If you need an honest, professional mechanic who actually knows how to diagnose the problem, not to just blindly guess and replace parts hoping to find a solution: this is the shop to come to.When my cars needs work, this is the only place I come to. Even if it has to be towed over a hundred miles, which I have done more than once over the years since I started coming here.

Main street auto is THE best place to take your vehicles for all their needs! I had work done there about a week ago and for the diagnostic and the repairs and making sure it was done right it was under budget of what i expected and in a timely manner while making sure it was done right. I came back today because i had a nail in my tire and they got me in quickly and are fixing it as i type this. They seem to be real, trustworthly men. I have not once felt like i was being taken advantage of, being a woman, like i have at most mechanics. Thanks to all the guys at main street auto in Pratt kansas!!

Honesty is the best policy! That's what you get with Jordan and his crew. My wife and I rolled into town from PA as pilot car driver for a wide load heading to CA, and the AC went out on us... not good. After trying to do the DIY thing and making it worse I asked around and was sent to Main Auto... and they got us right in!They are personable, down to earth, and up front.I appreciated the service.Tim WrightTD Wright Pilot Car.... from WV.

I called and Jordan was able to get my car scheduled within a few days. The price was good for the tires I wanted. They put 4 new tires on and did an alignment. Then when I dropped it off I asked for them to change the oil and and check fluids. I got a call back with the items that he recommended be fixed and a new estimate. I told him I needed to stay within a budget and he did exactly that yet fixed everything needed. Both Jordan and the othe guy I delt with were professional and nice. Since I am a female I am always put off when men talk to woman like we are stupid and neither of these guys did that. Truly appreciate the timely work, price, and customer service.Thank you Main Street Auto.

Honestly an amazing shop got my vehicle in and found out the problem with it within the day and ask for permission to do more testing on the vehicle very good and very great at communication! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Jordan at Main Street automotive is one of the most customer service oriented business men I have ever dealt with. He assisted me in finding a very hard to find part to get my vehicle back on the road. He was kind and helpful, and succeeded where FIVE other mechanics had failed! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier and can not thank Main Street Auto enough for their service. Excellent experience.

We had been to three shops that would not help us with our vehicle s issue. Jordan the owner took the time to explain the issues with our Jeep and was very down to earth. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. These guys are great! My Emission Control Module warning light came on at about 7 PM as we were traveling home to Arizona. The hotel desk recommended them and the next morning at 7:45 they pulled my car in to check it out, gave me a briefing on what they found, suggested I use a fuel additive to clean out gunk that builds up from alcohol, and I was soon on my way.They enjoy visiting with their customers to get more background on the actual mechanics. The shop is so clean you could eat off the floor, it seems, and their clear customer orientation makes them a shop that I would use for all my auto needs.Thanks to Jason and Jordan!

Driving through in our Roadtrek and they accommodated us very quickly and worked us in to their busy shop which we so appreciated. Very informative and pleasant employees. Fantastic Mechanics and went the extra mile! I broke down and was stranded in Pratt, Ks on a 97 degree day. It was after business hours and they had a full shop, but they stayed late and worked until they got me going again. Jordan is a very good mechanic, he was able to diagnosis the problem quickly and accurately. The cost was very reasonable. Wade was so helpful and resourceful, not giving up until my Suburban was fixed! I had to get home for a family medical emergency and I was blessed to have such caring and competent mechanics! I would definitely recommend Main Street Auto.

I was driving through for a funeral in Kansas City when my check engine light came on. I was in Greensburg, where there were no mechanic shops open. I called Jordan and he actually waited for me as I would be in just as they were closing. He ran a diagnostic on my 2015 Outlander, did not charge me, and assured me my car was fine to drive the extra 250 miles. He cleared the code, which did not appear again. I am very grateful for the help. He even allowed my little pup to wonder the office area while we waited. She enjoyed stretching her legs. Great shop. Very grateful for them.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Main Street Auto. While on a work project in Kansas just before Christmas, I was traveling from Wichita to Pratt and my engine light came on and began flashing. When my truck started to shake and I knew I had a serious engine problem. I was able to limp my vehicle in to Pratt and asked some employees at the Pratt County Courthouse building if they could recommend a mechanic. Main Street Auto was the unanimous vote. Jordan was able to look at my vehicle, diagnose the problem, order the parts, and get me back on the road all within a few hours. His knowledge, customer-centric attitude, and overall service was probably the best I've ever experienced from any mechanic. I highly recommend Jordan and Main Street Auto to anyone looking for a mechanic in or around Pratt.

My husband went around looking for a tire so he could get home to Houston. These people were the only ones with a reasonably priced tire & they actually took time to use a torque wrench, which really impressed my husband. Great place! Good people!

Let me first start by saying that these guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My experience is likely different from most here. I live in Michigan and am looking to purchase a car from a dealer in Pratt. So instead of incurring the cost of traveling 14 hours to maybe/maybe not buy a car, I contacted Wade and Jordan to perform a pre purchase inspection. Not only did they agree, but Jordan took a magnifying glass to this particular car. Absolutely makes my potential purchase A LOT easier. Truly professional and knew what they were looking for. Thank you guy's again and I look forward to meeting you soon!

My wife and my three dogs were traveling through the area when my van broke down in a neighboring town. The first garage that looked at the van was stumped and didn't know what the problem was. I arranged for a tow and planned on taking it to a Ford dealership, but they couldn't get me in right away. The dealership recommended Main Street Auto. These are great folks to work with. I felt they went out of their way to help us. They looked at my van right away and found the problem... In an hour or two they were done. I'm very happy with them and their business. Thank you.

I worked with Wade and Jordan when purchasing a new set of Falken tires for my 2014 Dodge Ram 4x4. Wade quoted me a price that was competitive with one of the large tire dealers in Wichita. Tires were ordered and arrived on schedule. There were no hidden charges and I was invoiced the same price as my estimate. Who the heck wants to drive all the way to Wichita and wait for an hour or two or three to get tires installed. Been there and done that. Also when tire shopping make sure you compare brand for brand to get a fair analysis on pricing.So far the tires seem to be balanced perfectly and my vehicle left their shop in the same condition that it arrived. Unlike my last experience with a local tire shop, that I will refrain from naming, there were no greasy hand prints at all 4 corners of my vehicle above the wheel wells.Our Lincoln MKZ will likely need tires this fall and I will most likely be going to Main Street Auto - Pratt, Kansas to buy them.Great job guys, 5 stars!

We had the best experience with Main Street Auto. I would truly recommend them to fix your vehicle. Our story began on July 30. While traveling from Mi to our home in Az, we began having truck problems. The truck wouldn t start in Columbia, Mo. after three hours in a repair shop, they told us it was fixed. It needed a new fuel filter. Well our next stop was in Emporia,Ks. Where it stalled and would not start. Once again a repair shop, it was towed, and once again we were told it was fixed. Our last stop was in Pratt, Ks. We had to slow down to get around a accident, truck once again stalled out and wouldn t start.I can t say enough good about the help we received in Pratt. The policeman who helped us, our tow truck driver ( J.D. Toe) and finally Main Street Auto. This was the 5th attempted place for a repair. Jordan too us in with a promise to look at it on August 1. He figured out what was wrong, put in the correct part, and stayed over after closing time to get us back on the road.Thanks so much for everything. A truly exceptional experience with this Auto repair service.

While passing through Pratt my serpentine belt failed. The great guys at Main Street Auto got me in and out in about an hour allowing me to finish my 16 hour drive. Excellent customer service and fair price is greatly appreciated!

I was driving through Kansas on my way to Wisconsin late on a Monday afternoon, and just a few miles west of Pratt Kansas the engine in my Toyota Camry suddenly died. I immediately started looking for a repair shop online and found Main Street Auto. We had the car towed there, and Jordan and his team took great care of us. The car needed a new timing belt and water pump, and they were able to get the parts (yes, this is a SMALL town) and they even stayed late the next day to finish the job so we could be on our way early the following morning. Thank you very much!

I had broke down 12 miles west of Pratt. Wade at the front desk did everything he could to get my truck off the road to their shop. The owner of the shop(Jordan) even allowed me and wade to use his personal truck to go give the key to the tow truck driver. Shoutout to Cole as well, he was about his business but very friendly as well. He broke down that axle fast too lol. As they were working on a quote and getting things lined up, they just seemed so cool and patient about everything. Cool guys and I m pretty sure my truck going to be in top notch condition. If you are in town and or passing by and need a shop to work on your vehicle, please stop by and see them. I m telling you right now, they will get you right. I was there all day due to lack of tow companies around the city but that s where wade came in and made sure I got that truck there before the end of business day. I appreciate everything you guys did for me and my employer man. I will not hesitate to come here again, if need be. Also, I must add, the they offer prompt service and they make sure they get it right the FIRST time. I don t give shops 5 stars often, actually hardly ever, but this shop deserve more then five stars. Also, I knew that I would have to stay a night or two and the owner even gave me a ride to my hotel. Cool people, cool shop, and cool work environment. Stay up you guys

These guys installed a new cold-air intake and an axle-back exhaust, and did a dyno-tune on my Camaro. Well worth it! It runs & sounds great. The workmanship is first rate and all at a fair price. They are honest and enthusiastic about what they do. I definitely recommend them and will giving them more of my business in the future.

A real saver! Left my home 25 miles north of Pratt, as I approached town my, my sensors told me I had a LOW front tire. I went to a gas station and of course NO gas station does tires like they use to, but they sent me to Main Street Auto. These guys too care of Me! I really appreciated the time they took to check over my tire to make sure it wasn't a flat. Turned out all I needed was a little air. Thank you Main Street Auto

Service was friendly and informative. They were honest about the issue and had options to get it resolved. Very satisfied with the crew and how they fixed my car. As a side note even though they were busy they worked me into thier schedule since I was from out of town.
