I purchased an Expedition from Oakes Ford in December and had such a fun experience. We drove for almost two hours to get here, and all of their staff made it a fun experience. They had us in and out much faster than expected. Very clean and inviting place!

We shopped around looking for a car and it was issue after issue at other dealerships. We went here and everyone was so kind to us and worked hard to help us get what we wanted. Christian was amazing at getting our financing done while also making it feel like we had known each other for a long time. Very truthful honest people.

Best experience ever. Christian was great to work with - gave me a phenomenal deal and made the car buying process easy and stress free. Christian did a great job explaining everything and breaking down the contract so I understood everything fully. Cody was also very kind and helpful too! Overall just very happy with how things went and I am loving my new bronco. Will be back soon because my husband wants a bronco now too.

I recently purchased a truck from Oakes Ford. Cristian the general sales manager was awesome as I lived over 7 hours from the location. Provided detailed videos of every aspect of the truck and was very transparent. He arranged for the truck to be at the airport for when I landed that way I could start my trek back north to MN. There was a slight hiccup on the drive home, but even on his day off he was checking in, making calls, and correcting the slight hiccup. Very thankful to have bought from Cristian and this group. I d highly recommend if you re looking for quality, honesty, and low pressure environment.

Had a great experience, the drive was worth the savings. Might be a smaller inventory, they had exactly what I was looking for. Prices better than any other dealers. Staff is friendly, service was above and beyond. I have purchased many cars in the past, I have found a new go to dealership.

I bought a used pickup and dealt with Cody from Oakes Ford in Pleasanton, KS. He was very easy to work with and put the extra effort in with financing my deal which was tricky due to the old age of the truck I bought. I would gladly refer anyone searching for a vehicle to them! No surprises, no stress, just an hour or so to finalize paperwork. That s how it should always be.

From the time we walked in on a rainy Saturday afternoon to the time we left. We were treated with respect and fair. We walked out with a beautiful new SUV and they even took the time to find 2 hats for my dad and husband. 10 out of 10 recommended.

We were had to stop in on a road trip when we got a razor in our tire. They were extremely helpful, so kind, fit us in, patched our tire, and we were extremely grateful! Loved our experience here!! Thank you, guys!

Don't believe them when they say they checked or changed the filters. I bought a truck from them on the 8th of December and on my way home the check engine light came on. Ran codes and was a MAF sensor. Bought new air filters because that was a start to fixing it. When I opened the covers they were filthy. Put in both cabin and engine filters and no more codes. They said filters were good and they lied. I have changed battery filters oil and GPS antenna and now my truck is perfect. Good thing I bought this truck out right and all the small fixes I did have made my purchase worth it but the dealership lied and hid what was really needed.

Wow!!! The team at Oakes Ford are by far the most caring and kind group of individuals I have ever encountered at a dealership. They are extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are taken care of. Whatever you're looking for, Cody Beckman is your man! Cleave Beckman has been remarkable at accommodating service around my hectic schedule. Making sure accounts are accurate and up to date has been a breeze with Cindy Inman. I highly recommend using Oakes!

A great group of people work there. Everyone is pleasant and professional. The sales staff is exceptional and well equipped to get you in the vehicle you want.The Parts and Service staff are just as exceptional as the sales staff. I trust these folks with all my vehicles when doing preventive maintenance or a major repair.I've drove Ford vehicles EXCLUSIVELY since 1990, and OAKES FORD is one of the BEST dealers I have dealt with.Oakes Ford is the benchmark standard for other dealers to emulate.This business continues to excel in customer service.

Stacey Parker is the most rude, arrogant, insulting sales person I have had to deal with. The lack of customer service and overall arrogance of Stacey turned me off from buying a vehicle here. The great things about text messages is there is records of the conversations so it really eliminates the he said she said nonsense. I will give also file a complaint with the BBB. If Oakes Ford is a dealership of integrity Stacey needs go through training before handling your customers.

Amazing service. We locked our keys in the car at the next door Casey s. We called them up and Tony from the service department drove to us with a kit and helped us out. Best service at any dealership I have EVER been to. 1,000,000/10 would recommend to ALL.

Very unprofessional and time wasters. I had to sit at the dealership for 3 hours because the salesman didn t know how to use their system, and then after all that was given a price that they knew I wouldn t take. After that, they brought an even higher price with a package deal. Not worth it in my opinion.

My husband bought a car from them over the summer. It is the worst car we have ever purchased. They didn t do a thorough inspection before selling it and we have had many issues and extra expenses. We ve taken it back to the dealership for many issues and they still never did a thorough inspection like they said they would. The car also wasn t detailed when we purchased it either. This has been a horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to purchase a car through this company. Save yourself the time and money and buy from a more reliable dealership. This is truly unfortunate because we always loved going to this dealership when it was a family run dealership but ever since being bought out by Oakes it has been one problem after the other. At this point I wish we could just return the car and get our money back and never have to deal with Oakes Ford again.

I had a leaky tire on a trip out of town. Tony was awesome and took me right in and got me fixed and ready to go in about 20 minutes. Fantastic service, highly recommend them!

This company (Oaks) recently purchased the building and it's inventory from Cox Motor Company. Since the deal, my wife and I have purchased two vehicles using Cody as our sale professional. We were a little leary of course not knowing the Oaks name. Cody was retained by the new owner, and has hit the ground running. I highly recommend this company.

Off the chart good dealership. Terrific buying experience. I feel fortunate to have found this gem close to Kansas City area. If I buy more Fords they will from Steve at Oakes Ford in Pleasanton.
