While visiting Franklin on my way to Texas from Canada I had the misfortune of having someone smash into the back of my Dodge Journey causing quite a bit of damage. Friends in Pittsburg recommended Vietti Auto Body. I am more than pleased with the prompt courteous and professional work that they provided. My vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom. It s a 2017 and I assumed that they would have a difficult time matching the paint color but it is perfect. The vehicle was also ready exactly when promised. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have had them do several cars. They fixed my charger after hitting a deer recently and it looks amazing. Great work. They are always willing to look at things after work is done if you have concerns. Wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else for body work.

10/10 if you have a damaged vehicle this is the place to go. This is the only place I will go. They do amazing work are kind friendly and professional. They really understand how to go the extra mile for the customer. There detail work is unmatched and they will take really good care of you. I took my car into the shop and I was treated great. Their a great bunch of people and would recommend them to anyone and I have already done that several times. I was told what they would be doing and how long it would take which was 2 days. They did an awesome job. GREAT WORK everybody. Another job well done. I'm very satisfied with the repairs.

If you're in need of a good body shop, this is the place to go. They have done work for us on a couple of occasions and will be again after my deer meeting. Greatly appreciate how quickly they did my estimate and sent it to our insurance. Their work is top notch and they are very efficient.

Amazing service and personable care. I had every service fully explained before and after pick up. Serviced my vehicle quickly so I could get back on the road. Great work!

Could work on customer service and being available a little more. Instead of doing a little research on what color was going to be on a project basically told me to go find the person that they talked to and for me to figure it out. It's not my job to figure it out. It's their job to inform me of the research they've done and who they've talked to or to call that person back. After telling me to go find the person because they didn't have their number I thankfully got called back to tell me that person was on vacation even though I'd already started looking for them in a general area. Vietti had told me they didn't have time for a quick Google search on something. That's hard to believe. Again it goes back to customer service. Maybe someone else in the shop can do a quick Google search on what I was asking about. That's delegation.

So happy with this service! Just needed a quick bumper bracket repair. Got an estimate immediately, was scheduled to drop it off/get it fixed 6 days later, and was able to pick it up just a few hours after dropping it off. Fair price, speedy service, and so kind! Even fixed an old hole in the bumper for no added cost. Would definitely come back.

I've had good experiences with this body shop. They worked well with my insurance. They did the work fairly quickly and they did a good job. While I was in the waiting room someone else was submitting an insurance claim. The man was asking them to "just say the damage happened during the accident". His request was firmly denied and he was told they don't run that type of business. I appreciated the business ethic.

Had my vehicle towed here after a MVA. Excellent communication and service. They handled all the communication with the insurance company regarding a repair estimate and pictures for the insurance claims adjuster. In the event something like this happens again, I would choose Vietti's again without a second thought.

Vietti's has been in business for a good many years and while it is under non-family management now, their service is still top-notch. Frame, alignment, brakes, they can handle it and reasonably. They even go out of there way to be helpful and friendly to customers. I had a detached rear panel on my car last summer and came to Vietti's expecting a long wait and expensive labor - they put in the plastic holding clips in 10 minutes and sent me on my way - free of charge. Recently had my frame checked and tires aligned for a very reasonable charge. They have a busy schedule for sure - especially in Winter due to accident season, but you can usually get in within a few days. Highly recommended.

They did really really good work. My truck looks like it s brand new. Also it was muddy when I brought it in and they detailed the inside and outside for free! Looks great 10/10!

This company thinks of the customer and fully explain all items that has to be done to your car. And he also works with you and the insurance companys when things have to be explained to you and the insurance companys
