Not a good experience. About halfway through the hose for one of the supply lines broke. So basically I got a half a car wash.Update. Got an email from the owner and she suggested a redo. Went there when it was staffed, told her who I was and was given a free car wash. This is amazing. Good people running an honest business that cares about quality of service.

As far as an automatic spray type wash I like it. If you are gonna vacuum take some dollars/quarters. I put in a dollar, worked quickly but thoroughly and was only able to get one side of the floor and seat vacuumed in a small size pick up. If you go with a four seater. Better plan on spending anywhere from 4 to 8 bucks depending on how dirty your car is and how thorough you are.

Went there to way both of my vehicles. Very ran down. Duct Tape over selections in wash? Change machine was semi out of order. It said don't put $10 bills in it because it will eat your money??.. There was a guy working there who was polite and offered change. Please get this cat wash updated or at least fixed.

The West automatic said cash only. I inserted two $5 Bill's and selected a $9 wash. NO change! NO ONE ON SITE. I entered and it made one pass with presoak then quit. EXIT sign lit and I left with soap on my vehicle! The new CASEY'S on the corner has a new car wash!

By far the most expensive and gheto car wash in town. You can expect to walk to the coin dispenser and step on a loose fitting manhole cover that always gushes out a putrid smelling green water all over your shoes. The buttons in the car was bays are almost impossible to read due to being sun bleached. Most of the spray soaps are always empty and if your lucky enough to get them to work you had better be prepared to spend $1 worth of time to get them to your vehicle. The bays always have mud in them and you can expect to find someone just sitting in their office smoking a cigarette and on their phone. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. It is most definitely worth the drive to the Old Glory car wash in Frontenac for a quality wash for half the price. Old Glory also has a free blow dry station.

Paid for best drive thru wash and my car was still dirty when done. I also used the vacuum they did not suck not good. What a waste of 11.00. The free pop wasn't worth the bad wash and the vacuum that doesn't suck.

Best car wash in town. Place is always clean. The vacuums work very well. The line for the automatic wash can be long at times but I believe that is because the quality of wash you get.

Chose $7 wash but was charged $10. Wash included only prewash, undercarriage, and streak free rinse...no actual soap or scrubbing. Not worth the money.

Worst car wash in town. The place has over half the stalls shut down, it literally tells you that the change machine eats $10 bills and on top of that the soap didnt even work. Would recommend any other place

Stalls were caked with mud, and I had to clean it out of the way so it wouldn't transfer to my car.

We took all three of our border collies over there it was great they are big and it has a ramp that they can walk up and it will close behind them I Supply everything you could need for them even little snacks in there to keep them happy while you are watching them it was a great experience for us and the dog would certainly go back again

Used the brush and wand and after $10, I still had to come home and finish cleaning the dirt off. Seemed like very little soap came out.

I only used the vacum worked good for me but the guy next to me lost money in his it didn't turn on. So we tried it with a dollar coin. That didn't work either lost that dollar too.

It's one of few car washes that offer dryer service. It's important during winter months to dry your car after washing to prevent the doors from freezing!

After spending $10 on the car wash. I was still left with a grimy and soapy car, also the blower didn't do much drying at all. The attendee told me it was my fault. I will not be back!

Horrible drive thru wash.. pointless to use soap was out and it's a OLD OLD OLD OLLLLLLD! Style. You will do better washing it yourself. Waist of $10.

Something is always broken, they are rarely there to refund you if their auto-wash is broken. Always seems like they can accept your money but then have a wash with no soap, etc.

I spent $10 washing my truck. Once it dried, you couldn't even tell it had been washed.

Do not get the automated wash. It will be a waste of money. Throw a bucket of water on your car, it will have the same end result. Wasted $9.

Not real impressed there something dispenser did not put out any soap would like things to be in the proper working order when I come to use for for washing my company vehicle or personal vehicle hopefully they will get this ironed out and it's happened on more than one occasion

DON T GO HERE UNLESS YOU RE RICH. You don t get much time on the clock and it ll take your quarters.
