Was a lot better when O'Malley owned it. He always had parts and service was personable . As far as I can tell only one or two original employees are still here . It's about the money.

If you want any work done here you need it in writing before you get anything done. Had JohnDeere 9500 combine and I told them to spend around $20000 and no more than $25000 and they spent $39000 and never call to confirm the extra expense. They sent the combine back to me with belts hanging off the unload auger. The combine was not field ready. I had to go over multiple things to get going. I had the same thing happen on a 9610 the year before spent another $3900. I combined around 200 acres and the bolts loosened up on a rasp bar and broke. When to put a new rasp bar on and found more loose bolts on the other rasps bars. So I spent $80000 on the combines and will not do anything about it. I do not recommend this service department. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK THEY COME UP EVERY EXCUSE. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LYING PEOPLE IN THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Charged me $188 to tell me $800 for the fuel solenoid. Seems like a great charity. The workers told me not to get repaired there... Like they cant afford it either. The guy who took my money started rattling off excuses bc he knew he was fleecing me. Still cheaper to haul it to joplin, so much for keeping mu business local.

Fantastic dealer with fantastic people! I had the opportunity to have Mr. Craig as my salesman and he did a spectacular job. Great communication and went above and beyond in helping me find out exactly what I needed. I decided to purchase a package deal with a 3025e, and I have zero complaints. My goal is to pay off this tractor so that I can go back and buy another one, LOL. I would recommend these guys any day, they re a great team.

Staff is really friendly, stopped to make a delivery and had me unloaded pretty quickly. But the people here are also really knowledgeable about their stuff. Taught me a few new things.

Can I deal with a salesman named Casey Weiss. He's just a great guy and so is the general manager that's over all the heritage tractors. They take care of us from parts to specialty equipment. I couldn't ask for more from these great individuals.

Great dealer!! Purchased a used mower from this dealer. They had it to me 3 days and 1000 miles after signing! Best dealer I ve worked with by far

I've mainly dealt with Randy at the parts counter and he has always been friendly and helpful, whether it's in person or on the phone. give the guy a bump in commision.

Went buy parts for weed eater. Parts counter ok. But there was know one to help instill the part. Very unhelpful. No service.
