Woke up this morning with a flat tire on our toad. The wonderful folks at Hargitt Services got us right in and had our tire fixed in record time. Saved our day. Small town service at its best!

Caught a flat on a cross-country rv trip. Luckily able to get to an exit before the tire went full flat. Happened to be less than a mile from Hargitt. Called and Clint came out, grabbed the tire and brought it back patched up and got us on our way. Very reasonably priced. Made it another 1000 miles so far with no issues.

Great family owned business with small town service that is rare these days. Good stock of tires with reasonable prices. Owner operator is excellent.

We were in route to KC for our daughter s wedding. We had a brand new loaner car from a dealership in Colorado and it was leaking oil like a sieve 3 hours into the drive. Jacob got us in quick and resolved the issue! I can t say how much we appreciate this place. Good to know there are honest, helpful people out there. If I lived within an hour of this place I d have all my tire and mechanic work done there.

We blew a tire on I-70 after the shop closed. The next morning, they got us right in, and in less than 45 minutes we were back on the road. Jacob offered us several options. He was very helpful. I wish his business well. If you are ever on I-70 near Quinter and need automotive help, I highly recommend Hargitt Services!

Younger owner, family-run business, great selection of tires in the area. Saved our trip after blowing a trailer tire. In and out in 30 minutes... great service.

These guys are awesome! Not only did I need a new tire, but a new rim as well. They didn't have any, so the tech working on my truck, went home and got one that worked! Definitely recommend these guys....whether you're local or driving through like me.

Jacob and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. My husband and I highly recommend. Also, his prices are at least 20% lower than shops in Hays.

Called owner an hour before closing because I got a flat, tow truck was about an hour away and he said he'd wait just to help me get home tonight. Not only that, but after he repaired my tire it had some rubbing so he let me come back! Jack was so friendly and fair prices. Just all around a wonderful person!

Had a flat tire on the highway, we took it in, the tire was unfixable, they gave us a great price on a replacement tire, in and out in less than 30 min and were some of the nicest people in Kansas

Absolutely the best and quickest service I have ever had! I hit something on I70 (along with 2 other cars) and we all had flats and i had messed up rims! I came to Hargitt Services and they were the best!! Had 2 new rims and 1 new tire within a hour or so. Thank you all so much!

So thankful for the quick, friendly work at Smitty's! We got a flat on I-70 and had a less common tire shape, and they were able to work us in right away and get us back on the road quickly. Their web site says they seek to live by the "Golden Rule," and it was so refreshing to experience a company that not only says this but truly lives it out. We were so blessed by your service and kindness to us. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!

Smitty and his shop guy were awesome! I was pulling off of I-70 to file up. When I blew out a tire on my camper trailer. The gas station gave me their number. Smitty said he was closing up but to come on by. They replaced two tires after hours for me at a very reasonable price and with quality tires. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Fantastic service. Nice folks. Had the tire size we needed for our trailer, and got us in and out in about half an hour. Very fair prices. If you needed services in the area would highly recommend.

I'm from out of town. I took my RV here after my serpentine belt snapped and my power steering was out. Even though it's the middle of harvest, Ed took a few minutes to come out and have a look. He said the people who put on the belt may not have tensioned it properly. He cut off the belt pro bono and I was able to get over to the next parts store without overheating. Thank you, Hargitt Services!

Hargitt Services in Quinter really saved us in a pinch! We were on our way to Colorado for our daughter s wedding and had car trouble! They got us in, found the filter we needed and got us back on our way quickly! Thank you so much!

Another of those RV stories. Tire sidewall separated from the tread. We limped into Hargitt where Jacob worked over his lunch period to get us back on the road. Very reasonably priced

Got stuck on highway with a blow out. They responded quickly and was there within minutes. Reasonable price for new tire and followed back to shop to balance and checked tire pressure of the rest of the tires. Awesome service. Shout out Thank You!!!

Our car broke down on the freeway and these guys were awesome. They were really helpful and got us in quick, fixed us up, and were very generous with prices for the fix. I definitely recommend using Hargitt Services.Thanks again guys!

I needed tires changed on my car, cuz they were ready to be changed. Had my own tires, all he had to do is change them over. He was very rude to my husband, he said he wasn't going to do it, he was gonna go home. We were from out of town so we had to find someone else to do it for us. I do not recommend Smitty's tire & battery in Quinter Kansas.

We were stuck on the interstate about five miles down the road. A friend of us drove us to the shop so we could quickly swap out the tire and get off the side of the interstate. A worker was VERY RUDE and made it very clear he didn t have the time to help us even though the tire was already off the vehicle and he made it clear he did not want to take five minutes to help us. When we said we were stuck on the side of the interstate he said it was not his fault and told us to leave. At one point he acted like he was going to come and put his hands on one of us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO HERE! They will treat you terribly and have no problem cussing at and threatening potential customers.

We have bought our tires with Smitty's for nearly 20 years. Never a bad experience. They are also great at fitting you in for emergency tire fixes.

Really nice honest tire shop. They rescued me off of I-70 east bound nine miles outside of Quinter KS. I blew a tire and the spare was flat. Escorted me to the tire shop in Quinter as well. Now I have two new tires and ready to roll.

I had been tire shopping all the way from Hutchinson, Ks to Denver and I expected to find my deal in Denver. I was impressed with their cooperation and excellent service but absolutely surprised by the inventory and competitive pricing on a full set of LTs. Excellent experience.

I thought this tire shop had a name beginning with K something. Well,my check engine light came on, the tall guy with salt/pepper hair put his diagnostic plug-in and said it was an idle issue and cancelled the light. took about 5 minutes, no charge,back on the road. Thank You SIR
