Convenient location, super inconvenient when the pumps don t work. The snack selection ain t bad but food, sandwiches, and coffee etc are almost non existent. The layout of the store creates a lot of odd choke points especially if there is more than two people there. One of the biggest plus marks is the beer selection, for how small this place is they have a pretty decent selection.

Here's an honest review of this shoppette which you're not going to find in any of the other reviews because this place is very middle of the road. If you see a one star review it's because people where upset at something at the time and needed to vent. Also, there are the people who didn't have any issues and gave it five stars. As someone who has been shopping here for nearly three years here is my experience.Fuel Pumps - The fuel pumps are terrible at this location. There are multiple pumps that have buttons which don't work and you will be forced to move your car to find a pump that does work. After you know which ones are bad you can avoid it, but the point is that you shouldn't have to do that. Also, good luck trying to get your car cleaned out or air in your tires because there is one machine for that and there is always someone parked in the spot in order to use it. Finally, there is almost never any cleaning supplies for clearing your windshield which is super annoying.Employees - I have not had any issues with a single employee since coming here. All of them are generally friendly with a few who are a bit more rushed and give you the generic enough talking points to get through the transaction and out the door to help the next person. It's a gas station though, so you can always do worse when you go off post.Snacks, Drinks, etc. - This is where this shoppette is lacking. Compared to the main shoppette up the hill this place is always low on stock. Good luck finding certain variety of Coke, chips, candy, or anything else because it is probably going to be out of stock when you go. The slight saving grace is that there is alcohol sold here, but the selection is much better up the hill. With this being one of the most visited places on post you would think that the stock would be higher (even in these times of supply issues)Overall the place isn't a one star as others would suggest, but it's also not a five star experience. Middle of the road three stars you're gonna get what you get.

Nice and hospitable atmosphere. Lots of simple necessities for cheap prices.

I'm not the type a person who would actually take time to do this kind of rating however, I feel that this stores management should address this issues I always go to this store as it is the closest from my house everybody has been really nice except for this one person named robin fisrt of all I'm in civilian clothes trying to buy cigarrette and was not asked for my military ID. The first incident was when I tried to price match a monster that was 74 cents cheaper in Walmart, im talking about price matching 1 can of monster that was on sale and is still currently on sale at Walmart. she said that she Could not price match it that I had to have proof a add or app etc from my phone for her to be able to do it. so I let it go Although, I felt emabarrased and I feel like she was questioning my integrity And come to find out my neighbor did the same thing price match a product WITHOUT an app or add and was able to do it. I also asked for a bigger straw for my large drink coz the one that was on floor is too small for my drink and the bigger straw was sitting right in front of her by her register a big box full large straws and told me that it was reserved and i could not have it for my drink. That wasn't the first time I had asked a person from the register for a freaking straw and I never have an issue befor. I feel like they need a better management team and that they need to be consistent and knowledgeable on aafes policy because as of right now it is extremely lacking.

Not impressed. Standing in line I was watching a lady that forgot her military I d trying to buy cigarettes and in the register next to her a lady was buying beer and used a civilian license. Lady didn t look much older. Can t tell one person that they can t use a certain ID but than allow someone else.
