Only in the captive market of Pratt, Kansas could such a business actually thrive despite it's patent lack of profesionalism, not to mention blatant disrespect for personal boundaries! If ever there were an instance where I wish Google had either a zero, or better yet negative star rating option, this is definitely it! One star seems a bit too generous here!Some time ago, I contacted them to get an estimate on some storm window repair and.was told I would be called back shortly afterward to set up a time and day for an estimate. About a month passes and I hear nothing back from them. Then one day just completely out of the blue, one of their techs shows up at my place, completely unannounced, without even calling first and decides to do the estimate. So I have him do it and was emailed the estimate shortly thereafter. But by that point I was so peeved, I wasn't about to hire them for the job, so I simply ghosted them the way they ghosted me initially. I thought that would have clearly conveyed that I'm not interested in doing business with them but apparently not. A few months later and I'm still getting occasional calls from them asking if I'm still interested in storm window repair. Finally I actually answered one of their calls and told them no. Where I'm from, no business would last a day interacting with customers in such an unprofessional manner!

Got a quote about a month ago. No one got back to me, so I called and received my estimate. Said they would get back to me about when they would come to fix the windows. They didn't. I had to call them and they were very confused. Figured out the date. Supposed to come this morning at 8am and no one came or called to let me know. Now they say they will be here next Monday.Service: General window replacement

Great service and friendly staff. Leroy the owner came and thanked me for doing business with them . the lady that answered the phone was awesome also . the tech did a great job and was also awesome . price wise and service was great wish we had this company and each town this was true customer service.

I called Pratt Glass for an estimate to have a shelf of glass made. Seven days had gone by without a response so I called the shop. I was informed they were still working up the estimate. Another 14 days had passed and still I heard nothing. I called again and was told it was on the bosses desk. Two days later, I called a glass shop out of town (sadly) and they gave me an estimate immediately. Quite sad that a local business chooses to not take care of business even with three weeks to accomplish a simple estimate. It s hard to shop local under such circumstances.

Lost the side panel on my rv during a high gusty drive. Stopped at Pratts Glass to see if they could help. They hopped right into action even though this isn't what they usually work on... They fixed my problem in a few hours and I'm back on the road. One of the men helping is a disc golfer, so I hooked him up with a brand new disc.
