The true value of a parts store is not just whether or not the part is in stock, but the people behind the counter. You cannot go wrong when you consult Jay or Brian for their help about what you need for your vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They have always been very helpful, even when they didn't make a sale of a part and referred me somewhere else to get the part if they didn't have it in stock. A true measure of how far someone is willing to go to actually help you and not just make a sale!

Jay and Brian are friendly and knowledgeable. They are my first choice for autoparts in Pratt. NAPA is a second choice. If you want pure stupidity and questionable quality go to O'reillys (Kevin is exempt from my comment).Bob Beaman
