The store itself was very neat, well lit, and clean but the men's bathroom would make a frat boy cry. Both stalls had toilet paper and other things on the floor and it looked like the stools hadn't been cleaned for a while.I'm hoping this was just an oversight or perhaps because there isn't enough staff but whatever it made what is a good location somewhat suspect.

I came to say I'm glad this place is around... A lot of Friday nights on my ranch start with a trip to Casey's for comfort food. It's just a gas station, but it's a good chain.

Its a small store but clean. For some reason you can t tell from satellite view but there is truck parking. Enough for 15 trucks or more.

Here's a review for the 4th quarter of 2022. There is truck parking for maybe around 15 trucks. The pizza is absolutely amazing . I've eaten pizza from most of the 50 states. This pizza is hands down easily top 3. Congratulations on some hot fresh hand tossed pizza . Staff were friendly too and the place was clean. Highly recommended .

5 Star Service . Open 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. Semi Truck overnight Parking available. Semi Truck Fuel Pumps with a separate Commercial Fuel Cashier always available. Great Location roughly 87 miles south of greater kansas city on 69 highway. Large Parking lot. Very Clean. Kitchen Staff actually uses food sterile food services guidelines. Hair nets , gloves, etc. Fast , great prices, self service drink bars kept very clean. Also Discovered a Wonderful Surprising soft serve Ice Cream Machine beside fountain Drinks. Great Local well Trained Staff always available to help. Mobile Electronics Accessories and More. EASY Highway Access.

It's a great place to get a quick slice of pizza and fountain drinks. Their subs and chicken strips are awesome as long as the chicken hasn't been sitting out to long. The only reasons I give 3 stars is because of the parking lot, I almost get hit daily when I stop to get something. The sweet tea is not sweet at all, and the last few times I ordered food they were always out of something such as pickles and lettuce. Overall it's a great place, but be careful in the parking lot it's just to small for all the business they have.

Trying to get ahold of somebody at this store is next to impossible. The phone will ring and ring and ring until it finally hangs itself up. The employees don't seem to have much work ethic and I've experienced more attitude than any customer should be expected to tolerate. Several months back (close to a year if not over) I ordered 2 pizzas and both of them were so messed up that they were barely edible. I contacted the manager who gave us 2 credits for pizza and a lengthy apology but then when we went to redeem our free pizzas the night crew wouldn't honor them and said they didn't have any record of such an event. Tonight I called and no pickup once again. I've ordered pizza a couple times since and it's still a gamble as to if it's going to be worth eating. I have never experienced any of this from Mound City or Ft Scott Casey's so maybe this is a management issue.

Don't waste your time stopping here. Their drink and food selection is horrible. We stopped in for a piece of pizza today, but instead got a lecture from the guy cooking that he was the only one working and he had a lot of stuff to do. Umm. Ok? There were only 2 people in the store. Midday on a Monday. Maybe time management is an issue?

I used to go to this store every morning to get my drinks food little stuff before I headed down the road for work but the kitchen has such a poor attitude now-a-days that I normally just wait until I get closer to KC before I spend my money. But today I tried to give him a another chance and the lady in the OPEN KITCHEN wanted to argue with me and THEN they wanted to talk bad about me the WHOLE time she s making a sandwich for me. I think I m just done with that place completely, lost my morning business all together. Just a matter time before a lot of other people feel the same way. nobody wants bad VIBES as soon as they wake up in the morning

Ordered a pizza and it wasn't cooked all the way thru and stuck to the box. I called back and let them know and I know for a fact they are suppose to offer something to you for the inconvenience but not once was that mentioned. Got the "sorry" that didn't fix the fact that my pizza was gross.

Pizza is normally good except when one person works... that one person ruins it for everyone. Toppings on a pizza are important. If one person does not give the same amount of toppings as every single other person, its not right. Night shift is way better. Fix the day shift. Extra cheese is extra cheese. 2 pepperoni on 1 slice? 3 sausage on one slice? 1, yes 1 jalepeno on one slice? Come on.. night shift makes it right

We needed air in our tires for our RV and of course there is lots of construction going on at this location. I called the store and a couple people got me with the store manager, Tammy. She helped me back my trailer in to the air station as the truck trailer air station was out of order. There was no hesitation or anything she wad very happy to help us. Again, thanks Tammy!

Well tried to order a pizza. Stood there 15 mins. The guy looked at me twice. He wouldn't come over and take my order. I guess being a customer isn't that important at this Casey's. I will make this known to all my trucking friends. Never did get anything to eat. Cashier did appoligize but the cook needs fired. Bet the owners won't even acknowledge they have a problem here. Will be surprised if they do.

What s really disappointing and disgusting about this place is they have no seat covers in the restrooms with or without the pandemic it s unhygienic!! They have their drinking water fountain covered and other little COVID restrictions going on, however where it matters the most no one seems to care!! Other then that the employees and the store was great!

Nice place. Picture of your regular Casey's store on steroids. It is quite a bit bigger, and there's much more to get from the kitchen then simply Pizza. The help is very friendly, typical small town people

I would've given 5 stars if not for the rude older lady (Mag or Mage?) behind the food service side, quick to reply an inquiry as simple as "are you going to be serving slices of the BBQ chicken pizza?" with a rude "well we'd be puttin' it in the hot case if we did". The cashier was hella cool & friendly (Black Thursday conversation), but I made the mistake of asking rude food lady for a packet of mayo, to which she widened her eyes as if my down syndrome had become physically-visible by the request and I needed her imitation of me to show just how stupid I looked to her while pointing to the condiments behind me..

Love the hometown atmosphere here, Kate is the best. You will love hers and everyone's personality that works there. Great start to your morning.

The girl with the tattoo's is completely rude, I guess if you lack customer service skills, you shouldn't be in that industry. Particularly at the bare minimum be nice which I would expect especially in a small town.
