This place is usually pretty gross, especially the bathrooms, they always have a urine smell and pee on the toilet seats in EVERY stall the far mens stall has, god know what gooped up in the corner all the time... there's usually like 5 staff and only 2 at the registers, none of the ever cleaning. The coffee and soda areas need a good cleaning as well.

I really don't like putting people down, but something must be said about this place today's date is 1/27/2024 the gal I'm the back who makes the food just completely ignored me as I was waiting patiently in line ready to order. She looked at me as I walked away, and still said nothing... With that being said, if I worked in a kitchen at a truckstop I'd be the doing anything and everything to change my position in life. I'd greet everyone and help wherever I was needed... your quality of life changes once you do. Shame on you.

Customer service was horrible i never was greeted upon entering nor at the counter nor even after leaving. Only asked one question which was do i have a loyalty card after saying no & i ordered my snacks from the store. i just didn t order the rudeness & unprofessionalism & lastly feeling unwelcomed. However there was a couple of ppl in front of me however they got her good side. Some how some way at some time she had okay service until me approaching. Crazy i seen her behavior before hand and witnessed it decline. Being selective gives me the impression of being racially profiled

The truck parking lot is nice and big with easy in and out driving. Walking in we noticed the fuel island had quite a few trucks but all the diesel pumps were bagged, so they didn't stay too long.Just inside the entrance is a wide open space. I immediately saw the bright tape on the floor in front of the register counter and the other tape marking 6' if there happens to be a line of customers. The fountain and self serve ice cream stations are temporarily closed down completely. So went to get to get bottled soda, then to get some food.The deli was open surprisingly, though I don't know if you can order from it or if the cooks are just there to keep up with the hot boxes and cold sandwiches, salads. I got some chicken tenders and my Ross chose a cheeseburger. He had to wait to get mayo, standing behind another trucker who was filling his pockets with handfuls of condiments.At the register, I was a little shocked. This store has signs all over for safety of the virus, obviously they're being very strict. Except they forgot to tell the cashiers to wear gloves. So you watch them touch product from customers bare hands, handle money that passes through many hands, then moves to the next customer to do the same. I was really happy to see them following all the safety rules till the end.Back at the truck, we ate before pulling out. The chicken was delicious and juicy. Ross said his cheeseburger was good and would've been better with some pickles, he didn't care for Casey's mayonnaise. This is a good stop though you might want to wear your own gloves in here just to be safe.

REFUSAL TO CLEAN BATHROOMS. DISCUSTING SMELL.The manager on duty, NATALIE, states that it is not a females job to clean the men's restroom, which is not true. She explained she doesnt feel like doing it. States that the restrooms will have to continue on with no paper towels or toilet paper until a guy shows up to clean the men's bathroom. The men's toilets were disgusting and the entire bathroom smelled like urine. NATALIE is doing a very poor job at making sure this Casey's is taken care of in all areas. Though every employee is responsible to maintain this store, Natalie feels the need to pick and choose only doing things she feels like doing. It takes maybe 5 minutes to replace paper towels and tp. . Please do something to help your Casey's customers enjoy their experience so they can return again. Changes need to be made.12/16/236:30am.

Driving all night, stopped for breakfast and restroom. bacon egg sausage biscuts had burnt eggs... seems impossible but Casey's managed to do it. Bathrooms were UNSANITARY. Asked counter staff about bathrooms and got 3 responses, we havent had time, we cannot go into the mens room, the person that does it isnt here yet... I call that answers, no substance. Wont be returning. Busy place with a low opinion of their customers and regular customers with low standards.

We overheard a manager correcting a new employee about something he was doing wrong, and I have never heard a manager with such little respect for his team. The way he spoke to the new hire was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of leading by example or giving constructive criticism, he decided escalate the situation and make the new hire feel bad. As a manager, I hate seeing things like this. I hope you guys can work out this managers behavior so new employees don t get run off by his rude demeanor.

As a commercial driver we are on a time limit and I called them 4 times they didn t answer called them again and they said we are busy right now can t take no orders waited an hr and the pizza was not nowhere close to pizza 2 bites and ur at the end of the crust hire some employees or shut it down worst customer service ever

Very dirty fuel islands, very dirty restrooms only 1 of 3 urinals was working. Trash overflowing. 10/14/20 6:00 a.m. Staff doesn't greet you.

My husband is a truck driver & stopped here to get a drink. When he went in there was 5 people in line & 3 workers but only 1 checking people out so he said excuse me to the other 2 workers one of which was a manager. The manger was showing the other employee how to check expiration dates & when my husband asked the manager to help check people out so he could get back to work the manager became rude & told him to go to loves truck stop down the road

Stopped in there last night 9/1/23 to get diesel pulled up to the pump went in just to be told only one truck diesel pump was working. After waiting a bit went been in got my card and left wasn't waiting any longer for pump to open up. Block off non working pumps if that's the case

Poor management. Regionals Manager needs to step in. This was my 3 and final time visiting this Casey s ..Bathroom was nasty and no paper towels. All 3 visits - no pizzas with 3 customers asking for pizza 3 sales lost because of laziness ..no burritos only a selection of 2Sandwiches. 750 am weekday a customer asked for a burrito and was told they can make them they just haven t yet 30 min wait.. 3 people allegedly working the food area this store does not hold up to Casey standards. As for parking it is good sad thing here -I had a polite convo with the manager about how the hot food And amount of sales being lost manager said sorry and just made excuses and she didn t see a problem with it..personally I ll spend my $500 on diesel elsewhere so I can get everything I need in 1 stop.

Well it was a long week and I had to meet a friend at a place and I knew I was going to have to wait for a while till she got there so I stopped by Casey's to get some hot chocolate well it just came out water so I got a cappuccino French vanilla but the gentleman correct is a problem after I told him the dark chocolate was coming out of the machine as nothing but water and so I had to get a cappuccino any road down the issue and I didn't have to pay for the cappuccino which was very good by the way....

We grabbed a couple chocolate donuts, dill pickle sunflower seeds, and a few drinks & coffees for our family roadtrip along with filling up with gas. Restrooms were clean. Staff was above and beyond friendly. This was literally the perfect spot to stop to start your day or your journey.We were all set for our 11 hour trip back to Chicago when tragedy struck. My son realized his stuffed bear was no longer in our car. Bear Bear was tragically left at the donut stand inside Casey s. After calling numerous other stops, Casey s had found a bear and took the extra time to ship it back to my son Hayden on their own time and on their own dime. I would rate this trip a 5/5 without the Bear incident of 2023. Now Casey s has created lifelong fans.Thank you Pratt, Kansas Casey s team - Tinley, Dixie, and the other team members we bothered. They took time to answer the phone with a line out the door or to package the Bear up so nicely or to text me letting us know the bear was in the mail. Each one of you holds a special place in my family s hearts forever. The bear is back safe and sound. Don t think twice about where to go. Stop here. My family will never visit another gas station again.

Lately it seems the quality has declined. It used to be a clean fully stocked store with coffee at all hours. Now the coffee and hot chocolate machines are always broken or down. Only ever have sausage pizza if at all. Hope they fix it soon!Update: Hot chocolate machines STILL out of order and no pizza in the warmer. Great job!

Bathrooms are nasty. Parking lot is nice and level but full of diesel fuel. The pump area is saturated with diesel so watch you step and youll smell it for a while on your shoes.Nice store, just needs to be cleaned inside and out.

Pratt Caseys is disgusting! Coffee machines either not working or filthy, countertops covered in trash. The employees are very rude and instead of cleaning the place up between customers, insist on playing on there phones. When mentions that the coffee area be cleaned her responce was "yep" and returned to her phone!!! I highly recommend going to the Loves down the road because by the looks of the history of bad reviews, managment or corporate will not step up and make a change!

This is the worst Casey s I ve been to. Entire freezers completely empty, went to 4 different gas pumps and the were all broken. Very clustered parking and many diesel trucks at the gas pumps. Just an overall inconvenience of a convenience store.

Going down hill quickly. Spent the night here last night arrived about 9:30 pm and there was barely anything to eat got up this morning and their cappuccino machines are down which I don t drink and no ice for the fountain machines.Update stopped here last night 07/28/23 around 1130 pm spent the night again and it has gone even further downhill. No soap in the soap dispenser in the men s room no paper towels, trash can over flowing no pizza made no soap or water in any of the buckets at the fuel island. Walked in this morning 07/29/23 and the store was in the same condition it was in still no paper towels or soap in the men s room no food made in the warmers. Walked in last night and 4 employees standing outside or sitting in their cars on break or whatever they were doing. Sounds like it s time for Corey to pay this location a visit to see what s going on. Out of all the Casey s I visit this seems to be the worst one as far as condition.

They have 2 big displays of Doritos with signs 2 for $8. We picked two bags off of display. Rang up at $6 each. Clerk than stated it was only the 2 flavors shown in the sign. Makes no sense and she obviously has no common sense. We left without making a purchase. Someone should train their help a little be better

I hadn't stopped here for quite a while because the place had turned into such a filthy dump. Thought I would give them another try for my fuel purchase this morning. The fuel islands are quite filthy and in terrible disrepair, garbage cans overflowing all over, no water or scrubbers to clean my windshield. Going inside to pay, the restrooms are filthy, the store is really grubby (definitely wouldn't eat any food out of here) and a long line at the checkout counter with only one person working while the other 2 stand outside smoking.I probably will not be stopping here anymore unless I absolutely have to.

I ALWAYS have to call to make sure my online order was seen even though the machine beeps super loud when an order comes through. BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE!
