I needed to get to FortScott.the oil light came on. It was not my car. I borrowed it and needed help.They were kind enough to find the correct oil for me. And help me get the hood of the car open to put the oil in. It saved the engine from blowing up it was 4 quarts low.I'm 62 & 3/4 yrs old and did not have the strength to do it my self.

The sales floor is small and just crammed with stuff. The layout makes no sense. Making it hard to find anything. The guys that work there are good. They are helpful and seem to be knowledgeable.

They have your basic car needs and accessories but if you're looking for someone that can actually help you or give you some guidance I would go elsewhere. These guys are busy standing around doing nothing instead of helping people.

Expensive 30$ higher than advance auto parts for the same coil! Didn't have a choice down here. Only auto parts available down here! A monopoly in a small town.

Terry and staff are great at finding what you need in a hurry. I've been to a lot of parts stores in a lot of cities and none are as good as this crew.

if they don't have it, it will be there by the next morning... maybe. not entirely their fault, napa has a pretty screwed up ordering system.
