They take care of all of our family auto needs. Normally spot in with diagnostics. The husband and Bob have bumped heads but still my husband returns for his auto needs because he knows Kings does good business. Thank you Kings

We went to find out whatIt happened to our car and we asked how much and they said later it was going to cost us and when they told us the results and the cost was too much $187 for the pure diagnosis and the secretary gives terrible customer service. I do not recommend Kings because of their service and the expensive nature of the service. That s why they don t said the prices before the work. Too expensive!!

Had to have my car towed to King's on a Sunday. They had it diagnosed, repaired, and running like new by the end of the day Monday. Highly satisfied.

Absolutely amazing people. Took my car by and the owner looked at it, told me what we could do and got me scheduled ASAP, I brought it in for the appointment, his crew worked extremely fast less than 45 minutes and was EXTREMELY affordable!! Saved my car and my wallet from the dealership. The owner and his wife were very friendly as well as sweet Nikki, enjoyed getting to know them and I will always come back to kings for anything I need done in the future. HIGHLY recommend. They are very good people.This shop is a DIAMOND in the rough.Service: Exhaust

Bob is great and his staff is amazing! They are very kind and super helpful! I have brought my car here for years to get a variety of things fixed on my car. His prices are reasonable for the warranty that he offers on his work. I highly recommend Kings!

I took my car in thinking I needed a new muffler but they found out it was only a crack in the pipe. Fixed it and charged me for an hour of labor. This would have been an easy way to get me for more but their honest staff did the right thing. Nice to feel that you can trust where you take your car. Earned a new customer! Thanks for being honest! Recommend.

I am always pleased with the customer service, the convenience of being able to drop my car off to be serviced and the overall attention to my concerns and/or needs regarding my vehicle. I recently took my granddaughter on a 10 hour trip and needed to make sure everything was checked, changed and safe for travel. King s Automotive Services took care of everything; quick, affordable and reliable service.

Really much more of a classic car/hotrod mechanic. I feel like I'm annoying them by bringing in my ford ranger. Generally slow service. But I think that changes fast if you have an old $100000 car. Prices are fair.

Bob and Nina are the best!! They are always professional and they are priced fair. Bob is not the mechanic that takes advantage of you just because you are a female, he makes sure you understand what he is going to do and will even show you the parts that are broken once he takes them off your car.Folks he is the best mechanic in town!!Thank you for always taking care of mine and my son s car!!!Be Blessed!!

My son attends college at Pitt and we were in need of service a few times for his vehicle. Both times Kings has been great. Prices are reasonable and they have been honest and timely when we needed them. Highly recommend Kings. Its nice to have a trusted mechanic shop in Pittsburgh.

I would recommend Kings. The employees are genuine and the service is great. I had work done on my muscle car and they went out of their way to find & install suspension parts for my vehicle that were near impossible to find. The best part was the price of the service along with the effort, easily better than anywhere in town.

Worst Mechanic ever! Worst Customer service ever! Wiseman's Mechanics told me my tie rod needed to be replaced and I made an appointment with King's after I bought the part. This was supposed to cost between $120 to $150 so since I 'm a disabled Army veteran who, didn't want to take my sick young children out in the middle of a pandemic, I asked my roommate to drop my car off for me. I made the appointment, gave them my information and even let them know this. Once the car is in the shop, I'm told this $150 job is now going to cost $400 and they convince me to let them just get the part and they can fix it for me and it would just take a few days and since this is a local business, and I don't mind putting the extra into the community instead of having a friend fix it, I said OK. I once again gave them MY information, and told them I was the owner and to call me. Apparently, they decided this wasn't good enough and called my roommate anyway, who had no ownership of the car after they had been told this, and ask her permission to do something else with my car, without speaking to me, so this $150 job went to a $400 job and then to an almost $500 job without my consent. Even worse, when I called them and asked why they bypassed me and why I wasn't informed of this when I personally gave them my information and told them to call me, they said they talked to her because she brought the car in and that her number is the one they have, even though I gave them mine and told them she wasn't the owner.. They then preceded to tell me to have her pay for her, and when I told them I had taken her in to help her out, they began attacking my character and I shouldn't have done that with the situation I am in since apparently I can't pay for the EXTRA they did without my consent, even though the raised the price of the job of job twice to triple the original price, and then hung up in my face. I will never do business with this company again!

Took my Blazer in this past Friday to have the steering fixed. Bob, the owner and the tech doing the work both stayed late and got the job finished. Price came in under the estimate. Overall great experience. Next time I need work done, I know who to go to first.

I can't give enough thanks to Bob for what he did for us. I was driving my son cross-country to Texas when my son ran over a large object on a back road. I brought the car to Bob (via a Google search) and he immediately had his mechanic look at it even though it was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Thank goodness there was no damage. He wouldn't accept any payment for the time. As a bonus we got to know Bob a little bit and his friendliness and hospitality made a potentially stressful situation much better. Bob said he is thinking about retiring after 20 years of building his business. Pittsburgh will certainly miss him (and his dog). I am not happy with Kings! They lost my $400 key fob with the built in electronics and admitted it. They replaced it with the cheapest H92 keys with no electronics built in. I asked the woman at the front desk if she could get me a key fob like I had before, and she became very rude saying no. She said it wasn t her responsibility. Even though she lost my $400 key. I have told all my friends, family and social media not to go there until they make it right.Services: Electrical, A/C installation & repair

I have been using King's Automotive Services for all most as many years as they have be in operation in Pittsburg. When my truck requires special repairs or servicing they are my first choice.Recently all the ball joints of my aging 2001 pick up needed to be replaced. This repair was not a surprise. One of the ASE certified techs noted the condition of the joints during a previous servicing. I was told they were close to failure but did not require changing at that time. King's also provided me with a rough estimated of what the repairs would cost which gave me time to prepare for the financial part of the needed repairs. When the joints started to failed I made an appointment for repairs on a Monday afternoon. The repairs were scheduled on the following Wednesday because they estimated it would take the better part of a day to do all the repairs.The truck was repaired that Wednesday and now drives without the grinding noise of the old ball joints. I have always considered King's to be honest and fair and I feel good that I have a place to go when I need automotive help.

Had my car towed to the shop Thursday morning. They had looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and called me to tell me what it was and how much it would cost before fixing the car. Was able to pick my car up after work on the same day. Price is fair.

We've taken our sonic in a couple times for a couple different things. These are good people who do good work at a more than reasonable price. I couldn't possibly recommend them more.

Excellent service at fair prices. All my service is done at King's. I have taken a few non-mechanical young PSU students there after they have had a bad experience with another local "mechanic". Got the problems corrected at prices a student can afford. Bill Hamilton

They always try to accommodate our schedule instead of the other way around. A good, honest business, even if Bob is a little bit goofy. Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else and I haven't.....not since they opened.

The owners of Kings automotive went over and above to serve me when I was traveling through PITTSBURG KS. I was stranded there with a car that could not run, had parts that were difficult to get and i personally was distraught with my inability to get my car fixed. they worked with me to get the parts and fit me in to get me back on the road. They treated me with respect, we re reponsive and reasonably priced and assured my car was ready to complete my journey. Kudos also to the mechanic, Adam that did work. Thanks Kings Automotive!!
