About a week ago I used the "Get a Quote" link on their webpage to inquire about some machine work I need done. The requested work was boring, piston fitting and hot tanking a 4 cylinder Mazda Miata block. After 1 week I still got no response. I understand them being too busy or the job being too small for them to take on, but a short reply is necessary. You get 1 star.I contacted Harry's in Dodge City and that is where my parts are going.

Mark and his guys do top-notch work. Brought him an LS block to get worked on and has stood up to the beating! They could improve on their customer service but they are busy so understandable.

Terrible customer service. The old man working there kept snapping at my dad for no reason. If they weren t the only place in Salina that did the work we needed, we would ve gone somewhere else. He needs watch his tone when talking to customers. The only good thing that happened while we were there was a cute little kid saying hi to us. Would give ZERO stars if I could because he was just an a**hole. I m sure the other employees are nice, but Bob has the absolute WORST attitude.

Called tons of shops and got consistent quotes in the $500 to $700 range to work some heads over for me. These guys did great work and billed me $200.

Mark at Advanced eng is super knowledgeable. Takes a bit to get your stuff back as they have a small crew and a ton of demand. They have all the machines to do any and all motor work. Prices are great and affordable.

Cant recommend this business lacking in customer service and doesn't return calls. They might do good work and are in demand ? But when you treat customers as if you don't need their business ...

Had the right parts so we didn't have to wait on them to be shipped from online stores and reasonably priced. Because of them we were up and running that day.
