The store at 1916 S 9TH ST SALINA KS has the best customer service by far deserves a lot more than five stars review Thank you for all your help.

I was there Saturday before noon. I get good service from all Auto Zones in Salina. John was working the register by the door. He helped the more challenging customers, respectful and kind. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this store.

Free loan a tool service? We had to buy all the tools to Jack up our car and take the tire off to check the wheel hub. While employees stood outside and rode a motorcycle around the parking lot. Very poor service.

After a very poor and inappropriate experience at the AutoZone on Ohio in Salina, KS, my 18 year old stepdaughter visited this location for a vehicle battery. The workers were very kind and treated her with patience and respect. Despite the extreme cold, they did everything they could to help her and explain options. When she was unsure, they called and spoke with her dad over the phone (she lives away to attend college currently). They treated her the way you hope everyone would treat a young adult away from home. We highly recommend this location over the location on Ohio in Salina.

My wife and I came in and was just needing tail light bulbs, but left with all of them installed and the job done right. Reese was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect before we left. Reese definitely made our day 100% better

greg, the store manager is the laziest. hides back in the back office while customers are piling in. is in the middle of doing schedule on the front counter, and wont stop what hes doing but instead hollers for glen to take over. glen is the best employee here. will do what ever he can to assist multiple customers at once while the lazy pos gets a fatter paycheck then glen. remove greg from the staff. your sales will grow. give the store to glen and give that man a raise.

Service is good and they are helpful if they have what you need last few times i had to go to their other store to get the other half of what I need. But I mainly wanted to use their tools that I don't have which is nice just put a deposit down and which you will get back when you bring tools back. Deposit is kind of high but its better than going to buy the tools only to use once or twice in my lifetime it comes in handy. I'll will go back if I need something else.

They made my car sputter and refused to help. They gave me blinker fluid and it didn't help anything.

Glen helped me out with a car issue when I was in a tight spot! So thankful for his help! Wouldn t have made it home otherwise. Need more people like this in the world!

They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the parts you need and are very great about helping you install the part for you. They have been so good to us when we were having issues with our battery. Had to get a new one and they took the old one out and replaced it with the new one right away. That really helps as my husband is 72 and unable to pick it up and replace it with the new one. They have very great staff and reasonable prices. Would recommend them to anyone who is having any kind of issues they may need help withThey even put it on a computer to.see where there is a problem such as a battery or cable.

My experience on Saturday could have been better. The employees there were condescending and kept rolling their eyes while I was explaining the part I was looking for. It's sad, we've been going to this store for years and, after this experience, I won't return. My young daughter was with me and was the one who witnessed the eye rolling so thanks for showing her firsthand that misogyny is still alive and well.

I went in the store, ask to borrow a 10 mil wrench and if they could help me get a part off my truck. Glen was a really cool dude and came right out and took care of it. Even helped me get it back on, since I couldn't crawl under the dash with him too see how he got it off in first place! lol good people down there on south 9th. Thanks

Had to make a trip to your Salina, Kansas AutoZone out on S.9th earlier today and was very well takin care of js. Gentleman that assisted me Austin did his job and his customer service very well. If I was the Boss it would be his raise time. He was very helpful and helped with replacing some wiper blades I just purchased. Great to have solid people around to help other people out and make a wage doing it. Much appreciated keep up the good work. And your N. Ohio store has always been Phenomenal as well JS

Staff was helpful, but also let us look around with no sales pressure. The gentleman at the counter was easy to talk to, even had knowledge about bicycles that he threw in while he was looking up the part we were shopping for.

As soon as you walk in the store they make you feel like family. They try their hardest to take care of the problem that you need to be handled. I have been to other auto stores and the only answer I ever get is no we can t help you. Contrary to this store, they do everything that they can to help you. I trust them completely!

I called and ordered a battery and the guy helping me mistakingly ordered one better than the one I ordered. The manager handled the situation like a pro, they installed the new battery and I left feeling like I just received the best customer service I ve ever had in a parts store. I am impressed with their quality of service.

Went in and I was able to find what I needed. I was approached by an employee who asked had i found what i needed which never happens anymore. So after getting my items checkout was fast and done with some conversation and a smile. I'm not always at these types of stores but the experience I had would make this one of my much preferred choices if I ever have a need again.

These guys went above and beyond!! Can't begin to say how grateful I am. Traveling from Oklahoma to Colorado on a Sunday, and a belt shredded. Not only did they take care of the part, but they called in a favor to a friend who came to the store and put it on. There is no way we could've made it home without all their help. Everyone was very friendly and anyone we saw who was working asked if we were being helped or if they could help us. The man who helped us was very helpful and installed our battery in very cold/ windy weather with no complaints, I didnt catch his name but thank you!

Pretty A-Typical auto parts business. Great variety.. alot of catalogs strategically placed to look up the part needed or clerk will USUALLY help.

As a female, I have to give these guys credit for not shaming me about wanting to "fix it myself." They also lent me the tools I would need to get the job done. A couple hours later I returned the tools and had successfully changed out my own thermostat! Thank you auto zone!

I needed my plate lights replaced the evening of the 18th December and the young gentleman was awesome! He got the lights and replaced them for me. I was traveling from out of state. Great customer service!! Thanks again!

As far as automotive parts stores go in Ruidoso, this was the most organized and friendly staffed in town. They're always willing to help me find what I need, they have experienced opinions on a lot of jobs that have saved me time on my own projects. A great place!

Went for the free engine light check, went inside took at most 5 seconds to be noticed and get help. We walked out to my car got the info went back in and figured out the problem. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because they couldn't help with the problem or tell me exactly where the problem was. But the people were nice, knowledgeable, and speedy.
