me my truck was ready for pick up. I get there then they tell me that my front in was in bad shape, failing ball joints and tie rods and recommended I go back to OEM control arm. And had me pay 125 for the alignment with bad front end parts. How you going to do an alignment with parts that are failing! It's a waste of money. One would of thought they would have called and told me of the issues before proceeding with the alignment and would of had them fix the issues. And to top it off I was informed when got my truck back from Adrinaline fueled 4�4 if I had any issues with alignment it was guaranteed for a yr. But I had to pay for it. Secondly if the parts was that bad how did they not notice the issues when they first did the alignment originally

Thursday we bought a car from Conklin Cars in Salina! This is the second new car we've bought from Conklin. FULL DISCLOSURE: I absolutely hate buying cars...I feel like car dealers are always trying to screw me: NOT at Conklin Cars. Conklin makes the process easy and enjoyable. . Both times, we paid what we wanted to pay; no pressure, no games. Our salesman, Jason Hammond, is a great partner in the buying process. His communication was timely but not overboard, he found just what we were looking for, and was very helpful in learning about the features of our new Blazer RS. A+ all the way around. Need a car? Make sure it's from Conklin in Salina.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Conklin Chevrolet in Salina. I saw a 2024 Silverado 2500 that was in their inventory I really liked. I called and spoke with salesman Carter and after maybe an hour we reached a deal. I live over 200 miles from there and made the trip the next day. Everything was in order and waiting for my arrival. They had their truck priced fairly and gave me what I wanted for mine. I highly recommend Conklin Chevy!!

The first person we talked to, I believe was the manager, was rude and wouldn t listen to our concern. He kept cutting us off. Then the actual workers came in and were great. They listened to us and explained everything very well.

Paper work from check up of car indicated I needed a new battery. I wish they had mentioned that when I was having the car serviced! Returned several days later to find out if I needed a battery, was told I did but couldn t perform work until they went down town to get the battery. Had to make an exception for me to get the battery when I would be able to return to get it replaced. Wheels needed to be torqued after 200 miles although it was recommended by svc Dept it was not considered that big of a deal by desk personnel. It s getting hard to have a lot of confidence in the service department.

Rhonda Crist help me again on figuring out how to save things that I go to on map routes. We also found out where the water is coming in from the new lid on the bed of my Honda Ridgeline. I'm so glad she is always willing to help figuring things out and is so positive and great at her job at Conklin Cars I don't think I could be more comfortable with anyone else.
