I stopped at this location in Pratt, Kansas while traveling through the state today to get some engine oil. Anthony was very helpful and even offered to put the oil in my car. Top-notch service!

I cannot say enough about this location! Approx. 2 months ago I needed a battery for my car. Not only did they have one in stock but swapped it out on the spot for free.Today ( Sunday at 4pm)I went to have a turn signal bulb replaced. Jake, like all of their staff was So professional, polite, and efficient. He and his coworker are an awesome team!Jake even swapped out the bulbs for me for free!! I was literally in and out in less than 8minutesBest customer service I have received in a very long time!Thank you

The staff at this store bailed me out of a jam and they were helpful and friendly throughout. Without their help I would have gotten home two days later than I did, and one day late to an important event.Top notch. Big props to Tony and Jake at the Pratt location.

Was on a trip from Minnesota to Arizona and needed a tensioner assembly for my 2001 crown Vic. Collin was very very helpful and nice. Wonderful service

The customer service provided by Grant was over the top! Not only did he get the part in the time frame he quoted he took the time to install it for me! Blower motor resistor are not an easy part to get to but he had the old one out and the new one installed in less than 15 minutes. Thank you again Grant, if I need another part I will definitely be going back to this location

My daughter is a college student in in Pratt County. She is 6 and a 1/2 hours away from us. We stopped to check the code for her engine light. The staff was very helpful perit's very helpful. Gave me a business card and said they would take care of her when she is there. This made me feel very comfortable.

The bodyguard under our car came very loose and was flipping as we drove. We live out of town so we needed help, we arrived just before they closes. Don knew what we needed he put the nuts on and tightened them. 20 minutes later, we were back on the road. 10 stars for attitude, helpfulness, knowledge, service and friendliness! THANK YOU SO MUCH DON!

Staff is very helpful even when I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. This is the second time I've been pleased with my service and I visited this O'Reilly's.

Wrong part 3 times in a row, even after measuring it WITH the rep....he still ordered the wrong piece. Drive 45min to get the "right" piece thats "in stock" in Hutchinson....wrong piece again. No surprise there. Get a gasket and filter for my 2006 Duramax. Get handed the wrong gasket and filter...again...no surprise there. Go to Goddard as the crew and staff in Pratt seem to all be clueless.

The employees are willing to go that extra mile to assist their customers. They installed windshield wiper blades , reset the computer and tested it, and assisted my Mother when she fell down in the parking lot by providing first-aid

we had them run a code on our truck, and they told us we needed a new transmission. We took it to the dealer and it was just a small part that was a simple fix.
